Claims (10)

  1. Méthode pour la fabrication d'un élément de béton armé en forme de plaque, particulièrement d'un plafond, d'un radier ou d'un mur, par coulée de béton dans un coffrage (10, 20), l'élément de béton étant coulé graduellement dans des plusieurs sections (18a, 18b) connectées par l'armature (19) et étant endurci, un élément de coffrage oblong (10) étant utilisé pour le coffrage (10, 20) périphérique d'une première section (18a), l'élément de coffrage étant perdu après la coulée de la prochaine section (18b), caractérisée en ce que l'élément de coffrage (10) est introduit dans l'armature (19) dans une forme pliée ou roulée, est au moins partiellement déplié ou bien déroulé et attaché.
  2. Méthode selon la revendication 1, l'élément de coffrage (10) étant attaché à l'armature.
  3. Méthode selon la revendication 1 ou 2, au moins un filet d'armature étant arrangé de chacun des côtés opposés à l'intérieur de l'élément de béton, l'élément de coffrage (10) formant un coffrage entre les filets d'armature.
  4. Méthode selon la revendication 3, l'élément de coffrage (10) étant attaché aux filets d'armature.
  5. Elément de coffrage pour la fabrication d'un élément de béton armé en forme de plaque pour l'usage dans la méthode selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une bande (11) d'un matériau flexible, étant renforcée le long des arêtes longitudinales opposées, la bande (11) étant formée au moins partiellement en plastique renforcé de fibres de verre ou renforcé de fibres de charbon ou en fibres de verre, l'élément de coffrage étant réversiblement pliable ou apte à être roulé.
  6. Elément de coffrage selon la revendication 5, la bande (11) étant formée d'un filet flexible.
  7. Elément de coffrage selon la revendication 5, le filet ayant une largeur de maille entre 1 et 5 mm, particulièrement d'environ 2.5 mm.
  8. Elément de coffrage selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, au moins une barre de renforcement (14), particulièrement en métal, étant arrangée à chacune des arêtes longitudinales (12) de la bande.
  9. Elément de coffrage selon la revendication 8, la bande (11) étant tournée autour des barres de renforcement (14) aux arêtes longitudinales, et particulièrement les arêtes longitudinales (12) étant tournées et recousues.
  10. Usage de l'élément de coffrage selon l'une des revendications 5 à 9 comme coffrage perdu entre les sections fabriquées graduellement d'un élément de béton armé en forme de plaque.
