Abstract
本发明属于一种粉碎金属矿岩物料的设备。它由机架、高压辊、万向传动轴、减速机、给料调节装置、液压控制系统、电控系统等主要部件组成。在机架上水平并排安装有两套高压辊装置，它的驱动方式为电机经减速机再经万向传动轴与高压辊相连；每套高压辊配备有各自独立的驱动装置，其中一套高压辊固定，另一套可在水平方向滑动；其在动辊的一侧安装有施压油缸；在高压辊端面的两侧安装有自适应浮动侧挡板。该机是一种高效、节能、降耗的粉碎设备，具有显著的经济效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于一种粉碎矿岩物料的设备，可广泛应用于金属矿山、化工、建材等行业脆性矿岩的粉碎，具有节能降耗的特点。
背景技术
由于我国大部分铁矿矿石类型复杂、贫矿多、复合矿多，且嵌布粒度细，采出矿石的百分之九十以上均需选矿处理。因此矿石入磨量大、能耗高，选厂的动力大部分都消耗在磨矿上。目前我国用于粉磨的设备主要还是球磨机，尽管在球磨机的大型化、介质和衬板材料改进等方面做了大量的工作，但磨矿效率和钢球消耗等并没有太大的变化，其最高效率仍不大于10％。而现有辊磨机存在传动方式复杂，不便于维修；辊面磨损后难以更换的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述设备存在的问题，提供一种新型金属矿用高压辊磨机，利用料层高压碎矿的原理，实现“多碎少磨”从而达到节能降耗和提高球磨机效率的目的。
本发明的技术方案如下：
所述的金属矿用高压辊磨机由机架、高压辊、万向传动轴、减速机、给料调节装置、液压控制系统、电控系统等主要部件组成，其特征在于所述的高压辊由一套动辊装置和一套静辊装置组成，分别平行安装在机架上，并分别通过各自的电动机、减速机和万向传动轴驱动，其中的动辊可在水平方向移动，在动辊的一侧安装有4套施压油缸，使动辊可在水平方向滑动由此给物料提供高压载荷，并由分离式液压站提供动力源。液压系统配有高低压检测装置和超压自动卸荷装置。在高压辊的上方设有给料调节装置，可根据工艺要求和电控系统的检测结果进行给料量的调节。在高压辊端面的两侧安装有自适应浮动侧挡板。
通过上述技术方案，本发明达到以下效果，采用该设备对矿岩物料进行预粉碎，可提高现有球磨机生产能力30％～40％，节省电耗20％～35％，大幅度降低球磨机钢耗。
所采用的电机、减速机、传动轴、高压辊传动方式，与通常由电动机经传动轴再经联接在高压辊上的行星式减速箱传递动力方式，并另设一套机构作为动辊的退让及反向力矩的平衡方案相比，结构简单实用，工作更加可靠，检修更加方便。
所采用的镶嵌有硬质合金柱整体辊面，并可方便拆装的组合式高压辊，从根本上解决了拼装式辊面因结合部存在难以克服的薄弱环节，而必然导致辊面使用寿命低的问题，它既具有拼装高压辊拆装容易，维护方便的特点，又有整体压辊使用寿命长的优点。
所采用的自适应浮动侧挡板，可方便地调节自适应浮动侧挡板与高压辊端面间的间隙，能使辊磨机在破碎过程中，自适应浮动侧挡板与辊端面的间隙自动保持在一个合理范围之内，解决了高压辊磨机运行过程中物料的侧漏问题。
所采用的分离式液压泵站系统设计合理，避免了辊磨机在破碎过程中粉尘和振动对泵站及控制阀所产生的不利影响，提高了系统运行的可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明：
在机架1上水平并排安装有两套高压辊装置2、5，每套高压辊配备有各自独立的传动装置，分别通过各自的主电机9经减速机7再经万向传动轴6与高压辊装置2、5相连并相向旋转，其中一套高压辊固定(称为静辊2)，另一套可在水平方向滑动(称为动辊5)。
在动辊5的一侧安装有4套施压油缸11，并由分离式液压站10提供动力源，液压站10所输出的高压油经控制阀后，通过高压油管连接到安装在机架1的集成阀块组12上，并通过该集成阀块组12分别连接到调心施压油缸11和蓄能器装置13上，由施压油缸11、蓄能器13和液压控制阀12共同形成一个封闭的液气压力系统。
待粉碎物料由辊磨机上方的给料装置3连续喂入由高压辊2、5和自适应浮动侧挡板4构成的封闭腔室，并由回转的动静辊2、5将物料带入粉碎工作区，安装在动辊5一侧的施压油缸11推动动辊5，使压辊3对矿石施加一个静载高压，物料颗粒(指脆性物料)在不断增加的外力作用下，使其内部受到极大损伤而产生大量裂纹，除了与辊面接触的颗粒受到辊面的直接压力外，物料之间也产生相互挤压，导致物料压实并粉碎，最后从辊磨机的下方以饼状物料排出。
电控系统可对辊磨机的各运行参数和运行状况进行实时的监测控，保证设备具有理想的破碎效果和良好的运行状况。
辊磨机可按照现场要求和条件采用不同的布置方式，如附图1和附图2所示。
Claims (5)
1.一种金属矿用高压辊磨机，由机架、高压辊、万向传动轴、减速机、给料调节装置、液压控制系统、电控系统等主要部件组成，其特征在于：在机架上水平并排安装有两套高压辊装置，每套高压辊配备有各自独立的传动装置，其中一套高压辊固定，称为静辊，另一套可在水平方向滑动，称为动辊；在动辊的一侧安装有施压油缸，使动辊可在水平方向滑动由此给物料提供高压载荷；在高压辊端面的两侧安装有自适应浮动侧挡板。
2.如权利要求1所述的金属矿用高压辊磨机，其特征在于两套高压辊的动力传动方式为电机经减速机再经万向传动轴与高压辊相连。
3.如权利要求1所述的金属矿用高压辊磨机，其特征在于所述的高压辊辊面采用镶嵌有硬质合金柱的整体辊面，其辊面与辊轴可方便地进行拆装的组合式高压辊。
4.如权利要求1所述的金属矿用高压辊磨机，其特征在于施压油缸的动力源由分离式液压泵站提供。
5.如权利要求1所述的金属矿用高压辊磨机，其特征在于所采用的自适应浮动侧挡板，使自适应浮动侧挡板与高压辊端面之间保持一个最小的合理间隙，在保证物料不侧漏的同时又可减少自适应浮动侧挡板与高压辊侧表面间的磨擦。
