Abstract

L'invention concerne des surfaces textiles pliables, en particulier des tricots, lesquelles surfaces textiles présentent des sections successives renforcées et non renforcées. L'invention se caractérise en ce qu'une rigidité différente de la surface textile et la pliabilité souhaitée sont obtenues par l'utilisation de matériaux alternés ou selon des motifs dans cette surface textile et par un traitement consécutif sur toute la surface, tel qu'un traitement thermique ou chimique ou une irradiation.

Claims (10)

  1. Surfaces textiles pliables, en particulier produits du type à mailles, les surfaces textiles présentant des sections raidies et des sections non raidies qui sont disposées les unes à la suite des autres, et une rigidité variée de la surface textile étant obtenue, et de ce fait la pliabilité recherchée, au moyen de la mise en oeuvre de matériaux en alternance ou selon un dessin, les sections raidies étant constituées d'un premier fil (2) qui est durci après le traitement de l'ensemble de la surface et les sections non raidies étant constituées d'un deuxième fil (1) qui, après le traitement de l'ensemble de la surface, reste inchangé ou est plus mou que la section raidie, caractérisées en ce que le premier fil (2) et le deuxième fil (1) sont constitués de matériaux pour fil du type thermoplastique dotés de températures de ramollissement et de températures de fusion différentes.
  2. Surfaces textiles selon la revendication 1 caractérisées en ce que la température de ramollissement et la température de fusion du matériau pour fil thermoplastique (1) destiné aux sections non raidies sont supérieures à la température de ramollissement et à la température de fusion du matériau pour fil thermoplastique (2) destiné aux sections raidies.
  3. Surfaces textiles selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2 caractérisées en ce qu'elles sont soumises à une mise en oeuvre portant sur l'ensemble de la surface par traitement thermique à une température qui est supérieure à la température de ramollissement ou à la température de fusion des matériaux pour fil thermoplastiques (2) des sections raidies et est inférieure à la température de fusion des matériaux pour fil thermoplastiques (1) des sections non raidies.
  4. Surfaces textiles selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisées en ce que le matériau (2) des sections raidies est constitué en totalité ou en partie d'un fil, de préférence de polypropylène, doté d'une température de ramollissement comprise entre 120°C et 150°C et d'une température de fusion comprise entre 150°C et 190°C.
  5. Surfaces textiles selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisées en ce que le matériau (1) des parties non raidies est constitué en totalité ou en partie d'un fil, de préférence de téréphtalate de polyéthylène qui est doté d'une température de fusion d'au moins 200°C ou bien qui est infusible.
  6. Surfaces textiles selon la revendication 4 ou 5 caractérisées en ce qu'elles sont soumises à une mise en oeuvre sur l'ensemble de la surface par traitement thermique d'une durée de 10 à 300 secondes, de préférence de 30 à 90 secondes, à une température comprise entre 120°C et 190°C.
  7. Surfaces textiles selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisées en ce que, comme connu en soi les sections raidies sont disposées en alternance avec des sections non raidies s'étendant parallèlement en forme de bandes et en ce que les sections non raidies sont réalisées de façon étroite par rapport aux sections raidies, sous forme d'une ligne de charnière (4).
  8. Surfaces textiles selon la revendications 7 caractérisées en ce que l'aspect des lignes de charnière (4) présente des formes, des dimensions et des directions diverses, grâce à quoi il est possible de représenter même des figures géométriques complexes.
  9. Procédé de fabrication de surfaces textiles selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise en tant que matériaux pour fil (1, 2) des matériaux pour fil thermoplastiques, de préférence du polypropylène, doté d'une température de ramollissement comprise entre 120°C et 150°C et d'une température de fusion comprise entre 150°C et 190°C, ainsi que du téréphtalate de polyéthylène doté d'une température de fusion d'au moins 200°C.
  10. Procédé de fabrication de surfaces textiles selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que la surface textile est mise en oeuvre sur l'ensemble de la surface par traitement thermique pendant de préférence 30 à 90 secondes à une température comprise entre 120°C et 190°C.
