Claims (14)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines gebundenen Albums aus einzelnen Bögen, umfassend:
    - eine Einheit zum Falten der Bögen (100), um sie in das gewünschte Format zu bringen,
    - eine Einheit (30-37) zum Nuten der Bögen, so dass ihr Falten erleichtert wird und die Bögen in ihrer gefalteten Form gehalten werden,
    - eine Verklebungseinheit (60), die aus einer Kassette besteht und dazu bestimmt ist, mindestens einen Teil der Bögen nach dem Falten paarweise zu verkleben,
    - eine Platte (40) zur Aufnahme der genuteten Bögen und zum Stapeln der Bögen zur Herstellung eines Albums, wobei die Aufnahmeplatte parallel zur Vorbewegungsrichtung der Bögen in der Vorrichtung translationsbeweglich ist, und zwar zwischen mehreren Stellungen und synchron mit dem Betrieb der Falteinheit.
  2. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines gebundenen Albums aus einzelnen Bögen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie außerdem eine Einheit zum automatischen Messen der Länge der Bögen (50, 100) umfasst, um eine Faltung in der Mitte des Bogens zu gewährleisten.
  3. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines gebundenen Albums aus einzelnen Bögen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nuteinheit aus zwei zueinander parallelen gegenwirkenden Walzen (30, 31) besteht, die in entgegengesetzter Richtung in Drehung versetzt werden, wobei jede der Walzen jeweils mit einem Vorsprung (32, 34) und einer Nut (33, 35) versehen ist, die zueinander diametral entgegengesetzt sind und dazu bestimmt sind, mit einer Nut bzw. einem Vorsprung mit entsprechenden Abmessungen, die auf der gegenwirkenden Walze angeordnet sind, zusammenzuwirken, wobei die beiden Walzen mindestens zwei Zonen der gegenseitigen Tangierung aufweisen, die auf Höhe des Standorts der Nut und des Vorsprungs vorgesehen sind.
  4. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines gebundenen Albums aus einzelnen Bögen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzen (30, 31) keinen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweisen, sondern jeweils zwei zueinander parallele Abflachungen (36, 37) umfassen, wobei die Walzen so ausgebildet sind, dass die Abflachungen der beiden Walzen periodische zueinander parallel sind, um außerhalb des Arbeitsgangs des Nutens eine Zone des freien Durchgangs des Blatts (50, 100) zu bilden.
  5. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines gebundenen Albums aus einzelnen Bögen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Falteinheit umfasst:
    - ein Paar von vorderen Antriebswalzen (20, 21), die dazu bestimmt sind, die Bögen nacheinander aufzunehmen, wenn sie in die Vorrichtung eingeführt werden,
    - einen Drucknocken (23), der stromab der vorderen Antriebswalzen (20, 21) angeordnet ist und dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer Auflagefläche (22) zusammenzuwirken, und der im Besonderen dazu bestimmt ist, bei der Herstellung des Einbands des betreffenden Albums aus einem Bogen (50) verwendet zu werden,
    - zwei Paare von hinteren Antriebswalzen (24, 25) und (26, 27), die stromab des Drucknockens (23) gelegen sind und unabhängig von den vorderen Antriebswalzen (20, 21) arbeiten, um insbesondere die Arbeitsgänge des Faltens zu gewährleisten.
  6. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines gebundenen Albums aus einzelnen Bögen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmeplatte (40) hintere Anschläge (42) umfasst, die bezüglich der Platte feststehend montiert sind und dazu bestimmt sind, einen (101) der Ränder der Bögen (100) nach dem Nuten und ggf. nach dem Falten aufzunehmen, um ein Bezugsorgan zu bilden, wobei die Platte mit Haltezähnen oder -anschlägen (46) versehen ist, die in Nähe der festenstehenden Anschläge (42) angeordnet sind und mit Hilfe von Hebeln (48) betätigt werden, die an der Platte angelenkt sind und mit Hilfe eines Nockens (49) betätigt werden, der mit einem im Rahmen der Vorrichtung vorgesehenen Schlitz (7) zusammenwirkt und dadurch in Abhängigkeit von der Stellung der Platte betätigt wird.
  7. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines gebundenen Albums aus einzelnen Bögen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmeplatte (40) auf einem Gestell (4) montiert ist, das in der Höhe veränderlich ist und zu diesem Zweck auf Querträgern (5) montiert ist, die an dem Rahmen der Vorrichtung angelenkt sind, so dass die Höhe des oberen Bogens des in Bildung begriffenen Albums unabhängig von der Anzahl der es bildenden Blätter konstant gehalten wird, wobei die Platte zu diesem Zweck mit einem elastischen Rückholorgan versehen ist, das die Rückholung der Platte zu Anschlägen bewirken, die aus einer Andruckwalze (29) und einer Quetschwalze (6) bestehen, die als solche zusammen oder getrennt wirken.
  8. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines gebundenen Albums aus einzelnen Bögen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verklebungseinheit (60) aus einer unabhängigen Kassette besteht, die durch einfaches Einschieben in den Rahmen der Vorrichtung eingeschoben werden kann, um den Formatwechsel der Leim- oder Klebstofffläche zu gestatten, die auf die Rückseite der zu verbindenden Bögen aufzubringen ist.
  9. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines aus einzelnen Bögen gebundenen Albums nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verklebungseinheit (60) dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer Andruckwalze (28) zusammenzuwirken, die zwischen den beiden Paaren von hinteren Antriebswalzen (24, 25) und (26, 27) der Falteinheit angeordnet ist.
  10. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines gebundenen Albums aus einzelnen Bögen nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verklebungseinheit (60) umfasst:
    - eine Spule (61) zum Speichern eines mit einem Übertragungsklebstofffilm bedeckten Trägers,
    - ein Antriebsmittel, das dazu bestimmt ist, das Abrollen des Trägers von der Speicherspule (61) und seine Beförderung in den Bereich einer Verklebungszone zu gewährleisten,
    - eine Verklebungswalze (62), die zwischen zwei Stellungen beweglich ist:
    ■ einer operationellen Stellung, in der die Verklebungswalze (62) mit der Andruckwalze (28) in Kontakt kommt, wobei der zu verklebende Bogen zwischen diesen sich vorbewegen kann,
    ■ und einer nicht operationellen Stellung, in der die Verklebungswalze (62) weder mit der Andruckwalze (28) noch mit dem Bogen in Kontakt ist.
  11. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines gebundenen Albums aus einzelnen Bögen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Andruckwalze (29) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, auf die aneinander zu befestigenden Bögen einen Druck auszuüben, von denen mindestens ein Teil eines von ihnen durch die Verklebungseinheit verklebt wurde, wobei dieser Druck vom Aufnahmetisch (40) aufgenommen wird.
  12. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines gebundenen Albums aus einzelnen Bögen nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Andruckwalze (29) mit radialen Nuten (29') mit geeigneten Abmessungen, insbesondere Tiefen- und Breitenabmessungen, versehen ist, so dass der Durchgang der feststehenden Anschläge (42) und der beweglichen Anschläge (46) der Platte (40) auf ihrer Höhe insbesondere bei der Translation der Platte gestattet wird.
  13. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines gebundenen Albums aus einzelnen Bögen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Quetschwalze (6) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, als Gegendruckorgan bezüglich des durch die Platte (40) erzeugten Drucks zu dienen, um die Prägung oder Quetschung des Falzes der Bögen auf Höhe der Nutzone zu bewirken, die zuvor auf Höhe der Nuteinheit hergestellt wurde.
  14. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines gebundenen Albums aus einzelnen Bögen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch einen programmierbaren Automaten, einen PC oder eine elektronische Logik verwaltet wird, der bzw. die insbesondere in Abhängigkeit von den Daten, die vom Benutzer über Format, Anzahl der das Album bildenden Bögen eingegeben werden, die Drehrichtung und die Geschwindigkeiten der einzelnen Antriebswalzen sowohl der Nuteinheit, der Falzeinheit als auch der Verklebungseinheit und die Positionierung der Nutlinie oder -linien gewährleistet.
