Claims (21)
- Sac (220), lequel est formé à partir d'un film tubulaire (101) au moyen de premiers joints de soudure transversaux (110, 150) et lequel sac (220) est pourvu d'au moins un premier canal d'aération (20) qui s'étend dans une large mesure parallèlement à l'axe du film tubulaire (101) et dont la couche de film intérieure (40) comprend des premières ouvertures d'aération pour l'aération de l'intérieur du sac (210) dans le premier canal d'aération (20),

qu'au moins un deuxième canal d'aération (140) est prévu, lequel est relié au premier canal d'aération (20) par des deuxièmes ouvertures d'aération (90, 100, 200) et comprend pour sa part des troisièmes ouvertures d'aération (120) qui aèrent ledit au moins un deuxième canal d'aération (140). - Sac selon la revendication 1,

ledit au moins un deuxième canal d'aération (140) s'étend dans une large mesure parallèlement au premier canal d'aération (20). - Sac selon la revendication 1,

ledit au moins un deuxième canal d'aération (140) s'étend dans une large mesure de manière orthogonale au premier canal d'aération (20). - Sac selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,

qu'au moins un deuxième canal d'aération (140) est prévu à au moins une extrémité du sac, et en ce que la soudure d'extrémité (110) du sac à cette extrémité du sac limite ledit au moins un deuxième canal d'aération (140). - Sac selon la revendication précédente,

qu'au moins un deuxième canal d'aération supplémentaire (140) est prévu à l'autre extrémité du sac. - Sac selon l'une quelconque des deux revendications précédentes,

les ouvertures d'aération (120) qui aèrent ledit au moins un deuxième canal d'aération se situent, dans la direction de la largeur du sac (x), en dehors de la région d'aération de l'intérieur du sac (210) vers le premier canal d'aération (20). - Sac selon la revendication précédente,

des plis latéraux (80) et en ce que les troisièmes ouvertures d'aération (120) qui aèrent ledit au moins un deuxième canal d'aération (140) se situent dans la région des plis latéraux (80) dans la direction de la largeur du sac (x). - Sac selon l'une quelconque des trois revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le sac (220) comprend au moins une soudure de coin (130) qui est située, dans la direction de l'axe du tube (z), à partir de l'intérieur du sac (210), avant ledit au moins un deuxième canal d'aération (140). - Sac selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
les troisièmes ouvertures d'aération (120) qui aèrent ledit au moins un deuxième canal d'aération (140) relient le canal d'aération (140) à l'atmosphère ou à un troisième canal d'aération supplémentaire qui comprend pour sa part encore une fois des ouvertures d'aération (90, 100, 120, 200). - Sac selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce
qu'au moins une partie des ouvertures de ventilation (90, 100, 120, 200) qui aèrent des canaux d'aération (20, 140) interrompent un joint de soudure (50, 60, 110, 150). - Sac selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce
qu'au moins une partie des ouvertures d'aération (90, 100, 120, 200) qui aèrent des canaux d'aération (20, 140) ou l'intérieur du sac (210) sont des trous (200) dans une couche de film (30, 40). - Sac selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce
qu'au moins une partie des ouvertures d'aération (200) qui aèrent des canaux d'aération (20, 140) ou l'intérieur du sac (210) sont pourvues de filtres. - Sac selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce
qu'un deuxième canal d'aération (21) est prévu, lequel s'étend dans une large mesure parallèlement au premier canal d'aération,
le premier canal d'aération (20) étant relié au deuxième canal d'aération (21) par l'intermédiaire de deuxièmes ouvertures d'aération (23). - Sac selon la revendication précédente,
caractérisé en ce
qu'au moins un des groupes suivants d'ouvertures d'aération (22, 23, 24) est, dans la direction de l'axe du sac (z), espacé d'un autre des groupes suivants d'ouvertures d'aération (22, 23, 24) :- les premières ouvertures d'aération (22),- les deuxièmes ouvertures d'aération (23),- les troisièmes ouvertures d'aération (24). - Sac selon la revendication précédente,
caractérisé en ce
qu'au moins les deuxièmes (23) et/ou les troisièmes ouvertures d'aération (24) sont espacées des premières ouvertures d'aération (22) dans la direction de l'axe du sac (z) de telle sorte qu'un décalage en hauteur (y) entre les premières ouvertures d'aération (22) et les deuxièmes (23) et/ou troisièmes ouvertures d'aération (24) se produise lorsque les sacs sont empilés. - Sac selon la revendication précédente,
caractérisé en ce
qu'au moins les deuxièmes ouvertures d'aération (23) sont disposées de telle sorte qu'un décalage en hauteur (y) par rapport aux premières ouvertures d'aération (22) se produise lors de l'empilement. - Sac selon la revendication précédente,
caractérisé en ce
qu'au moins deux des trois groupes d'ouvertures d'aération (22, 23, 24) sont espacés les uns des autres de telle sorte que l'un des groupes se
situe sur le côté frontal du sac et qu'un autre groupe se situe sur l'autre côté frontal. - Procédé de réalisation de sacs selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce- qu'un tube est déroulé par un dispositif dérouleur et est acheminé jusqu'à une machine qui sépare le tube en morceaux de tube (10) au moyen de soudures transversales (110),- remplit le sac (220) produit lors de la séparation,- et ferme le sac rempli à l'aide d'une autre soudure transversale supplémentaire (110).
- Procédé de réalisation d'un sac selon la revendication 2 ou 13 selon le procédé selon la revendication précédente,
caractérisé en ce
qu'un tube est déroulé par le dispositif dérouleur, lequel tube comprend déjà au moins deux canaux d'aération (20, 140) juxtaposés qui sont disposés dans une large mesure parallèlement à l'axe du tube. - Procédé de réalisation d'un sac selon la revendication 3 selon le procédé selon la revendication 18,
caractérisé en ce
qu'un film tubulaire qui comprend le premier canal de ventilation (20) est déroulé par un dispositif dérouleur et est acheminé jusqu'à une machine qui effectue des soudures transversales (110, 150) de préférence avant le remplissage, au moyen desquelles soudures transversales au moins un deuxième canal d'aération (140) est formé. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce
qu'un tube est déroulé, lequel comprend déjà au moins deux canaux d'aération (20, 21) s'étendant dans une large mesure parallèlement.
