Claims (16)
- Dispositif de gaufrage (10) pour des produits plats (40) formés de deux couches au moins, tels que du papier hygiénique, des mouchoirs ou similaires,- comportant au moins une première et au moins une deuxième paire de cylindres (12, 14), formée chacune par un cylindre de gaufrage (16, 20) et un cylindre en caoutchouc (18, 22), le cylindre de gaufrage (16) de la première paire (12) comportant une pluralité de points de gaufrage (38), qui sont répartis uniformément sur toute la surface de gaufrage dudit cylindre au nombre d'environ 20 à environ 70 par cm2 et sont destinés à générer un micro-gaufrage en surface sur au moins une bande de papier (24), et le cylindre de gaufrage (20) de la deuxième paire (14) comportant des premières et des deuxièmes zones (26, 28) réparties sur la surface de gaufrage dudit cylindre, les premières zones (26) comportant une pluralité de points de gaufrage (38) au nombre d'environ 45 à environ 70 par cm2, qui sont destinés à générer un micro-gaufrage en surface sur au moins une autre bande de papier (30), et les deuxièmes zones (28) ne comportant pas de points de gaufrage, les deuxièmes zones (28) ne formant pas plus de 40 % de la surface de gaufrage totale et n'étant pas reliées entre elles,- comportant un groupe d'encollage (32), qui est adjacent au cylindre de gaufrage (20) de la deuxième paire (14) et est disposé en aval du cylindre en caoutchouc (18) correspondant et au moyen duquel la colle (34) est appliquée sur les points de gaufrage (38) du cylindre de gaufrage (20),- les cylindres de gaufrage (16, 20) étant disposés l'un par rapport à l'autre en formant une fente (17) destinée à guider l'une contre l'autre les bandes de papier (24, 30), et- un cylindre de jonction (36) étant disposé en aval, à proximité du cylindre de gaufrage (16) de la première paire (12) pour réaliser un assemblage des bandes de papier (24, 30).
- Dispositif de gaufrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le groupe d'encollage (32) applique de la colle mélangée à de la couleur et/ou de la colle colorée.
- Dispositif de gaufrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres en caoutchouc (18, 22) de la première paire (12) et de la deuxième paire (14) ont une dureté dans une plage de 50 à 70 Shore A.
- Dispositif de gaufrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pression de gaufrage des paires de cylindres (12, 14) se situe dans une plage de 4,0 bars environ à 8,2 bars environ.
- Dispositif de gaufrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pression linéaire appliquée pendant le gaufrage se situe dans une plage de 15 N/mm environ à 25 N/mm environ.
- Dispositif de gaufrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les points de gaufrage (38) ont une hauteur se situant dans une plage de 0,7 mm environ à 1,5 mm environ.
- Dispositif de gaufrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre de la surface de gaufrage des points de gaufrage (38) se situe dans une plage de 0,35 mm environ à 1,7 mm environ.
- Dispositif de gaufrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les points de gaufrage (38) sont réalisés avec une forme tronconique.
- Dispositif de gaufrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les flancs (42) des points de gaufrage (38) sont réalisés en formant entre eux un angle de 8° environ à 18° environ.
- Dispositif de gaufrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de jonction (36) et/ou le cylindre d'encollage sont réalisés avec une forme hélicoïdale ou cylindrique.
- Produit plat formé de deux couches au moins, réalisé avec un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, comportant au moins une couche présentant un micro-gaufrage formé par une pluralité de points de gaufrage dont le nombre se situe dans une plage d'environ 20 à environ 45 par cm2, et au moins une autre couche présentant des premières et des deuxièmes zones, les premières zones comportant une pluralité de points de gaufrage dont le nombre se situe dans une plage d'environ 45 à environ 70 par cm2, et les deuxièmes zones ne présentant pas de points de gaufrage, les deuxièmes zones ne couvrant pas plus de 40 % de la surface des couches et n'étant pas reliées entre elles.
- Produit plat selon la revendication 11,
caractérisé en ce que les micropoints de gaufrage de la deuxième couche sont réalisés en couleur. - Produit plat selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il est formé de trois couches au moins.
- Produit plat selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes zones sont réalisées sous la forme d'un dessin décoratif.
- Produit plat selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les couches comportant les deuxièmes zones forment une couche extérieure.
- Produit plat selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 15, caractérisé en ce que celui-ci est un mouchoir, un papier ménager et/ou un papier hygiénique.
