Abstract

无框的玻璃门
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无框的玻璃门尤其是玻璃摆动门或者玻璃止挡门,包括一个在门洞口内的玻璃门板和在地面侧以及顶部侧的或者侧面的铰链。
背景技术
不仅在商店大门中而且也在办公室的区域中和在现代化的室内设计中,玻璃门面、玻璃壁和玻璃门得以使用。它们在两个方向上给予自由的观察和透视并且有助于公开性和内部与外部之间的交流。因此消除障碍并且例如在商业区域内克服界限的担忧。
玻璃门要求配件尤其是铰链,所述铰链通常由金属构成并且它们在地面侧和顶部侧必须法兰连接在玻璃门板上。因此采用由金属制成的U形型材,所述U形型材搭接铰链侧的角部区域并且局部地包围和保持玻璃门板。在金属型材上设置旋转轴或者芯轴凹槽,它们嵌入到地面结构或者顶部结构内的对应件内。

在现有技术中认为不利的是,玻璃门虽然是无框的,但是还构成有可见的金属的铰链部分。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,消除玻璃门板的所有可见的铰链部分并且无框透视地构成整个门洞口。
该目的一种在开头所述类型的无框的玻璃门中如下实现,即玻璃门板在铰链区域内分别具有舌形的玻璃突起部,所述玻璃突起部伸出于玻璃门板的几何的外形尤其是矩形外形并且在可见区域的外面沿门洞口方向插入到一可旋转的铰链部分内。
在此尽管探讨一个玻璃门,但是所有的特征按意义也对于玻璃翼扇(Glasfluegel)例如对于窗有效。从而所有铰链部分始终处于门洞口的外面,亦即完全处于地面结构或者顶部结构内或者完全处于门支架内。玻璃突起部是门板的部分并且与同样不可见的铰链建立不可见的连接。适宜的是玻璃门板与玻璃突起部构成整体式的。该突起部通过现代的粘合剂同样也设置在玻璃棱边上。当使玻璃满足其折射特性时,粘合位置保持完全不可见的,即使该粘合位置为了加强制成成型轮廓或者制成齿形。最后有利的是,玻璃突起部与可旋转的铰链部分例如通过粘合固定地连接并且可旋转的铰链部分可安装到例如地面门锁的销子上。玻璃突起部嵌入可旋转的铰链部分的间隙、槽或者成型凹槽内并且在那儿固定。所述区域完全处于门洞口的外面并且完全地避开视线。玻璃突起部可以嵌入到圆柱形的支承件的对角的槽内,所述支承件可以在抗旋转地装配的轴承壳体内优选在各止挡之间旋转。支承件和轴承壳体可以构成为径向的和轴向的滚动轴承或者球轴承。在地面侧或者顶部侧的圆柱形的支承件的下方可以设置一个地面门锁,该地面门锁以其销子(例如四边形)形封闭地嵌入到在支承件的底部中的一个相应的凹槽内。由抗旋转的轴承壳体和(如果存在的话)地面门锁构成的所有单元可以在下降的装配箱中向下下沉到螺纹丝杆(间隔螺钉)上,使得至少一个玻璃突起部可以用其圆柱形的支承件进行释放并且可以拆出玻璃门。

具体实施方式
按图1玻璃门板1完全地填满一虚线所示的门洞口2。在门洞口2内亦即在门洞口2的虚线的轮廓内部绝对不可见铰链配件或者配件部分。玻璃门板1在按图1至4的实施形式中分别具有舌形的玻璃突起部3、4,所述玻璃突起部靠近其中一个纵侧设置在矩形的玻璃门板1的窄边上。玻璃突起部3、4也伸出于门洞口2即在图1中虚线表示的门洞口2并且插入到一可旋转的圆柱形的铰链部分6、7的凹槽5内。圆柱形的铰链部分6、7是支承件如支承销,它们相应于一个滑动轴承可旋转地容纳在抗旋转地设置的轴承壳体8、9内。在铰链部分6、7与抗旋转的轴承壳体8、9之间沿径向和/或轴向方向的滚动支承或者球支承是可能的。如果所述轴承壳体下沉到处于一较深的凹槽内,那么可旋转的铰链部分6、7脱离嵌接并且玻璃门可以取下。
图2以俯视图示出在地面侧的铰链部分6,其凹槽5构成为对角的缝隙或者槽,该缝隙或者槽形封闭地容纳玻璃突起部3。在一个具体的实施形式中玻璃突起部具有一个大约2cm的悬伸的长度和一个5cm至6cm的宽度。在考虑5mm的地面间隙的情况下凹槽5的深度大约是1.5cm,凹槽5的长度大约是5cm至6cm并且宽度与安全玻璃的厚度相符。由金属制成的铰链部分6与玻璃突起部3的粘合是可能的。
在玻璃门板1的制造中由一个超长的几(例如四)厘米的玻璃板开始并且然后例如用现代的高压喷射法这样使窄边变短,使得玻璃突起部3、4保持。玻璃门板1在此与玻璃突起部3、4构成整体式的。
在按图4的实施形式中玻璃突起部3插入可旋转的铰链部分10内,该铰链部分在地面侧具有一个四边形凹槽。地面门锁12的销子11嵌入到该四边形凹槽内。如果无框的玻璃门打开,那么铰链部分10例如旋转75°,在此在形封闭地嵌接的销子11上张紧地面门锁12,该地面门锁相应制动地保证铰链部分10的回转并且从而保证玻璃门的关闭。地面门锁的制动特性以及在90°的位置中的锁紧可以通过一个或多个调节螺钉13受到影响。因此一个遮盖部14是可取下的或者它具有用于螺丝刀或者套筒扳手的可封闭的通孔。
另外图4示出所有上述的组件(具有销子11的地面门锁12)设置在板15上,该板可以在具有六角头或者内六角凹槽的丝杆例如螺栓16、17上下沉(箭头18)。在下沉的状态中销子11从铰链10退回,并且玻璃门板1可以与铰链部分10一起朝侧面从门洞口中取下。因此在图4中还将移去遮盖部14,该遮盖部在中间(在附图平面中)分开地制成。
如果玻璃突起部3或4不是与铰链部分6、7或10粘合,而是仅仅形封闭地插入到凹槽5内,那么通过包括铰链部分10在内的所有结构元件的下沉取下根据图3的玻璃门板1。
另外按图5和6的一种实施形式是可能的,其中在玻璃门板24的一个纵侧上的玻璃突起部23设置在地面附近和在顶部附近。玻璃突起部23伸出于虚线表示的门洞口25并且分别插入到可旋转的铰链部分26。因此构成的缝隙27以及旋转轴线28在图6中可见。玻璃突起部23可以粘入到缝隙27内,或者可以应用穿过在玻璃突起部23内的玻璃孔的螺钉。为了允许玻璃门打开90°,可以铰链部分26向外摆动,如这在图6中的箭头29所示。在门关闭时铰链部分26完全地由门洞口25的区域消失。根据图5和6的实施例具有一个以具有四分之一圆扇形的底的圆柱的形式的可旋转的铰链部分26。旋转轴线在假想的全圆的中心点附近。在门关闭时可旋转的铰链部分26完全处于在门支架中的一个形状相同的凹槽内。在门打开时铰链部分26向外摆动并且门完全打开到90°。

Claims (8)

1.无框的玻璃门,包括一个在门洞口内的玻璃门板和在地面侧以及顶部侧的或侧面的铰链,其特征在于:玻璃门板(1、24)在铰链区域内分别具有舌形的玻璃突起部(3、4;23),所述玻璃突起部伸出于玻璃门板(1、24)的几何外形并且在可见区域的外面沿门洞口方向插入到可旋转的铰链部分内。
2.按权利要求1所述的无框的玻璃门,其特征在于:玻璃门板(1、24)与玻璃突起部(3、4;23)构成整体式的。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的无框的玻璃门,其特征在于:玻璃突起部(3、4;23)与可旋转的铰链部分通过粘合固定地连接并且可旋转的铰链部分能安装到一地面门锁(12)的销子(11)上。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的无框的玻璃门,其特征在于:可旋转的铰链部分处于抗旋转的轴承壳体(8、9)内并且至少一个抗旋转的轴承壳体(8、9)能下沉地设置,其中可旋转的铰链部分用于取下与抗旋转的轴承壳体(8、9)脱离嵌接的玻璃门。
5.按权利要求3所述的无框的玻璃门,其特征在于:地面门锁(12)能下沉地设置在螺纹丝杆上,其中地面门锁(12)的销子(11)从在可旋转的铰链部分内的带动开口退出并且释放玻璃门。
6.按权利要求1所述的无框的玻璃门,其特征在于,所述无框的玻璃门是玻璃摆动门或者玻璃止挡门。
7.按权利要求5所述的无框的玻璃门,其特征在于,所述螺纹丝杆是螺栓(16、17)。
8.按权利要求1所述的无框的玻璃门,其特征在于,所述几何外形是矩形外形。
