Claims (8)

  1. Procédé de fonctionnement d'un appareil de cuisson (1) industriel, en particulier un étuveur à air chaud ou un four à circulation d'air, comportant les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    a) sélection d'un produit à cuire avec le programme de cuisson associé ou sélection d'au moins un paramètre de cuisson avec les produits à sélectionner associés ;
    b) chargement de l'appareil de cuisson (1) avec un produit sélectionné ;
    c) démarrage du programme de cuisson associé ;
    d) affichage du nom du programme et au moins du temps de cuisson restant ;
    e) association automatisée, en fonction des paramètres de cuisson, en particulier la température de cuisson et/ou l'humidité pendant la cuisson et/ou la vitesse de rotation du ventilateur, d'autres produits ou programmes de cuisson adaptés au programme de cuisson du premier produit sélectionné ;
    f) affichage du produit sélectionné ou du programme de cuisson sélectionné ;
    g) sélection, à la demande, d'un autre produit adapté selon l'association au premier produit ;
    h) chargement de l'appareil de cuisson (1) avec l'autre produit ;
    i) démarrage du programme de cuisson associé ;
    j) affichage du nom du programme et au moins du temps de cuisson restant pour l'autre produit ;
    k) le cas échéant, répétition des étapes g) à j) ; et
    l) prélèvement des produits hors de l'appareil de cuisson (1) après l'écoulement du temps de cuisson respectif.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le produit sélectionné et/ou le programme de cuisson sélectionné sont affichés en continu.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le produit sélectionné et/ou le programme de cuisson sélectionné sont affichés à la demande.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les affichages sont ordonnés selon les temps de cuisson.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les produits ou des groupes de produits sont affichés sous forme de symboles ou de photographies des produits.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un contrôle de la sélection des produits est effectué avant le chargement de l'appareil de cuisson.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le contrôle de la sélection des produits est effectué par l'enregistrement d'un code produit.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le contrôle de la sélection des produits est effectué par une surveillance par caméra.
