Claims (8)

  1. Presse à rouleaux (10) pour le traitement par compression ou pour le compactage de matière granuleuse, présentant :
    - deux rouleaux libres (30, 31) supportés chacun à rotation par le biais d'un arbre (32, 33) dans un cadre de machine (21) et entraînés en sens inverse, séparés l'un de l'autre par un espace entre rouleaux,
    - les arbres (32, 33) des rouleaux libres (30, 31) étant reçus dans des logements de palier (34, 35, 36, 37) disposés de manière déplaçable dans le cadre de machine (21), et
    - à chaque fois deux logements de palier (34, 35, 36, 37) de différents rouleaux (30, 31), disposés d'un côté des rouleaux (30, 31), étant connectés l'un à l'autre par le biais d'au moins un cylindre de pressage (60, 70, 80, 90), qui présente deux pistons (64, 65), qui constituent dans l'au moins un cylindre de pressage (60, 70, 80, 90) deux espaces de travail extérieurs (61, 63) et un espace de travail central (62),
    caractérisée en ce que
    - les espaces de travail extérieurs (61, 63) de l'au moins un cylindre de pressage (60, 70, 80, 90) présentent une application de force en sens inverse et sont connectés l'un à l'autre par engagement par moyen de pression, et en ce que
    - l'espace de travail central (62) est rempli de gaz, évacué ou est réalisé de manière à pouvoir être ventilé et désaéré de manière sélective.
  2. Presse à rouleaux selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'au moins un cylindre de pressage (60, 70, 80, 90) est connecté fixement au cadre de machine (21).
  3. Presse à rouleaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'au moins un cylindre de pressage (60, 70, 80, 90) est connecté de manière articulée à des traverses (40, 41, 42, 43) qui viennent en prise à chaque fois autour d'un logement de palier (34, 35, 36, 37).
