Claims (7)

  1. Composition d'électrolyte pour la séparation d'une couche d'alliage zinc-nickel sur un substrat comportant une proportion de 10 à 18 % en masse de nickel, dans laquelle la composition d'électrolyte contient des ions zinc et nickel, caractérisée en ce que la composition d'électrolyte présente de l'acide amino-acétique et un acétate du groupe constitué par l'acétate de sodium, l'acétate de potassium, l'acétate d'ammonium ou des mélanges de ceux-ci dans un rapport molaire acétate : acide amino-acétique de 0,35 à 0,91.
  2. Composition d'électrolyte selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre au moins un halogénure alcalin, de préférence, un halogénure de potassium, de manière particulièrement préférée, du chlorure de potassium.
  3. Composition d'électrolyte selon l'une des revendications précédentes, présentant en outre de l'acide borique.
  4. Composition d'électrolyte selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre un système d'agent de brillance.
  5. Procédé pour la séparation d'une couche d'alliage zinc-nickel sur un substrat comportant une proportion de 10 à 18 % en masse de nickel, notamment sur un substrat en fonte ou en acier, caractérisé en ce que le substrat est soumis à un contact avec un flux de la composition d'électrolyte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 pour la séparation.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le substrat est mis en contact avec la composition d'électrolyte à une température entre 20 °C et 60 °C, de préférence, entre 30 °C et 40 °C.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une densité de courant entre 0,5 et 5 A/dm2, de préférence, entre 1,0 et 3,5 A/dm2, est appliquée pour la séparation de la couche.
