Claims (1)

  1. Procédé d'optimisation de la capacité de production d'un métier à filer à buses d'air, dans lequel la vitesse de production est réduite lorsque le nombre de ruptures de fil augmente et est augmentée lorsque le nombre de ruptures de fil diminue, caractérisé en ce que chaque poste de filage (1, 2) est entraîné séparément, chaque poste de filage (1, 2) est associé à un dispositif de surveillance casse-fil propre (19), et chaque poste de filage individuel (1, 2) du métier à filer à buses d'air est surveillé séparément en fonction du nombre de ruptures de fil à l'aide du dispositif de surveillance casse-fil (19) et est réglé à une vitesse de production optimisée, dans lequel la grandeur de la vitesse de filage assignée est adaptée de manière correspondante lors du réglage de la vitesse de production, et dans lequel la pression d'air administrée aux postes de filage (1, 2) est réglée en fonction de la vitesse de production respective.
