Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung zum automatischen Verkleben von Papier- oder Kartonbögen mit niedrigem Flächengewicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst:
    - eine Spule (8) zum Speichern eines mit einem Übertragungsklebstofffilm bedeckten Trägers,
    - ein Antriebsmittel, das dazu bestimmt ist, das Abrollen des Trägers von der Speicherspule (8) und seine Beförderung im Bereich einer Verklebungszone zu gewährleisten,
    - eine Verklebungswalze (11), die zwischen zwei Stellungen beweglich ist:
    • einer operationellen Stellung, in der die Verklebungswalze mit einer Andruckwalze in Kontakt kommt, wobei der zu verklebende Bogen zwischen diesen sich vorbewegen kann,
    • und einer nicht operationellen Stellung, in der die Verklebungswalze weder mit der Andruckwalze noch mit dem Papier- oder Kartonbogen in Kontakt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung zum automatischen Verkleben von Papier- oder Kartonbögen mit niedrigem Flächengewicht nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragachse der Verklebungswalze (11) sich in durchgehenden Schlitzen (12), die in dem die Vorrichtung bildenden Chassis vorgesehen sind, bewegen kann.
  3. Vorrichtung zum automatischen Verkleben von Papier- oder Kartonbögen mit niedrigem Flächengewicht nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verklebungswalze (11) bei Fehlen jeder Beaufschlagung von selbst in der operationellen Stellung ist, wobei ein Federsystem ihren Halt in dieser Konfiguration gewährleistet.
  4. Vorrichtung zum automatischen Verkleben von Papier- oder Kartonbögen mit niedrigem Flächengewicht nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verklebungswalze (11) nur unter der Einwirkung eines Stellglieds in nicht operationeller Stellung ist, dessen Inbetriebsetzung auch die Auskupplung oder den Stillstand des Antriebsmittels auslöst, das das Abrollen des mit dem Übertragungsklebstoff versehenen Trägers gewährleistet.
  5. Vorrichtung zum automatischen Verkleben von Papier- oder Kartonbögen mit niedrigem Flächengewicht nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie außerdem eine Spule (9) zur Aufnahme des Trägers des Klebstofffilms, d.h. des von übertragbarem Klebstoff befreiten Trägers, umfasst.
  6. Vorrichtung zum automatischen Verkleben von Papier- oder Kartonbögen mit niedrigem Flächengewicht nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spule (9) zur Speicherung des von Übertragungsklebstoff befreiten Trägers motorbetrieben ist und die Funktion des Antriebsmittels, insbesondere das Abrollen des mit Übertragungsklebstoff versehenen Trägers von seiner Speicherspule (8) und das effektive Spannen des Trägers nach Auftrag des Klebstofffilms auf den Papier- oder Kartonbogen, gewährleistet.
  7. Vorrichtung zum automatischen Verkleben von Papier- oder Kartonbögen mit niedrigem Flächengewicht nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Speicherspulen (8) für den mit Übertragungsklebstoff versehenen Träger bzw. (9) für den von diesem befreiten Träger auf abnehmbaren Achsen montiert sind, so dass ihre Austauschbarkeit und gleichzeitig der Formatwechsel des Trägers und damit des übertragbaren Klebstofffilms und damit gleichzeitig seine Anpassung an verschiedene Formate von zu verklebenden Bögen gestattet werden.
