Claims (6)
- Machine pour la teinture en discontinu de produits d'étoffe, comprenant:- un autoclave de teinture (5; 105) dans lequel l'étoffe sous forme de corde (7) est alimentée, cet autoclave contenant un bain (10; 110) pour le traitement de ladite étoffe;- un conduit de mouvement (21; 121) équipé d'une pompe principale (6;106) qui prélève une fraction dudit bain et l'introduit dans l'autoclave à proximité d'une ou de plusieurs tuyères (8; 108) où il vient au contact de l'étoffe;- une unité pour l'introduction, dans ledit bain, de teintures ou colorants et d'éventuels produits chimiques auxiliaires contenus dans au moins un réservoir (1; 101) desdits produits, comprenant un dispositif d'introduction (2; 102);caractérisée en ce qu'on prévoit un conduit de recirculation (9; 109) entre deux points sur ledit bain dans lequel est insérée une pompe de mélange, par laquelle lesdits produits en provenance dudit réservoir (1; 101) sont alimentés dans ledit conduit de recirculation (9; 109) et en outre caractérisée en ce que ladite unité pour l'introduction, dans ledit bain (10; 110), de teintures et d'éventuels produits chimiques auxiliaires contenus dans ledit réservoir (1; 101) comprend des moyens (3; 103) pour contrôler la quantité du produit/des produits introduit/s.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits produits sont alimentés dans le conduit de recirculation (9) à l'amont de ladite pompe de mélange (4).
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits produits sont alimentés dans le conduit de recirculation (109) à l'aval de ladite pompe de mélange (104).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une fraction du bain présent dans le conduit de recirculation (9; 109) est prélevée et ramenée audit réservoir (1; 101) pour diluer les produits.
- Machine selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que ladite fraction du bain est prélevée dans le conduit de recirculation (9) à l'aval de ladite pompe de mélange (4).
- Machine selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que ladite fraction du bain est prélevée dans le conduit de recirculation (109) à l'aval de ladite pompe de mélange (104) mais à l'amont dudit point d'introduction pour les produits en provenance dudit réservoir (101).
