Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine rahmenlose Glastüre, insbesondere Glaspendeltüre oder -anschlagtüre, mit einem Glastürblatt in einer Türöffnung und mit bodenseitigen und deckenseitigen oder seitlichen Scharnieren.
- Nicht nur bei Geschäftsportalen, sondern auch im Bereich von Büros und in der modernen Innenarchitektur haben sich Glasfassaden, Glaswände und Glastüren durchgesetzt. Sie verleihen in beiden Richtungen einen freien Einblick bzw.
Durchblick und tragen zur Offenheit und zur Verbindung zwischen Innen und Außen bei. Es werden dadurch Barrieren abgebaut, und z.B. im Geschäftsbereich wird einer Schwellenangst entgegengewirkt. - Glastüren erfordern Beschläge, insbesondere Scharniere, die in aller Regel aus Metall bestehen und die bodenseitig und deckenseitig an dem Glastürblatt angeflanscht sein müssen. Dazu werden U-Profile aus Metall verwendet, die die scharnierseitigen Eckbereiche übergreifen und das Glastürblatt partiell einschließen und festhalten. An diesen Metallprofilen sind die Drehachsen oder Dornaufnahmen angeordnet, die in Gegenstücke in der Boden- oder Deckenkonstruktion eingreifen.
- Eine besondere Ausbildung geht von einer mehrlagigen Verbundglasscheibe aus. Ein Flachstück eines Scharnierteiles greift in die Verbundkonstruktion ein, sodass das Glas nicht wie üblich zwischen zwei Backen eines U-Profils liegt, sondern den flachen Scharnierteil umschließt.
- Als nachteilig wird beim Stand der Technik, wie z.B. in
DE 20220773 U1 gezeigt, empfunden, dass die Glastüren zwar rahmenlos, aber doch mit sichtbaren metallischen Scharnierteilen ausgebildet sind. - Die Erfindung zielt darauf ab, das Glastürblatt von allen sichtbaren Scharnierteilen zu befreien und die gesamte Türöffnung ausnahmslos durchsichtig zu gestalten.
- Dies wird bei einer rahmenlosen Glastüre der eingangs beschriebenen Art dadurch erreicht, dass das Glastürblatt im Bereich der Scharniere jeweils zungenartige Glasfortsätze aufweist, die über die geometrische Form, insbesondere Rechtecksform, des Glastürblattes vorragen und außerhalb des Sichtbereiches in Richtung der Türöffnung in einen drehbaren Scharnierteil eintauchen.
- Obwohl hier von einer Glastüre gesprochen wird, gelten sämtliche Merkmale sinngemäß auch für Glasflügel, etwa für Fenster. Alle Scharnierteile liegen somit stets außerhalb der Türöffnung, also zur Gänze in der Boden- oder Deckenkonstruktion oder vollständig in einem Türstock. Die Glasfortsätze sind Teile des Türblattes und stellen die unsichtbare Verbindung zu den ebenfalls unsichtbaren Scharnieren her. Es ist zweckmäßig, wenn das Glastürblatt und die Glasfortsätze einstückig ausgebildet sind. Mit modernen Klebern lassen sich die Fortsätze allenfalls auch an den Glaskanten anbringen. Wenn deren Brechungseigenschaften dem Glas entsprechen, bleibt die Klebestelle, auch wenn sie zur Verstärkung profiliert bzw. verzahnt ist, völlig unsichtbar. Schließlich ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die Glasfortsätze und der drehbare Scharnierteil, z.B. durch Kleben, fest verbunden sind und wenn der drehbare Scharnierteil auf einen Zapfen, z.B. eines Bodentürschließers, aufsetzbar ist. Die Glasfortsätze greifen in Spalten, Nuten oder Profilausnehmungen des drehbaren Scharnierteiles und sind dort fixiert. Diese Bereiche liegen zur Gänze außerhalb der Türöffnung und entziehen sich vollständig der Sicht. Die Glasfortsätze können in diagonale Nuten von kreiszylindrischen Lagerstücken eingreifen, die in drehfest montierten Lagerschalen, vorzugsweise zwischen Anschlägen, verdrehbar sind. Lagerstücke und Lagerschalen können als radiale und axiale Wälzlager bzw. Kugellager ausgebildet sein. Unterhalb des bodenseitigen oder des deckenseitigen kreiszylindrischen Lagerstückes kann ein Bodentürschließer angeordnet sein, der mit seinem Zapfen (z.B. Vierkant) in eine entsprechende Ausnehmung im Boden des Lagerstückes formschlüssig eingreift. Die gesamte Einheit aus drehfester Lagerschale und (sofern vorhanden) Bodentürschließer kann in einem versenkten Montagekasten auf Gewindespindeln (Distanzschrauben) nach unten abgesenkt werden, so dass zumindest ein Glasfortsatz mit seinem kreiszylindrischen Lagerstück freigestellt und die Glastüre ausgebaut werden kann.
- Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes sind in den Zeichnungen dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine rahmenlose Glastüre in einer Türöffnung mit den Scharnieren im Querschnitt,Fig. 2 die bodenseitige Scharniere in Draufsicht,Fig. 3 das Glastürblatt in Ansicht,Fig. 4 einen Eckbereich einer Türöffnung mit Glastürblatt und Scharniere auf einem Bodentürschließer, teilweise im Schnitt,Fig. 5 eine andere Ausführungsform einer Scharniere im Querschnitt undFig. 6 einen Schnitt nach der Linie VI-VI inFig. 5 . - Gemäß
Fig. 1 füllt ein Glastürblatt 1 eine strichliert dargestellte Türöffnung 2 zur Gänze aus. In der Türöffnung 2, also innerhalb des Umrisses der strichlierten Linie der Türöffnung 2, sind keinerlei Scharnierbeschläge oder Beschlägeteile zu sehen. Das Glastürblatt 1 weist bei der Ausführung nachFig. 1 bis 4 jeweils zungenartige Glasfortsätze 3, 4 auf, die an den Schmalseiten des rechteckigen Glastürblattes 1 nächst einer der Längsseiten vorgesehen sind. Diese Glasfortsätze 3, 4 überragen auch die Türöffnung 2, also in derFig. 1 die strichlierte Linie der Türöffnung 2, und tauchen in eine Ausnehmung 5 eines drehbaren kreiszylindrischen Scharnierteiles 6, 7 ein. Diese kreiszylindrischen Scharnierteile 6, 7 sind Lagerstücke wie Lagerzapfen, die in drehfest angeordneten Lagerschalen 8, 9 entsprechend einem Gleitlager drehbar aufgenommen werden. Eine Wälz- oder Kugellagerung in radialer und bzw. oder axialer Richtung ist zwischen den Scharnierteilen 6, 7 und den drehfesten Lagerschalen 8, 9 möglich. Werden letztere in eine tiefer liegende Ausnehmung abgesenkt, dann kommen die drehbaren Scharnierteile 6, 7 außer Eingriff und die Glastüre kann ausgehängt werden. -
Fig. 2 zeigt in Draufsicht den bodenseitigen Scharnierteil 6, dessen Ausnehmung 5 als diagonaler Schlitz bzw. Nut ausgebildet ist, die den Glasfortsatz 3 formschlüssig aufnimmt. Bei einem konkreten Ausführungsbeispiel hatten die Glasfortsätze eine auskragende Länge von etwa 2 cm und eine Breite von 5 bis 6 cm. Unter Berücksichtigung des Bodenspaltes von 5mm war die Tiefe der Ausnehmung 5 etwa 1,5 cm, die Länge der Ausnehmung 5 etwa 5 bis 6 cm und die Breite in Übereinstimmung mit der Stärke des Sicherheitsglases. Ein Verkleben dieses aus Metall bestehenden Scharnierteiles 6 mit dem Glasfortsatz 3 ist möglich. - Bei der Herstellung des Glastürblattes 1 wird von einer um einige (z.B. vier) Zentimeter überlangen Glasplatte ausgegangen und dann, z.B. mit modernen Hochdruckstrahlmethoden, die Schmalseite so gekürzt, dass die Glasfortsätze 3, 4 stehen bleiben. Das Glastürblatt 1 ist hier einstückig mit den Glasfortsätzen 3, 4 ausgebildet.
- Bei der Ausführung nach
Fig. 4 taucht der Glasfortsatz 3 in einem drehbaren Scharnierteil 10, der bodenseitig eine Vierkantausnehmung besitzt. In diese greift ein Zapfen 11 eines Bodentürschließers 12. Wird also die rahmenlose Glastüre geöffnet, dann verdreht sich der Scharnierteil 10 um beispielsweise 75°, spannt dabei über den formschlüssig angreifenden Zapfen 11 den Bodentürschließer 12, der entsprechend gebremst für die Rückdrehung des Scharnierteiles 10 und damit für das Schließen der Glastüre sorgt. Das Bremsverhalten des Bodentürschließers sowie auch ein Arretieren in der 90° Stellung können durch eine oder mehrere Einstellschrauben 13 beeinflusst werden. Dazu ist eine Abdeckung 14 entfernbar oder sie weist verschließbare Durchgriffsöffnungen für Schraubendreher oder Steckschlüssel auf. -
Fig. 4 zeigt ferner, dass die gesamte vorgenannte Baugruppe (Bodentürschließer 12 mit Zapfen 11) auf einer Platte 15 angeordnet ist, die über Spindeln, z.B. Schraubenbolzen 16, 17 mit Sechskantköpfen oder Inbusausnehmungen, abgesenkt werden kann (Pfeil 18). Im abgesenkten Zustand tritt der Zapfen 11 aus dem Scharnierteil 10 zurück, und das Glastürblatt 1 kann zusammen mit dem Scharnierteil 10 nach der Seite aus der Türöffnung genommen werden. Dazu ist beiFig. 4 noch die Abdeckung 14 zu entfernen, die mittig (in der Zeichenebene) geteilt ausgeführt ist. - Wenn die Glasfortsätze 3 bzw. 4 mit den Scharnierteilen 6, 7 bzw. 10 nicht verklebt sind, sondern bloß in die Ausnehmungen 5 formschlüssig eintauchen, dann kann durch Absenken aller Bauelemente, einschließlich des Scharnierteiles 10, das Glastürblatt 1 entsprechend
Fig. 3 entnommen werden. - Es ist ferner eine Ausführung nach den
Fig. 5 und 6 möglich, bei der Glasfortsätze 23 auf einer Längsseite des Glastürblattes 24 in Bodennähe und in Deckennähe vorgesehen sind. Diese Glasfortsätze 23 überragen die strichliert eingezeichnete Türöffnung 25 und tauchen jeweils in einen drehbaren Scharnierteil 26. Der dazu ausgebildete Schlitz 27 sowie die Drehachse 28 sind inFig. 6 zu sehen. Die Glasfortsätze 23 können in die Schlitze 27 eingeklebt werden, oder es können Schrauben verwendet werden, die durch Glasbohrungen in den Glasfortsätzen 23 durchgreifen. Um ein Öffnen der Glastüre um 90° zu ermöglichen, können die Scharnierteile 26 ausschwenken, wie dies der Pfeil 29 inFig. 6 veranschaulicht. Bei geschlossener Tür verschwindet der Scharnierteil 26 zur Gänze aus dem Bereich der Türöffnung 25. Das Ausführungsbeispiel nachFig. 5 und 6 weist einen drehbaren Scharnierteil 26 in der Form eines Zylinders mit der Basis eines Viertelkreissektors auf. Die Drehachse ist nächst dem Mittelpunkt eines gedachten Vollkreises. Bei geschlossener Tür liegt der drehbare Scharnierteil 26 vollständig in einer formgleichen Ausnehmung in einem Türstock. Beim Öffnen der Tür schwenkt der Scharnierteil 26 aus und gestattet das vollständige öffnen der Tür um 90°.
Claims (5)
- Rahmenlose Glastüre, insbesondere Glaspendeltüre oder -anschlagtüre, mit einem Glastürblatt in einer Türöffnung und mit bodenseitigen und deckenseitigen oder seitlichen Scharnieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Glastürblatt (1, 24) im Bereich der Scharniere jeweils zungenartige Glasfortsätze (3, 4; 23) aufweist, die über die geometrische Form, insbesondere Rechtecksform, des Glastürblattes (1, 24) vorragen und außerhalb des Sichtbereiches in Richtung der Türöffnung in einen drehbaren Scharnierteil (6, 7; 10; 26) eintauchen.
- Rahmenlose Glastüre nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Glastürblatt (1, 24) und die Glasfortsätze (3, 4; 23) einstückig ausgebildet sind.
- Rahmenlose Glastüre nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Glasfortsätze (3 ,4; 23) und der drehbare Scharnierteil (6, 7; 10; 26) z.B. durch Kleben fest verbunden sind und dass der drehbare Scharnierteil (6, 7; 10; 26) auf einen Zapfen (11), z.B. eines Bodentürschließers (12), aufsetzbar ist.
- Rahmenlose Glastüre nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die drehbaren Scharnierteile (6, 7) in drehfesten Lagerschalen (8, 9) liegen und dass zumindest eine drehfeste Lagerschale (8, 9) absenkbar angeordnet ist, wobei der drehbare Scharnierteil (6, 7) zum Aushängen der Glastür außer Eingriff mit der drehfesten Lagerschale (8, 9) kommt.
- Rahmenlose Glastüre nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bodentürschließer (12) auf Gewindespindeln, insbesondere Schraubenbolzen (16, 17), absenkbar angeordnet ist, wobei der Zapfen (11) des Bodentürschließers (12) aus der Mitnahmeöffnung im drehbaren Scharnierteil (10) zurückweicht und die Glastüre freistellt.
