Abstract

Es wird eine Handschuh (1), insbesondere Sporthandschuh mit einem Besatzstück (3) aus Edelmetall auf der Handschuhaußenseite bereitgestellt, insbesondere Gold. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung besteht dabei auf dem überraschenden Befund, daß Sportler, die Handschuhe mit einem aus Gold gefertigten Besatzstück tragen, im Bereich des Hautkontakts seltener unter Hautirritation, Entzündigen, Ausschlag oder anderen Infektionen der Haut leiden als Träger von Handschuhen mit einem Besatzstück aus bisher verwendeten Materialen.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Handschuh, insbesondere Sporthandschuh mit einem Besatzstück aus Edelmetall auf der Handschuhaußenseite.
  • Aus dem Stand der Technik sind gattungsgemäße Handschuhe bekannt. Derartige Handschuhe sind üblicherweise mit einem haptisch wahrnehmbaren Besatzstück ausgestattet, beispielsweise in Form eines Knopfes oder als Teil eines Knopfes. Ein Besatzstück ist meist nur ein dekoratives, modisches Beiwerk, welches eine ästhetische Wirkung hervorrufen soll, es kann mitunter aber auch eine funktionelle Bedeutung haben, beispielsweise bei der Fixierung und/oder Regulierung der Passgenauigkeit des Handschuhs. Üblicherweise sind derartige Besatzstücke aus kostengünstigen Materialien wie Nickel, Aluminium oder Metalllegierungen, insbesondere Messing oder auch aus anderen Materialien, beispielsweise Kunststoff gefertigt.
  • Sportler, aber auch andere Handschuhträger, neigen nun insbesondere bei extremer Anstrengung und/oder Hitze dazu, sich mit dem Handschuhrücken oder dem Handschuhteil am Handgelenk über die Stirn oder über andere Körperstellen zu wischen. Dabei kommt es oftmals auch zum Hautkontakt mit dem Besatzstück. Da das Besatzstück meist exponiert und somit Kontaminationen durch die Umgebung ausgesetzt ist, besteht für den Träger die Gefahr einer Infektion aufgrund mikrobieller Verunreinigung des entsprechenden Besatzstückes. Hinzu kommt, dass derartige Besatzstücke üblicherweise aus druckfesten Materialien gefertigt werden, welche beim Wischen über die Stirn Druckstellen auf der Haut des Trägers hinterlassen können und Hautirritationen verursachen, die durch die Verunreinigungen am Besatzstück oder auch den natürlichen Körperschweiß noch verstärkt werden. Dieses Problem kann bei allen Arten von Handschuhen auftreten, die auf der Handschuhaußenseite mit einem Besatzstück ausgestattet sind. Besonders häufig kann es im Zusammenhang mit der Ausübung von sehr schweißtreibenden Sommersportarten zu solchen durch ein Besatzstück ausgelösten Allergien, Infektionen und anderen Hautirritationen kommen, da der Handschuhträger hierbei dazu neigt, sich regelmäßig mit dem Handschuh über die Stirn zu wischen, um den Schweiß zu entfernen und dadurch insbesondere das unangenehme Eintreten von Schweißperlen in die Augen zu verhindern. Bei Heuschnupfenpatienten kann es unabhängig von der körperlichen Anstrengung zum vermehrten Hautkontakt mit dem Besatzstück im Bereich des Gesichts kommen, wenn der Träger versucht, sich mit dem Handschuh die sich an der Nasenspitze ansammelnden Absonderungen der Nasenschleimhaut abzutupfen. Aber auch bei der Ausübung von Wintersportarten ist das Phänomen der so genannten "running nose" bekannt, so dass auch hier der Handschuh, beispielsweise Skihandschuh, oftmals zum Abwischen der Nase verwendet wird.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Handschuh bereitzustellen, der in der Lage ist, die von Besatzstücken ausgehende Gefahr von Allergien und Infektionen oder anderen Hautirritationen für den Träger zu minimieren.
  • Dieses Problem wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass das Besatzstück aus einem Edelmetall gefertigt wird, wobei sich insbesondere Gold als besonders vorteilhaft herausgestellt hat. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung beruht dabei auf dem überraschenden Befund, dass Sportler, die Handschuhe mit einem aus Gold gefertigten Besatzstück tragen, im Bereich des Hautkontakts seltener unter Hautirritationen, Entzündungen, Ausschlag oder anderen Infektionen der Haut leiden, als Träger von Handschuhen mit einem Besatzstück aus bisher verwendeten Materialien.
  • Dementsprechend betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung einen Handschuh, insbesondere Sporthandschuh, der auf der Handschuhaußenseite ein Besatzstück aufweist, wobei zumindest dessen Oberfläche im Wesentlichen aus Edelmetall besteht. Besteht nur die Oberfläche des Besatzstücks im Wesentlichen aus Edelmetall, so kann es sich hierbei um eine auf das Besatzstück aufgebrachte entsprechende Auflage oder Beschichtung handeln. Diese Auflage oder Schicht kann dabei nach den im Stand der Technik bekannten Verfahren auf das Besatzstück aufgebracht werden, beispielsweise durch Bedampfen, Spritzen oder Tauchen.
  • In einer Ausführungsform besteht das gesamte Besatzstück im Wesentlichen aus Edelmetall. Vorzugsweise handelt es sich bei dem Edelmetall um Silber, Gold, Platin und/oder einem Gemisch daraus. Vorteilhafterweise werden reine Edelmetalle verwendet, weil sich deren allergenes Potential gegenüber Metalllegierungen als geringer herausgestellt hat. Besonders bevorzugt ist, wenn das Edelmetall beziehungsweise Gemisch Gold enthält.
  • Die Herstellung goldhaltiger Gemische ist dem Fachmann bekannt und kann beispielsweise durch einfaches Zusammengeben der Metalle in einem gewünschten Mengenverhältnis und anschließendes Schmelzen der Metalle in einem Ofen, gegebenenfalls unter einer Schutzgasatmosphäre, erfolgen.
  • In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das Besatzstück oder zumindest dessen mit der Umgebung in Kontakt kommende Oberfläche im Wesentlichen vollständig aus Gold gefertigt.
  • Das Besatzstück ist vorteilhafterweise an oder auf dem Handschuhrücken und/oder am Handgelenk angebracht. Dabei ist zumindest ein Teil des Besatzstückes sichtbar. Vorzugsweise ist nur die Oberfläche des Besatzstückes, oder zumindest der sichtbare Teil davon, im Wesentlichen aus Gold gefertigt.
  • Neben dem überraschenderweise beobachteten verminderten Auftreten von Hautirritationen wurde auch eine Verlängerung, insbesondere der ästhetischen Lebensdauer der erfindungsgemäßen Besatzstücke festgestellt, insbesondere wenn sie aus Gold gefertigt sind. Diese ist beispielsweise auf die Beständigkeit des Edelmetalls gegenüber Schweiß zurückzuführen. Während durch Oxidation, hervorgerufen durch den Körperschweiß des Handschuhträgers, die Attraktivität und ästhetisch-kulturelle Funktionalität üblicher Besatzstücke beeinträchtigt werden kann, bleiben die vorzugsweise aus Gold gefertigten erfindungsgemäßen Besatzstücke des Handschuhs davon unbeeinträchtigt.
  • Typischerweise ist das Besatzstück ein Formkörper oder umfasst einen solchen Formkörper. Formkörper im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung können vorgeformt, ausgestanzt, extrudiert, gelasert, gefräst, gefeilt oder unter Anwendung bekannter Spritz- und Druckgießtechniken hergestellt werden. Der Formkörper kann als Logo, Knopf oder jedwede andere dreidimensionale geometrische Form ausgebildet sein und dabei sowohl flache und eckige auch kreis- und/oder kugelförmige Grenzflächen aufweisen.
  • Verfahren zur Herstellung erfindungsgemäßer Besatzstücke, auch der Formköper umfassenden Ausführungsformen, sind dem Stand der Technik zu entnehmen.
  • Vorteilhafterweise dient das Besatzstück und/oder der Formkörper zur Kennzeichnung, Individualisierung oder Identifizierung des Handschuhs oder seines Trägers. Dieser zusätzliche Vorteil kann einerseits zur Erhöhung der Ästhetik und andererseits gezielt beispielsweise in der Werbung genutzt werden. So kann durch die charakteristische Ausgestaltung des Besatzstücks, beispielsweise indem ein individueller Formkörper verwandt wird, der erfindungsgemäße Handschuh besonders gekennzeichnet werden.
  • Neben der vorteilhaften Minimierung der Gefahr von Allergien, Infektionen und anderen Hautirritationen, die durch das Tragen des erfindungsgemäßen Handschuhs erreicht wird und der visuellen Wirkung, die ein besonders gestaltetes Besatzstück beim Handschuhträger oder seinem Umfeld hervorruft, kann das Besatzstück weitere technische Funktionen erfüllen, indem es beispielsweise Teil eines Verschlussmittels ist. Auf diese Weise kann es der Regulierung der Passgenauigkeit des erfindungsgemäßen Handschuhs dienen. In einer Ausführungsform handelt es sich bei dem Verschlussmittel um einen Druckknopf. Druckknöpfe im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind im Stand der Technik bekannt.
  • Wie bereits aus der vorstehenden Beschreibung des technischen Problems ersichtlich, dient das erfindungsgemäße Besatzstück vorzugsweise zur Kennzeichnung, Individualisierung und/oder Identifizierung des Handschuhs oder seines Trägers. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das Besatzstück auf den Handschuhrücken beziehungsweise Handgelenkrücken appliziert, wobei in bestimmten Ausführungsformen das Besatzstück bevorzugt an der schmalen Handschuhlängsseite angebracht sein kann, vorzugsweise jedoch nicht auf der Handschuhinnenseite oder der Innenseite des Handgelenks.
  • In einer Ausführungsform handelt es sich bei dem des erfindungsgemäßen Besatzstück nicht um ein Verschlussmittel für Handschuhe wie Clip und Haken oder einen Druckknopf. In einer anderen Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Handschuhs ist das Besatzstück zwar Teil eines Verschlussmittels, beispielsweise auf einem Klettverschluss appliziert, jedoch selbst nicht Teil des Verschlussmittels selbst, beispielsweise als Druckknopf oder Clip bzw. Haken.
  • Ferner ist erfindungsgemäß zumindest der Teil des Besatzstückes auf dem Handschuh sichtbar und bestehend aus einem Edelmetall, vorzugsweise Gold, der zur Kennzeichnung, Individualisierung und/oder Identifizierung des Handschuhs oder seines Trägers dient.
  • Das Besatzstück kann darüber hinaus verwendet werden, um erfindungsgemäße Handschuhe aneinander und/oder an einem anderen Kleidungsstück zu befestigen oder um ein Accessoire daran zu befestigen. Entsprechend betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung auch die Verwendung eines hierin definierten Besatzstückes zur Regulierung der Passgenauigkeit eines Handschuhs, zur Befestigung des Handschuhs an einem anderen Kleidungsstück und/oder zur Befestigung eines Accessoires am Handschuh.
  • Erfindungsgemäße Handschuhe können beispielsweise sein Golfhandschuhe, Reithandschuhe, Langlaufhandschuhe, Fahrradhandschuhe, Tennishandschuhe, Segelhandschuhe, Fitnesshandschuhe, Skihandschuhe, Outdoorhandschuhe, Handschuhe für Nordic Walking und Wandern, Badminton, Baseball, Gewichtheben, Schießsport, z.B. Bogenschießen, sowie Handschuhe für Autofahrer. Vorzugsweise sind mit einem erfindungsgemäßen Besatzstück Handschuhe ausgestattet, die bei der Ausübung der Sportarten Radfahren, Reiten und Segeln getragen werden, sowie Handschuhe, die beim Autofahren getragen werden. Bei der Ausübung dieser Sportarten, aber auch beim Autofahren ist es nämlich besonders wichtig, sich den Schweiß durch eine schnelle und reflexartige Bewegung von der Stirn wischen zu können, da man den Fahrradlenker, die Zügel beim Reiten, die Leinen beim Segeln, bzw. das Lenkrad des Kraftfahrzeugs jeweils nur sehr kurz und vorzugsweise nur mit einer Hand loslassen kann. Handschuhe, die mit einem erfindungsgemäßen Besatzstück ausgestattet werden können sind im Stand der Technik bekannt, siehe beispielsweise DE 203 10 088 U1 , DE 200 07 256 U1 , DE 101 14 547 A1 , DE 41 20 782 A1 , EP 1 493 345 A1 , DE 20 2006 017 022 U1 .
  • Die Erfindung wird im Nachfolgenden anhand des in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert.

Claims (9)

  1. Handschuh, insbesondere Sporthandschuh, der auf der Handschuhaußenseite ein Besatzstück umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die Oberfläche des Besatzstückes im Wesentlichen aus Edelmetall besteht.
  2. Handschuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Besatzstück im Wesentlichen aus Edelmetall besteht.
  3. Handschuh nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Edelmetall Gold ist.
  4. Handschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Besatzstück einen Formkörper umfasst.
  5. Handschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Besatzstück zur Kennzeichnung, Individualisierung oder Identifizierung des Handschuhs oder seines Trägers dient.
  6. Handschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Besatzstück Teil eines Verschlussmittels ist.
  7. Handschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Besatzstück auf dem Handschuhrücken oder Handgelenkrücken des Handschuhs angebracht ist.
  8. Handschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um einen Golfhandschuh, Reithandschuh, Langlaufhandschuh, Fahrradhandschuh, Tennishandschuh, Segelhandschuh, Fitnesshandschuh, Skihandschuh, Outdoorhandschuh, Handschuh für Nordic Walking und Wandern, Badminton, Baseball, Gewichtheben, Schießsport, z.B. Bogenschießen, oder einen Handschuh für Autofahrer handelt.
  9. Verwendung eines Besatzstückes wie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 definiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Besatzstück zur Regulierung der Passgenauigkeit eines Handschuhs, zur Befestigung eines Handschuhs an einem anderen Kleidungsstück und/oder zur Befestigung eines Accessoires dient.
