Claims (12)

caractérisé en ce que la surface de dépose et/ou de contact (25, 27) est réalisée sur une pièce de terminaison séparée (17, 19), déterminant l'arête de coupe (13, 15), de l'amenée de produits, qui est accouplée à au moins une source d'oscillations (21, 23) qui met en oscillations la pièce de raccordement (17, 19) dans son ensemble. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que la pièce de terminaison (17, 19) est réalisée à angle droit et en particulier sous forme de carré. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que la pièce de terminaison est réalisée à la manière d'une coque conformée qui entoure totalement ou partiellement le produit à couper. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
caractérisé en ce que la zone de terminaison est formée par deux sièges de terminaison séparés (17, 19), dont les surfaces (25, 27) assurant l'amenée de produits et dont les arêtes de coupe (13, 15) sont agencées perpendiculairement l'une à l'autre, et qui peuvent être respectivement mises en oscillations par exactement une source d'oscillations (21, 23). - Procédé pour la découpe de produits alimentaires tels que de la charcuterie, du fromage, du jambon et similaire, au moyen d'un dispositif de coupe, en particulier une trancheuse à grand rendement, dans lequel un produit à découper est amené à un plan de coupe (11) dans lequel un couteau se déplace, en particulier en rotation, de manière adjacente à une arête de coupe (13, 15) formant l'extrémité de l'amenée de produit,
caractérisé en ce que
une zone de terminaison (17, 19) d'une amenée de produit qui comprend l'arête de coupe (13, 15), en particulier au moins une surface de dépose et/ou de contact (25, 27) assurant l'amenée de produits, est excitée pour exécuter des oscillations, et dans lequel une direction d'oscillation principale est essentiellement perpendiculaire à la surface de dépose et/ou de contact (25, 27). - Procédé selon la revendication 11,
caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise un dispositif avec les caractéristiques de l'une des revendications 1 à 10.
