Claims (13)

  1. Procédé de réglage motorisé d'une porte de véhicule automobile (1), la porte de véhicule automobile (1) pouvant être réglée dans le cadre d'une opération, de fermeture d'une position d'ouverture dans une position de fermeture, un entraînement de porte (4) associé à la porte de véhicule automobile (1) et une commande (5) étant prévus, la porte de véhicule automobile (1) pouvant être réglée au moyen de l'entraînement de porte (4) depuis la position d'ouverture dans la direction de fermeture,
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans une première partie (6) de l'opération de fermeture, la porte de véhicule automobile (1) est réglée au moyen de l'entraînement de porte (4) de la position d'ouverture dans une position d'ouverture de confort pouvant être ajustée en position mécaniquement ou électriquement, laquelle est située entre la position d'ouverture et la position de fermeture et est placée de telle sorte que la poignée d'actionnement de la porte puisse être saisie de manière confortable par l'utilisateur et en ce que l'entraînement de porte (4), dans une deuxième partie (7) de l'opération de fermeture, est séparé par une technique d'entraînement de la porte de véhicule automobile (1), de telle sorte que dans la deuxième partie (7) de l'opération de fermeture, la porte de véhicule automobile (1) soit réglée manuellement par l'utilisateur et essentiellement sans l'entraînement de porte, de la position d'ouverture de confort à nouveau dans la direction de fermeture.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la position d'ouverture de confort, vue de la position de fermeture dans la direction d'ouverture, est placée dans une plage comprise entre 25 % et 85 %, de préférence entre 30 % et 70 %, plus préférablement entre 35 % et 55 % de la plage de pivotement de la porte de véhicule automobile configurée sous forme de porte latérale pivotante.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément (9) de l'entraînement de porte (4) est amené par le réglage de la porte de véhicule automobile (1) dans la direction de fermeture au-delà de la position d'ouverture de confort hors d'engagement technique d'entraînement par un élément (10) de la porte de véhicule automobile (1) et la séparation technique d'entraînement de l'entraînement de porte (4) et de la porte de véhicule automobile (1) s'effectue par ce biais.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'entre l'entraînement de porte (4) et la porte de véhicule automobile (1) est disposé un accouplement et en ce qu'au moyen de l'accouplement, la séparation technique d'entraînement dans la position d'ouverture de confort est produite, de préférence en ce que l'accouplement est configuré sous forme d'accouplement à commutation électrique.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lors du passage de la première partie (6) à la deuxième partie (7) de l'opération de fermeture, la commande (5) provoque une coupure de l'entraînement de porte (4) et éventuellement une commutation de l'accouplement.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la commande (5) détecte une partie des actions de l'utilisateur dans l'habitacle du véhicule et, en présence d'une action prédéterminée de l'utilisateur ou d'une combinaison prédéterminée d'actions de l'utilisateur, déclenche l'opération de fermeture et en ce que l'action de l'utilisateur déclenchant l'opération de fermeture ou les actions de l'utilisateur déclenchant l'opération de fermeture ne sont pas associées à l'origine à la porte de véhicule automobile (1), de préférence en ce que la commande (5) détecte, au moyen d'un agencement de capteurs, l'occupation d'un siège de véhicule, de préférence du siège de véhicule associé à la porte de véhicule automobile et en ce que la détection de cette action de l'utilisateur est nécessaire, de préférence suffisante, pour le déclenchement de l'opération de fermeture pour la porte de véhicule automobile.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la commande (5) déclenche l'opération de fermeture après la détection de l'action de l'utilisateur déclenchant l'opération de fermeture ou des actions de l'utilisateur déclenchant l'opération de fermeture seulement après un retard temporel prédéterminé, de préférence pouvant être ajusté par l'utilisateur.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans la deuxième partie (7) de l'opération de fermeture, la porte de véhicule automobile (1) est amenée manuellement et essentiellement sans l'entraînement de porte (4) depuis la position d'ouverture de confort dans la direction de fermeture dans une position de pré-fermeture immédiatement préalable à la position de fermeture, en ce qu'un auxiliaire de fermeture motorisé associé à la porte de véhicule automobile (1) est prévu et en ce que la porte de véhicule automobile (1) est réglée au moyen de l'auxiliaire de fermeture de la position de pré-fermeture dans la position de fermeture.
  9. Agencement de porte de véhicule automobile comprenant une porte de véhicule automobile (1), la porte de véhicule automobile (1) pouvant être réglée dans le cadre d'une opération de fermeture d'une position d'ouverture dans une position de fermeture, un entraînement de porte (4) associé à la porte de véhicule automobile (1) et une commande électrique (5) étant prévus, la porte de véhicule automobile (1), dans le cadre de l'opération de fermeture, pouvant être réglée au moyen de l'entraînement de porte (4) depuis la position d'ouverture dans la direction de fermeture,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'agencement présentant la porte de véhicule automobile (1), l'entraînement de porte (4) et la commande électrique (5) est tel que dans une première partie (6) de l'opération de fermeture, l'entraînement de porte (4) règle la porte de véhicule automobile (1) de la position d'ouverture dans une position d'ouverture de confort pouvant être ajustée en position mécaniquement ou électriquement, laquelle est située entre la position d'ouverture et la position de fermeture et est placée de telle sorte que la poignée d'actionnement de la porte puisse être saisie de manière confortable par l'utilisateur, et en ce qu'ensuite l'entraînement de porte (4), dans une deuxième partie (7) de l'opération de fermeture, est séparé par une technique d'entraînement de la porte de véhicule automobile (1), de telle sorte que dans la deuxième partie (7) de l'opération de fermeture, la porte de véhicule automobile (1) puisse être réglée manuellement par l'utilisateur et essentiellement sans l'entraînement de porte (4), de la position de confort à nouveau dans la direction de fermeture.
  10. Agencement de porte de véhicule automobile selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la porte de véhicule automobile (1) est configurée sous forme de porte latérale, en particulier sous forme de porte pivotante ou sous forme de porte coulissante.
  11. Agencement de porte de véhicule automobile selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la position d'ouverture de confort, vue de la position de fermeture dans la direction d'ouverture, est placée dans une plage comprise entre 25 % et 85 %, de préférence entre 30 % et 70 %, plus préférablement entre 35 % et 55 % de la plage de pivotement de la porte de véhicule automobile configurée sous forme de porte latérale pivotante.
  12. Agencement de porte de véhicule automobile selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément (9) de l'entraînement de porte (4) est amené par le réglage de la porte de véhicule automobile (1) dans la direction de fermeture au-delà de la position d'ouverture de confort hors d'engagement technique d'entraînement par un élément (10) de la porte de véhicule automobile (1) et la séparation technique d'entraînement de l'entraînement de porte (4) et de la porte de véhicule automobile (1) s'effectue par ce biais.
  13. Agencement de porte de véhicule automobile selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'entre l'entraînement de porte (4) et la porte de véhicule automobile (1) est disposé un accouplement et en ce qu'au moyen de l'accouplement, la séparation technique d'entraînement dans la position d'ouverture de confort peut être produite, de préférence en ce que l'accouplement est configuré sous forme d'accouplement à commutation électrique.
