Claims (7)

  1. Machine à deux cylindres pour le traitement sous pression de matière granuleuse, en particulier presse à rouleaux pour le broyage d'un lit de matière ou pour le compactage ou le briquetage, comprenant deux cylindres (11, 12) supportés à rotation, entraînés en sens contraire et séparés l'un de l'autre par une fente de cylindres, dont au moins l'un est réalisé en tant que cylindre libre (12) déplaçable transversalement à la fente de cylindres, les logements de palier (13, 14) étant supportés avec leurs côtés inférieur et supérieur sur des pistes de glissement de consoles de machine (10, 10a), avec l'utilisation de vérins hydrauliques pour le pressage d'un cylindre (12) contre le cylindre opposé (11), les vérins hydrauliques (15, 16, 22) étant disposés de telle sorte qu'ils s'engagent à la fois au niveau des logements de palier (14) de l'un des cylindres (12) et au niveau des logements de palier (13) respectivement opposés de l'autre cylindre (11) en formant un système de forces de pression de broyage fermé en soi sans cadre de machine sollicité par les forces de pressage de cylindres radiales,

    les vérins hydrauliques de travail (15, 16, 22) sont réalisés sous forme de vérins hydrauliques à double piston avec deux espaces de travail pouvant être sollicités avec un fluide sous pression indépendamment l'un de l'autre, et deux pistons qui s'engagent au niveau des logements de palier respectivement opposés (13, 14).
  3. Machine à deux cylindres selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les vérins hydrauliques sont des vérins de traction (15, 16) qui sont disposés transversalement à la fente de cylindres entre les logements de palier respectivement opposés l'un à l'autre (13, 14) des cylindres (11 et 12).
  4. Machine à deux cylindres selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les vérins hydrauliques (15, 16, 22) sont à chaque fois réalisés sous forme de vérins à double action et peuvent également être utilisés pour écarter l'un de l'autre les deux cylindres (11, 12).

    les deux cylindres (12, 11) sont retenus par des vérins de positionnement (20) fixés aux consoles de machine (10), lesquels centrent la fente de cylindres vers le centre de la machine.
  7. Machine à deux cylindres selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les logements de palier de l'un des cylindres sont articulés sous forme de cylindres fixes par le biais de bras oscillants à une partie de cadre de machine comme par exemple les consoles (10).
