Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Betonleitwand, wobei eine erste Wand umfassend erste Beton-Wandelemente mit einem Betonsockel vorgesehen ist, dass auf zumindest einer ersten Seite der ersten Wand eine zweite Wand umfassend zweite Beton-Wandelemente ausgebildet ist, wobei die zweite Wand an der der ersten Wand abgewandten Seite zur Verkehrsabweisung ausgebildet ist, dass zwischen der ersten Wand und der zweiten Wand ein vorgebbarer Spalt ausgebildet ist, und dass die erste Wand als Verstärkungselement für die zweite Wand nach lokalern Verschieben und/oder lokalem Verkippen der zweiten Wand um einen vorgebbaren Abstand vorgesehen ist.
- Es sind Betonleitwände bekannt, welche zur Verkehrsabweisung vorgesehen sind. Dabei sind einzelne Wandelemente üblicherweise miteinander verbunden, wobei eine durchgehende Betonleitwand ausgebildet wird. Bei einem Aufprall eines Fahrzeuges werden die Wandelemente verschoben, wobei durch die Verschiebearbeit die Anprallenergie abgebaut wird. Dabei tritt bei einem Pkw eine wesentlich geringere Anprallenergie als bei einem Lkw auf. Nachteilig dabei ist, dass die Wandelemente für eine bestimmte Höhe der Anprallenergie ausgelegt sind und für geringere Anprallenergien eine im Wesentlichen starre Wand darstellen und bei höheren Anprallenergien eine ungenügende Rückhaltewirkung aufweisen.

FR 2 457 928 A - Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Betonleitwand anzugeben, bei der die bekannten Nachteile vermieden sind, die eine gute Rückhaltewirkung von Fahrzeugen unterschiedlicher Masse aufweist und einfach und schnell aufgebaut werden kann.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass das erste Beton-Wandelement, bevorzugt im Bereich wenigstens einer Stirnseite, zumindest eine seitlich ausragende Abstützung zur Sicherstellung einer guten Standfestigkeit aufweist, und dass das zweite Beton-Wandelement eine Aufnahme für die Abstützung aufweist.
- Dadurch ergibt sich der Vorteil, dass die Betonleitwand durch den modularen Aufbau einfach und vielseitig eingesetzt werden kann, wobei die zweite Wand einfach an die zu erwartenden Verkehrsteilnehmer angepasst werden kann. Dabei kann die zweite Wand für einen Aufprall mit geringer Energie, beispielsweise einem Aufprall von einem Pkw, ausgelegt werden, wobei nach dem Verschieben der zweiten Wand diese zusammen mit der ersten Wand wirkt und für einen Aufprall mit höherer Energie, beispielsweise einem Aufprall von einem Lkw, ausgelegt ist. Dadurch kann auf einfache Weise eine sichere Verkehrsabweisung für verschiedene Anprallenergien gewährleistet werden. Weiters kann ein Schutz vor losen Teilen und ein Schallschutz bereitgestellt werden. Durch die seitliche Abstützung kann eine gute Standfestigkeit der Betonleitwand bei einer geringen Baubreite erreicht werden. Durch das Vorsehen der Aufnahme für die Abstützung im zweiten Beton-Wandelement kann eine besonders kompakte Bauweise sichergestellt werden.
- Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Abstützung als Führung der zweiten Beton-Wandelemente ausgebildet ist, wodurch ein besonders gutes Zusammenwirken der einzelnen Teile der Betonleitwand sichergestellt wird.
- In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Abstützung als im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Länge des ersten Beton-Wandelementes gehende und mit diesem einstückig verbundene Betonplatte ausgebildet ist. Dadurch kann einfach eine besonders hohe Standsicherheit gewährleistet werden.
- Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass das erste Beton-Wandelement einen Aufbau umfasst, wobei der Aufbau vorzugsweise als Lärmschutzwand ausgebildet ist. Dadurch kann die Betonleitwand neben der Verkehrsabweisung zusätzlich auch als Lärmschutzwand verwendet werden. Weiters bietet der Aufbau einen Schutz vor herumfliegenden Teilen, die sich - insbesondere bei einem Aufprall - von einem Fahrzeug und/oder seiner Ladung lösen.
- In Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass in dem Spalt ein Dämpfungselement angeordnet ist. Durch das Dämpfungselement kann eine kontrollierte Verschiebung der zweiten Wand bei einem Aufprall sichergestellt und Schwingungen vermieden werden. Weiters kann durch das Dämpfungselement ein Teil der Anprallenergie abgebaut werden.
- Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass der Aufbau einstückig mit dem Betonsockel ausgebildet ist, wodurch das erste Beton-Wandelement besonders einfach und kostengünstig herstellbar ist. Weiters wird ein besonders guter Schutz für lose Teile sichergestellt.
- In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass der Aufbau mit dem Betonsockel verbundene Metallsteher und wenigstens ein aufsteckbares Paneel umfasst.
- Dabei kann der Aufbau einfach an unterschiedliche Anwendungen angepasst werden, wobei durch den modularen Aufbau eine große Einsatzvielfalt möglich ist.
- Gemäß einer weiteren Ausbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die ersten Beton-Wandelemente untereinander mittels ersten Zuggliedern verbunden sind und/oder die zweiten Beton-Wandelemente untereinander mittels zweiten Zuggliedern verbunden sind, wodurch auf einfache Weise ein Versatz zwischen zwei benachbarten Beton-Wandelementen vermieden werden kann, der in weiterer Folge ein Gefahrenpotenzial für nachkommende Fahrzeuge darstellt. Weiters kann durch die Zugglieder ein Zusammenwirken mehrerer benachbarter Beton-Wandelemente sichergestellt werden, wodurch die Gesamtauslenkung der Betonleitwand, die sich gegebenenfalls auf eine Gegenfahrbahn erstrecken kann, gering gehalten wird.
- In diesem Zusammenhang kann in Weiterbildung der Erfindung vorgesehen sein, dass wenigstens eines der ersten Zugglieder zur Verbindung des Aufbaus vorgesehen ist. Dadurch kann auch eine gute Rückhaltewirkung des Aufbaus sichergestellt werden.
- In Weiterführung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass auf einer der ersten Seite gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seite der ersten Wand eine dritte Wand umfassend zweite Beton-Wandelemente und/oder dritte Beton-Wandelemente ausgebildet ist, wobei die dritte Wand an der der ersten Wand abgewandten Seite zur Verkehrsabweisung ausgebildet ist, wodurch eine beidseitige zuverlässige Verkehrsabweisung sichergestellt werden kann.
- Die Erfindung wird unter Bezugnahme auf die beigeschlossenen Zeichnungen, in welchen Ausführungsformen dargestellt sind, näher beschrieben. Dabei zeigt:

Fig. 1 ist eine Seitenansicht einer erfindungsgemäßen Betonleitwand 1 dargestellt. In denFig. 2 bis 5 sind Ausgestaltungen des Querschnitts der Betonleitwand 1 nachFig. 1 gezeigt. Die Betonleitwand 1 umfasst eine erste Wand 11 umfassend erste Beton-Wandelemente 2 mit einem Betonsockel 21. Auf einer ersten Seite 24 der ersten Wand 11 ist eine zweite Wand 12 angeordnet, wobei die zweite Wand 12 zweite Beton-Wandelemente 3 umfasst, die an der der ersten Wand 11 abgewandten Seite 34 zur Verkehrsabweisung ausgebildet sind. Zwischen der ersten Wand 11 und der zweiten Wand 12 ist ein Spalt ausgebildet, dessen Größe vorgebbar ist. Nach lokalem Verschieben der zweiten Wand 12 µm einen vorgebbaren Abstand ist vorgesehen, dass die erste Wand 11 als Verstärkungselement für die zweite Wand 12 dient. - Zur Verkehrsabweisung weist die zweite Wand 12 vorzugsweise ein Stufenprofil auf. Bei anderen Ausführungsformen können auch andere Profilformen vorgesehen sein, wobei das Profil insbesondere auf die zu erwartenden Verkehrsteilnehmer abgestellt werden kann.
- Bei einem Anprall an die zweite Wand 12 werden das betroffene zweite Beton-Wandelement 3 in Richtung der ersten Wand 11 verschoben, wobei Anprallenergie abgebaut wird. Ein Zusammenwirken benachbarter zweiter Beton-Wandelemente 3 kann erreicht werden, indem die zweiten Beton-Wandelemente 3 untereinander mittels zweiten Zuggliedern 36 verbunden sind. Dadurch kann auch das Ausbilden eines Versatzes zwischen zwei zweiten Beton-Wandelementen 3 vermieden werden, wobei ein Fahrzeug frontal auf die Stirnseite des bei dem Versatz herausragenden zweiten Beton-Wandelementes 3 auftreffen könnte.
- Nach dem Verschieben des zweiten Beton-Wandelementes 3 um den vorgebbaren Abstand bewirkt die erste Wand 11 einen Widerstand gegen ein weiteres Verschieben des zweiten Beton-Wandelementes 3. Der vorgebbare Abstand kann dabei im Wesentlichen dem Spalt entsprechen.
- In dem Spalt kann ein Dämpfungselement 5 angeordnet sein, welches zusätzlich einen Teil der Anprallenergie aufnehmen kann und/oder Schwingungen der ersten Wand 11 vermeiden und/oder eine gleichförmige Bewegung des zweiten Beton-Wandelementes 3 sicherstellen kann. Durch das Dämpfungselement 5 kann der vorgebbare Abstand kleiner als der vorgebbare Spalt sein.
- Sofern die Anprallenergie groß genug ist, werden nach dem lokalen Verschieben der zweiten Wand 12 um den vorgebbaren Abstand in weiterer Folge die erste Wand 11 und die zweite Wand 12 gemeinsam verschoben, wodurch der Widerstand gegenüber einer Verschiebung erhöht wird. Dabei können die ersten Beton-Wandelemente 2 untereinander mittels ersten Zuggliedern 26 verbunden sein, wodurch eine Bewegung der ersten Betonwandelemente 2 als Wand sichergestellt werden kann.
- Das erste Beton-Wandelement umfasst einen Aufbau 22. Der Aufbau 22 kann beispielsweise als Sichtschutz, als Lärmschutzwand und/oder als Abschirmung ausgebildet sein.
- Bei einem Anprall können sich Teile des Fahrzeuges und/oder der Ladung lösen und auf die
- Betonleitwand 1 auftreffen, wobei diese Teile üblicherweise im Bereich des Aufbaus 22 auftreffen. Eine gute Rückhaltewirkung gegenüber diesen Teilen wird erreicht, wenn wenigstens eines der ersten Zugglieder 26 zur Verbindung des Aufbaus 22 vorgesehen ist.
- Dabei kann eines der ersten Zugglieder 26 im oberen Bereich des Aufbaus 22 angeordnet sein.
- Auf einer der ersten Seite 24 gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seite 25 der ersten Wand 11 kann eine dritte Wand 13 umfassend zweite Beton-Wandelemente 3 und/oder dritte Beton-Wandelemente 4 angeordnet sein. Bevorzugt ist die dritte Wand 13 an der der ersten Wand 11 abgewandten Seite 45 zur Verkehrsabweisung ausgebildet. Es erscheint günstig, die dritte Wand 13 vorzusehen, sofern auf dieser Seite der Betonleitwand 1 ebenfalls Verkehrsströme auftreten und mit einem Anprall von dieser Seite zu rechnen ist. Es kann auch vorgesehen sein, dass durch die dritte Wand 13 eine Sicherheitszone zwischen Verkehrsteilnehmern, beispielsweise Fußgängern und/oder Radfahrern, geschaffen wird, um die Verletzungsgefahr bei einer unerwarteten Verschiebung der ersten Wand 11 infolge eines Aufpralls zu vermindern.
- Die dritte Wand 13 kann analog der zweiten Wand 12 ausgebildet sein. Dabei wirkt die dritte Wand 13 bei einem Anprall an die zweite Wand 12 nach Verschieben der ersten Wand 11 um den vorgebbaren Abstand zwischen der dritten Wand 13 und der ersten Wand 11 als zusätzliches Verstärkungselement, wobei alle drei Wände 11, 12, 13 einen Widerstand gegenüber einer weiteren Verschiebung bieten.
- Das erste Beton-Wandelement 2 kann zumindest eine seitlich ausragende Abstützung 27 aufweisen, welche bevorzugt im Bereich wenigstens einer Stirnseite 28 angeordnet sein kann.
- Durch die Abstützung kann eine gute Standfestigkeit des ersten Beton-Wandelementes 2 sichergestellt werden. Weiters kann vorgesehen sein, dass das zweite Beton-Wandelement 3 eine Aufnahme 37 für die Abstützung 27 aufweist. Dadurch kann eine stabile und kompakte
- Bauweise der Betonleitwand 1 erreicht werden, wobei das zweite Beton-Wandelement 3 zusätzlich als Ballast auf die Abstützung 27 wirkt.
- Weiters kann die Abstützung 27 als Führung der zweiten Beton-Wandelemente 3 ausgebildet sein, wobei durch die Abstützung 27 bei einem Anprall die Bewegungsrichtung der zweiten Beton-Wandelemente 3 festgelegt ist.
- In
Fig. 2 sind die zweite Wand 12 und die dritte Wand 13 um den jeweiligen vorgebbaren Spalt von der ersten Wand 11 beabstandet, wobei der Spalt jeweils unabhängig voneinander vorgegeben werden kann. Anstelle einer Verschiebung der zweiten Wand 12 und/oder der dritten Wand 13 um den jeweiligen vorgebbaren Spalt kann auch ein Verkippen vorgesehen sein, wobei dann der vorgebbare Spalt bevorzugt keilförmig ausgebildet ist. Ein derartiger keilförmiger Spalt ist bei den Ausführungsformen gemäß denFig. 4 und 5 gezeigt. In dem vorgebbaren Spalt kann ein Federelement 6 angeordnet sein, wobei das Federelement 6 zusätzlich zu dem Dämpferelement 5 vorgesehen sein kann. - Bei anderen Ausführungsformen der Betonleitwand 1 kann auch ein Verkippen der zweiten
- Wand 12 und/oder der dritten Wand 13 in Kombination mit einer Verschiebung vorgesehen sein.
- Bei der Ausführungsform gemäß den
Fig. 6 und 7 ist die Abstützung 27 einstückig mit dem ersten Beton-Wandelement 2 ausgebildet und vorzugsweise ebenfalls aus Beton. Dabei kann die Abstützung 27 als im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Länge des ersten Beton-Wandelementes 2 gehende Betonplatte ausgebildet sein. Dadurch kann eine besonders hohe - Standfestigkeit der ersten Wand 11 erreicht werden. Das zweite Beton-Wandelement 3 ist auf der Abstützung 27 angeordnet und kann auf der Abstützung 27 verschoben werden. Dabei wirkt das zweite Beton-Wandelement 3 zusätzlich als Ballast auf die Abstützung 27, wodurch eine besonders gute Standfestigkeit der Betonleitwand 1 erreicht wird. Die Abstützung 27 kann dabei eine Führung für die zweiten Beton-Wandelemente 3 aufweisen. Neben der zweiten Wand 12 kann auch die dritte Wand 13 ausgebildet sein.
- Der Aufbau 22 kann mit dem Betonsockel 21 verbundene Metallsteher und wenigstens einem aufsteckbaren Paneel 23 umfassen. Bei andern Ausführungsformen kann der Aufbau auch einstückig mit dem Betonsockel 21 verbunden sein.
- Weitere erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsformen weisen lediglich einen Teil der beschriebenen Merkmale auf, wobei jede Merkmalskombination, insbesondere auch von verschiedenen beschriebenen Ausführungsformen, vorgesehen sein kann.
Claims (10)
- Betonleitwand (1), wobei eine erste Wand (11) umfassend erste Beton-Wandelemente (2) mit einem Betonsockel (21) vorgesehen ist, dass auf zumindest einer ersten Seite (24) der ersten Wand (11) eine zweite Wand (12) umfassend zweite Beton-Wandelemente (3) ausgebildet ist, wobei die zweite Wand (12) an der der ersten Wand (11) abgewandten Seite (34) zur Verkehrsabweisung ausgebildet ist, dass zwischen der ersten Wand (11) und der zweiten Wand (12) ein vorgebbarer Spalt ausgebildet ist, und dass die erste Wand (11) als Verstärkungselement für die zweite Wand (12) nach lokalem Verschieben und/oder lokalem Verkippen der zweiten Wand (12) um einen vorgebbaren Abstand vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Beton-Wandelement (2), bevorzugt im Bereich wenigstens einer Stirnseite (28), zumindest eine seitlich ausragende Abstützung (27) zur Sicherstellung einer guten Standfestigkeit aufweist, und dass das zweite Beton-Wandelement (3) eine Aufnahme (37) für die Abstützung (27) aufweist.
- Betonleitwand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstützung (27) als Führung der zweiten Beton-Wandelemente (3) ausgebildet ist.
- Betonleitwand nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstützung (27) als im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Länge des ersten Beton-Wandelementes (2) gehende und mit diesem einstückig verbundene Betonplatte ausgebildet ist.
- Betonleitwand nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Beton-Wandelement (2) einen Aufbau (22) umfasst, wobei der Aufbau (22) vorzugsweise als Lärmschutzwand ausgebildet ist.
- Betonleitwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Spalt ein Dämpfungselement (5) angeordnet ist.
- Betonleitwand nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufbau (22) einstückig mit dem Betonsockel (21) ausgebildet ist
- Betonleitwand nach Anspruch 4, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufbau (22) mit dem Betonsockel (21) verbundene Metallsteher und wenigstens ein aufsteckbares Paneel (23) umfasst.
- Betonleitwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Beton-Wandelemente (2) untereinander mittels ersten Zuggliedern (26) verbunden sind und/oder die zweiten Beton-Wandelemente (3) untereinander mittels zweiten Zuggliedern (36) verbunden sind.
- Betonleitwand nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eines der ersten Zugglieder (26) zur Verbindung des Aufbaus (22) vorgesehen ist.
- Betonleitwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf einer der ersten Seite (24) gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seite (25) der ersten Wand (11) eine dritte Wand (13) umfassend zweite Beton-Wandelemente (3) und/oder dritte Beton-Wandelemente (4) ausgebildet ist, wobei die dritte Wand (13) an der der ersten Wand (14) abgewandten Seite (45) zur Verkehrsabweisung ausgebildet ist.
