Definitions
- the invention relates to a handheld power tool grip device having a vibration shielding unit according to the preamble of claim 1 and to a handheld power tool according to the preamble of claim 12.
- Generic handheld power tool grip devices usually comprise a pivotably mounted about a pivot axis or equipped with at least two degrees of freedom grip element.
- the invention relates to a hand tool gripping device with a vibration shielding and a
- Guide device for guiding a movement of a relative to a hand tool body movably mounted handle member.
- the movement is at least substantially rectilinear. It can thereby be achieved that impact pulses of a hand tool machine comprising the handheld power tool grip device are shielded via a rectilinear movement, preferably in the direction of the impact pulse, independently of a direction in which an operator applies a support force to the operating element. An immediate transmission of the impact pulse or a component thereof via a joint or via a pivotable mounting can be avoided. Furthermore, tilting and consequent tilting of the gripping element can be avoided without having to forego a robustness required in a construction site operation.
- the vibration shielding unit can be designed as a resilient vibration shielding unit that reflects individual pulses of vibration back into the handheld power tool body and / or transmits low pass filtered from the handheld power tool body onto the grip element.
- the vibration shielding unit may be implemented as a vibration damping or vibration absorbing unit capable of dissipating a registered vibration energy. Particularly advantageous embodiments of the invention, in which the vibration shielding a first portion of the vibration energy dissipates and reflects another portion of the vibrational energy.
- the grip element is spaced from a housing of the power tool body.
- blockage of the movement by dust particles and / or shavings which can become lodged between the grip element and the hand tool body can be avoided. Dirt, which can occur especially in a construction site, can be easily removed.
- a conditional by the distance frame can be protected to avoid contamination by elastic and / or displaceably mounted in the direction of movement covering.
- the handheld power tool grip device has at least two crossing force transmission elements. As a result, transverse forces exerted on the grip element can be supported particularly effectively.
- a particularly secure guidance of the movement of the grip element can be achieved if the force transmission elements are pivotally connected to one another by a connecting element, in particular by the connecting element which is arranged in a central region of the force transmission elements, so that the force transmission elements can perform a scissor movement.
- the connecting element can be particularly advantageously formed on at least one of the force transmission elements.
- an always defined starting position can be achieved from which a particularly effective vibration shield can be reached.
- a particularly comfortable vibration shielding can be achieved if the handheld power tool grip device comprises at least one elastically deformable shock absorption element.
- cost saving potentials can be tapped if the return element and the shock absorption element are made in one piece.
- impact-absorbing elements it is possible to use, for example, various elastomers that appear appropriate to a person skilled in the art, for example also with a foam rubber structure.
- An impairment of the leadership properties of the power tool grip device by the restoring element can be avoided if the restoring element acts on at least one force transmission element, particularly advantageously on at least two power transmission elements. It can thereby be achieved that a force of the restoring element is strengthened or weakened by means of a lever effect and can be advantageously adapted to customer requirements by selecting a point of application of the force.
- the grip element has a D-shape, a particularly advantageous handling of the handheld power tool can be achieved.
- an on / off switch of the power tool can be protected against uncontrolled forces, for example due to impacts.
- FIG. 1 shows a trained as a hammer hammer hand tool with a hand tool body 14, a tool chuck 34 and a clamped tool 36.
- An integrated into the power tool body 14, not shown here striking mechanism is driven by a motor 38 of the hammer drill and generates axial impact pulses in a direction 40 on the tool 36.
- the power tool body 14 On a side facing away from the tool 36, the power tool body 14 has a D-shaped grip element 16 with an on / off switch 42 arranged on an inner side of the grip element 16.
- the grip element 16 is displaceably mounted on the hand tool body 14 in the working direction 40.
- a movement 26 of the grip element 16 is guided by a guide device 12 in a straight line in the working direction 40, so that an operator can move the grip element 16 counter to a spring force relative to the hand tool body 14 in the working direction 40.
- the spring force is generated by a vibration shielding unit 10 which, in addition to the guide device 12, comprises a restoring element 30 designed as a spiral spring ( FIG. 2 ).
- FIG. 2 shows schematically a section through the handle member 16 and the vibration shielding unit 10.
- the handle member 16 is spaced from a housing of the power tool body 14 at about 1 - 1.5 cm.
- a gap between the handle member 16 and the hand tool body 14 is slidably supported by in the direction of movement 26, an edge of the power tool body 14 overlaps overlapping covering means.
- the guide device 12 consists essentially of two intersecting force transmission elements 20, 22, which are formed as stamped / bent parts and which are connected in a central region by a bolt designed as a connecting element 24 like a scissor-like pivotally.
- the right end of the rod-shaped power transmission elements 20, 22, these are each pivotally mounted on further bolts 44, 46, namely the first power transmission element 20 on a housing 18 of the power tool body 14 and the second power transmission element 22 on the handle element sixteenth
- the left end is the first power transmission element 20 via a third pin 48 which engages in a direction perpendicular to the movement 26 and the working direction 40 elongated hole 54, slidably mounted on the handle member 16, wherein a direction 28 corresponds to the displacement of the direction of the elongated hole 54.
- the second power transmission element 22 via a fourth pin 50 which engages in a direction perpendicular to the movement 26 and the working direction 40 aligned slot 56, slidably mounted in the direction of the elongated hole 56 on the housing 18.
- the bolts 48, 50 move in their respective oblong holes 54, 56 perpendicular to the working direction 40 or to the movement 26 of the grip element 16 until the bolts 48, 50 move to a position in FIG FIG. 2 left end of the slots 54, 56 abut.
- the movement 26 is limited in the working direction 40.
- the right ends of the elongated holes 54, 56 limit the movement 26 against the working direction 40.
- the power transmission members 20, 22 pivot about the connecting member 24, compressing or decompressing the compression spring of the vibration shield unit 10 and the return member 30 disposed between the connecting member 24 and the grip member 16, respectively.
- the return element 30 generates the spring force of the vibration shielding unit 10.
- the restoring element 30 sets the grip element 16 counter to the working direction 40 into a starting position defined by the left ends of the elongated holes 54, 56 with the greatest possible distance between the grip element 16 and the housing 18.
- a shock pulse generated by the impact mechanism is at least partially reflected by a workpiece
- the impact pulse can travel via the tool 36 and the tool chuck 34 into the housing 18 of the hand tool body 14, which thereby accelerates counter to the working direction 40.
- an operator exerts a force on the grip element 16 that has at least one component in the working direction 40, it moves as a result of the reflected portion of the impact pulse the housing 18 against the force of the compression spring or the return element 30 in the direction of the handle member 16 which moves guided by the guide device 12 relative to the housing 18.
- a force transmitted to the handle member 16 via the return member 30 slowly increases as compared with a timing of the beat pulse, and is supported by the operator so that the operator can intercept the shock pulse over a prolonged period of time.
- the guide device 12 with the restoring element 30 acts as a vibration shielding unit 10, which filters out high-frequency components of a vibration of the hand tool body 14.
- the restoring element 30 simultaneously serves as a shock absorbing element 32, embodiments of the invention are also conceivable in which a separate from the restoring element 30 shock absorbing element 32 is present.
- FIG. 3 shows an alternative vibration shielding unit 10, in which the restoring element 30 is formed as a tension spring which engages in each case on a grip element 16 facing half of force transmission elements 20, 22.
- the tension spring is in a starting position of the grip element 16 under a bias.
- FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of the invention, in addition to the features of in FIG. 3 illustrated embodiment designed as a rubber component shock absorption element 32, which simultaneously forms a return element 30, and is arranged between a bolt formed as a connecting element 24 and a housing 18 of a device comprising hammer drill.
- the return element 30 may be supported by a tension spring 52 shown in dashed lines in its effect.
- Embodiments of the invention are conceivable in which a plurality of, in particular identical, vibration shielding units 10 are arranged over a longitudinal extent of the grip element 16. Furthermore, embodiments of the invention are conceivable with alternative impact absorption units which appear to the person skilled in the art to be sensible, for example with an inelastically deformable material or with hydraulic shock absorbers.
