Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schiffsbug gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
- Ein derartiger Schiffsbug, der im modernen Schiffbau auch als Modul eingesetzt werden kann, ist für unterschiedliche Einsatzzwecke, wie einem Containerschiff, einem Tankschiff, oder einem Mehrzweckschiff und dergleichen geeignet.
- Schiffsbuge mit vergleichbaren Formen sind z.B. aus der
DE 29 28 634 B1 , derDE 38 38 791 A1 bzw.DE 39 12 534 A1 bekannt.
Die Schiffsrumpfkontur gemäßDE 29 28 634 B1 ist z.B. mit einer Drei-Kiel-Form ausgelegt. Bei dieser Kontur geht nutzbarer Laderaum verloren. Auch der modulartige Aufbau für unterschiedliche Schiffstypen dürfte kaum realisierbar sein, wobei auch die Integration einer Luftblasenführung zur Verringerung der Reibung am Schiffsboden, kaum einsetzbar erscheint. - Die
DE 38 38 791 A1 beschreibt einen Schiffsbug mit zwei außenliegenden Kiellinien. Die Unterfläche des Schiffsrumpfes eignet sich hierbei besonders für den Sport- und Yachtbetrieb. Im Hinblick auf den Einsatz bei Frachtschiffen jeglicher Art sind sowohl im Hinblick auf die Integration moderner Antriebssysteme wie auch eines modulartigen Aufbaus eines Schiffes kaum Realisierungsmöglichkeiten erkennbar. - Aus der
DE 37 12 534 A1 ist ein Schiffsrumpf mit zwei seitlichen, katamaranartigen Schwimmkörpern und höhenversetztem Mittelbereich bekannt. Dieser Mittelbereich dient als Durchlassbereich des Wassers zur etwa mittig angeordneten Schiffsschraube.
Aufgrund des über die gesamte Schiffslänge durchgeführten Mittenbereichs wird der Nachteil von nicht nutzbarem Volumen als Ladevolumen bewusst in Kauf genommen. Eine modulartige Veränderung des Schiffsbuges eignet sich daher nur für den speziell in diesem Stand der Technik beschriebenen Schiffstyp. - Der in der Anmeldung
DE 103 43 078.4 beschriebene Schiffsbug ist speziell für im Vorderschiff untergebrachte Propulsionseinheiten ausgelegt, wobei die hydrodynamische Formgebung noch Verbesserungen in der grundsätzlichen Konzeption zugänglich erscheint. - Die vorausgehend aufgezeigten Formen von Schiffsbugen sind daher teilweise modulartig für unterschiedliche Nutzschiffe nicht einsetzbar.
- Ein weiterer Schiffsrumpf ist aus der
JP 58047689 - Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Schiffsbug zu schaffen, der bei hoher Wirtschaftlichkeit im Schiffsbetrieb, modulartig bei unterschiedlichsten Schiffstypen und Fahrtgebieten, wie Flachwasser- oder Tiefwasserzonen, eingesetzt werden kann.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß bei einem Schiffsbug durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
- Ein Kerngedanke der Erfindung ist hierbei, einen semikatamaranartigen Schiffsbug mit mittiger, schlittenartiger Schragflächenstruktur zu schaffen. Die Semikatamaranstruktur wird hierbei am Übergang zum mittleren Schiffsbereich, also nach dem Bugbereich, verlassen, um größtmöglichen Frachtraum zu erhalten. Andererseits wird die Schrägflächenkontur in ihrem Verlauf von der untersten fiktiven Kiellinie bis in den obersten Bugbereich mit einem kontinuierlich in einen unteren und einen oberen Übergangsbereich übergehender Schrägfläche geschaffen, die im Bugbereich eingezogene Wasserwellen vortriebs-effizient unter den Schiffsboden gleiten lassen.
- Die Hauptfläche des Schrägflächenbereiches ist hierbei erfindungsgemäß in einem Neigungswinkel von etwa 10 bis 25° gegenüber der fiktiven Kiellinie angeordnet und geht vorzugsweise in großem Bogenradius von etwa 10 bis 40m in den Schiffsboden bzw. den vordersten Bugbereich über. Die Schrägfläche weist hierbei etwa auflaufende Keilform auf, so dass eine Stauwirkung von auftreffenden Wellen weitgehend vermieden wird und zudem auch die Eignung für Eisfahrt möglich erscheint.
- Die katamaranartigen, außenseitigen Kufen sind in Art aufgestellter Keile backbord- und steuerbordseitig vorgesehen und haben einen maximalen freien Abstand A am Bugsteven.
- Die Kufenstruktur ist zur Mittschiffsachse vorzugsweise geradlinig ausgelegt, gegebenenfalls auch streng parallel zur Mittschiffsachse. Die Außenkontur der Kufen ist von der vorderen Keilspitze bogenförmig bis zu einer maximalen Breite konfiguriert, wobei eine mittlere Tangentiallinie an die Außenkontur zweckmäßigerweise einen Winkel λ im Bereich von etwa 6 bis 20° aufweist. An der Keilspitze kann dieser Winkel auch etwa 30° betragen. Die Gesamtbreite B des Bugs bzw. Schiffes steht abhängig vom Einsatzzweck und Auslegung des Schiffes in einer Relation zum Abstand A. Diese Relation wird vorzugsweise im Bereich von 1,5 bis 3,5 gewählt.
- Abhängig von der Installation von Propulsionseinheiten im Vorschiff und in Abstimmung auf mögliche Vorrichtungen zur Reduzierung der Reibung am Schiffsboden, können zur hydrodynamischen Verbesserung die Innenflächen der Kufen in einem Winkel β in einem Bereich von etwa -5 bis +5° zur durch die Kufenspitze gelegten Parallelen zur Längsachse bzw. Mittschiffsachse des Schiffes, angeordnet werden.
- Der erfindungsgemäße Schiffsbug kann als Modul bei verschiedensten Schiffstypen wie Container-, Tank- oder Massengutfrachter oder dergleichen eingesetzt werden und ist auch für unterschiedlichste Schiffsgrößen geeignet. Die optimale Eignung für Binnengewässer wie auch für Küsten- und Hochseefahrt erscheint durch Testergebnisse am Modell bestätigt zu werden.
- Der vorteilhafterweise etwa senkrechte Verlauf des Vorderstevens der Kufen ergibt mit der mittigen Schrägflächenkontur einen Einzugsbereich für auftreffende Wellen bei einem vorderen Öffnungsbereich A, der sich auch für eine Luftblasenschmierung an der Schrägfläche und am Schiffsboden eignet.
- Der Schiffsbug eignet sich besonders für Flachwasserfahrten, insbesondere auf Binnengewässern, mit relativ hoher Schiffsgeschwindigkeit, wobei durch die hydrodynamische Struktur auch bei höheren Geschwindigkeiten stärkere Wellenbildung reduziert und eine hohe wirtschaftliche Effektivität erreicht wird.
- Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles noch näher beschrieben. Hierbei zeigen:

- einen vertikalen Schnitt durch einen Schiffsbug im Bereich der Mittschiffsachse und
- Fig. 2
- eine Ansicht auf den Bodenbereich des Schiffsbug- Moduls nach
Fig. 1 mit den wesentlichen Angaben zur Geometrieform des Schiffsbuges. - Die Darstellung nach
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Schiffsbug 1 mit Modulcharakter in geschnittener Darstellung längs der Mittschiffsachse 30.
Der Vordersteven 3 einer backbordseitig vorgesehenen hochstehenden Kufe 6 hat eine weitgehend senkrecht verlaufende vordere Keilspitze. Der unterste Bereich des Schiffsbuges 1 verläuft längs einer fiktiven Kiellinie 4, die in Richtung zur Schiffsmitte den Schiffsboden 5 andeutet. - Zwischen den außenliegenden Kufen 6, 7 ist symmetrisch zur Mittschiffslinie 30 ein schlittenartiger Schrägflächenbereich 9 vorgesehen, der etwa in einem Winkel α von 10 bis 25° zur fiktiven Kiellinie 4 verläuft.
NachFig. 1 geht dieser Schrägflächenbereich 9 bogenförmig mit großem Radius C im Übergangsbereich 14 in den Schiffsboden 5 über. Der Radius C kann hierbei ca. 10 bis 45m, vorzugsweise bis 40m, betragen. - In ähnlicher Weise ist im vorderen Bereich der Schrägfläche 9 ein bogenförmiger Übergangsbereich 15 nach oben mit einem Radius D von ca. 10 bis 30m vorgesehen.
Der sich an den Übergangsbereich 15 nach vorn anschließende Bereich verläuft zweckmäßigerweise in Richtung Vordersteven 3 unter einem Winkel ψ von 1 bis 20°. - Die Ansicht auf die Bodenseite nach
Fig. 2 zeigt die Kufen 6, 7 mit geradliniger Fläche bzw. Innenlinie 18 und bogenförmiger Außenkontur 19 bis zu einer maximalen Breite 25. Am Vordersteven ist zwischen den Spitzen der Kufen 6, 7 ein Abstand A als Einströmöffnung für bugseitiges Wasser vorgesehen. - Der freie Abstand A wird zweckmäßigerweise konstant als Innenabstand zwischen den Kufen 6, 7 im Bugbereich beibehalten.
Änderungen entsprechend spezifischen Gegebenheiten, wie Antriebstechnik im Vorschiffsbereich etc., und eine Anordnung der Innenlinien 18 in einem Winkel β mit +/-5° zur Parallelen der Mittschiffsachse 30, ist zur Verbesserung des Strömungsverhaltens möglich. - Im Falle einer Vorrichtung zur Luftblaseneinbringung zur Reduzierung der Reibung am Schiffsboden können bereits im Schrägflächenbereich 9 Längsstege 23 mit geringer Höhe von ca. 2 bis 3 cm zur besseren Führung des Luftblasen-Schleiers vorgesehen werden.
- Der mittlere Winkel λ als Tangentialwinkel an die bogenförmige Außenkontur 19 einer Kufe 17 beträgt etwa 6° bis 20° . An der Keilspitze 3 ist dieser Winkel gröBer und kann etwa 30° betragen.
- In Modelltests hat sich ein Verhältnis der maximalen Gesamtbreite B des Bugs 1 zum Abstand A besonders effizient im Bereich von 1,5 bis 3,5 erwiesen.
Abweichungen hiervon sind im Hinblick auf die spezielle Gesamtauslegung des Schiffskörpers, der Antriebsleistung und der Tragfähigkeit denkbar. - Die maßgeblichen geometrischen Daten des erfindungsgemäßen Schiffsbuges können auch näherungsweise den in den
Figuren 1 und2 gezeigten Verhältnissen entnommen werden.
In der grundlegenden Idee ist dieser Schiffsbug für unterschiedliche Schiffstypen und Gewässer ebenso wie für unterschiedlichste Antriebseinheiten, gegebenenfalls sogar für Eisfahrt, einsetzbar.
Claims (7)
- Schiffsbug (1) mit
einem mittleren schlittenartigen Schrägflächenbereich (9) und seitlich dazu vorgesehenen steuerbord- und backbordseitigen katamaranartigen Kufen (6, 7), wobei der Schrägflächenbereich (9) und die Kufen (6, 7) in Richtung Mittelschiff etwa in eine fiktive Kiellinie . (4) übergehen,
die Kufen (6, 7) keilförmig ausgebildet sind und in Richtung Mittelschiff eine maximale Breite (25) aufweisen,
am vorderen Kufenende (3) ein Abstand A als freie Anströmöffnung für den Schrägflächenbereich (9) vorgesehen ist, und
der Schrägflächenbereich (9) eine Hauptfläche mit einem Neigungswinkel a von etwa 10 bis 25° gegenüber der fiktiven Kiellinie (4) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Schrägflächenbereich (9) zwischen den Kufen (6, 7) nach vorne einen weiteren Bereich aufweist, der unter einem Winkel ψ von etwa 1 bis 20° zur Hauptfläche nach oben angeordnet ist. - Schiffsbug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Kufen (6, 7) im Horizonalschnitt eine geradlinige Innenlinie (18) bzw. Innenfläche aufweisen,
die etwa parallel zur Mittschiffslinie (30) oder unter einem Winkel β im Bereich von -5° bis +5°
zur parallelen Mittschiffslinie (30) vorgesehen sind, und
dass die Außenlinie (19) der Kufen (6, 7) im Wesentlichen unter einem Winkel λ zur parallelen Mittschiffslinie, insbesondere mit bogenförmiger Kontur verläuft, wobei λ im Bereich von ca. 6° bis 20° liegt. - Schiffsbug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Verhältnis V von maximaler Gesamtbreite B des Schiffbugs zu Abstand A im Bereich 1,5 bis ca. 3,5 gewählt ist. - Schiffsbug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Schrägflächenbereich (9) in Richtung Mittelschiff kontinuierlich mit großer Bogenstruktur, insbesondere mit einem Radius C von etwa 10m bis 45m, in die fiktive Kiellinie (4) bzw. den Schiffsboden (5), übergeht, und
im vorderen Bugbereich einen bogenförmigen Übergang (15) mit Radius D von ca. 10 bis 30m aufweist. - Schiffsbug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Innenabstand A der Kufen (6, 7) konstant ist, und
dass die Außenkontur (19) der Kufen (6, 7) kontinuierlich bogenförmig von der Keilspitze (3) bis zur maximalen Breite (25) verläuft. - Schiffsbug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Geometrie den relativen Maßen gemäß-Fig. 1 und/oder Fig. 2 entspricht. - Schiffsbug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass Längsstege (23) geringer Höhe, insbesondere von 2 bis 3 cm Höhe, im Schrägflächenbereich (9) und Außenseitenbereich des Schiffsbodens (5) zur Führung von Luftblasen vorgesehen sind.
