Claims (7)
- Notbremsungsvorrichtung mit doppelter Wirkung für Fahrkörbe, aufweisend:Tragmittel (100), welche dazu ausgebildet sind, an einen Korb angekoppelt zu werden;erste Reibungsmittel (110), welche dazu ausgebildet sind, in einer ersten Richtung D1 wesentlich senkrecht an eine erste Oberfläche (210) einer Schiene (200) des Aufzugs angelegt zu werden;zweite Reibungsmittel (120), welche dazu ausgebildet sind, in einer zweiten Richtung D2 wesentlich senkrecht an eine zweite Oberfläche (220) einer Schiene (200) des Aufzugs entgegengesetzt zur ersten Oberfläche (210) angelegt zu werden;Druckmittel (121) umfassend:ein erstes, zur zweiten Oberfläche (220) entgegengesetztes Ende, umfassend die zweite Reibungsmittel (120);ein zweites, zum ersten Ende entgegengesetztes Ende, welches an den Tragmitteln (100) befestigt ist;wobei die genannte Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es Folgendes umfasst:einen wesentlich prismatischen Nocken (111), aufweisend:eine erste Grundfläche zum Aufliegen auf den Tragmitteln (100);eine zweite, zur ersten Grundfläche entgegengesetzte Grundfläche;eine Vielzahl von ersten Seitenflächen, welche einen konvexen ersten Teil bilden, umfassend:eine zur ersten Oberfläche (210) entgegengesetzte Vorderseite;zwei Seiten, welche an die Vorderseite angrenzen, einen spitzen Winkel mit der Schiene (200) des Aufzugs bilden und mit den ersten Reibungsmitteln (110) versehen sind;eine Vielzahl von zweiten Seitenflächen, welche einen zweiten, zum ersten Teil entgegengesetzten Teil bilden, wobei der genannte zweite Teil ein Gehäuse umfasst, welches dazu ausgebildet ist, die Rotation des Nockens (111) um eine erste Welle (112) zu ermöglichen:wobei die genannte erste Welle (112) das genannte Gehäuse durchquert,wobei die genannte erste Welle (112) zur ersten Grundfläche senkrecht ist,wobei die genannte erste Welle (112) an den Tragmitteln (100) befestigt ist;Bewegungs- und Spannungsübertragungsmittel (130), um eine Bewegung der Tragmittel (100) in einer dritten Richtung D3 wesentlich senkrecht zu einer von der Schiene des Aufzugs definierten Richtung D zu ermöglichen;Betätigungsmittel (140), welche dazu ausgebildet sind, von einem Übergeschwindigkeitserkennungsmechanismus des Aufzugs betätigt zu werden, umfassend:Anschlussmittel, um die Betätigungsmittel (140) an den Nocken (111) mittels einem Gelenk anzuschließen, wobei die Rotation zwischen dem Nocken (111) und den Betätigungsmitteln (140) um eine zweite Welle (114), parallel zur ersten Welle (112), ermöglicht wird, wobei sich die Anschlussmittel in der zweiten Grundfläche des prismatischen Nockens (111) mit einem Abstand zur ersten Welle (112) befinden, um eine Rotation des Nockens (111) um die erste Welle (112) hervorzurufen, wenn die Betätigungsmittel (140) aktiviert werden;in welcher:die Tragmittel (100) dazu ausgebildet sind, gemäß der dritten Richtung D3 bewegt zu werden, so dass:die ersten Reibungsmittel (110) entlang der ersten Richtung D1 bewegt werden, bis sie an die erste Oberfläche (210) der Schiene (200) angelegt werden;die zweiten Reibungsmittel (120) entlang der zweiten Richtung D2 bewegt werden, bis sie an die zweite Oberfläche (220) der Schiene (200) angelegt werden;die Schiene (200) von den ersten Reibungsmitteln (110) und den zweiten Reibungsmitteln (120) ergriffen wird, um eine Reibung zwischen den ersten Reibungsmitteln (110), den zweiten Reibungsmitteln (120) und der Schiene (200) zu erreichen und auf diese Weise den Aufzug zu bremsen, wenn die Betätigungsmittel (140) aktiviert werden;die erste Richtung D1, die zweite Richtung D2 und die dritte Richtung D3 parallel sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Reibungsmittel (110) einstellbar sind, um das Bremsen von Aufzügen verschiedener Masse zu ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Reibungsmittel (120) dazu ausgebildet sind, einen totalen, für das Bremsen des Aufzugs benötigten Reibungskoeffizient bereitzustellen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Reibungsmittel (110) und die zweiten Reibungsmittel (120) eine Berührungsfläche mit der Schiene (200) umfassen, welche mit einer Vielzahl von Schlitzen (1210) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckmittel (121) eine Vielzahl von Unterlegscheiben umfassen, welche aufgestapelt sind, um eine Feder zu bilden, und einen Hub und eine Kraft bereitzustellen, die für das Bremsen des Aufzugs nötig sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungs- und Spannungsübertragungsmittel (130) vier Schrauben umfassen, welche in einer hinteren Stellung der Tragmittel (100) angebracht sind, wobei die Schrauben dazu ausgebildet sind, auf in Balken eines Bügels des Korbes geschlitzten Bohrungen zu gleiten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (112) des Nockens eine selbstschmierende Buchse umfasst, welche eine Rotation des Nockens (111) erleichtert und einen niedrigen Reibungskoeffizient bereitstellt, um ein Loskeilen zu erleichtern.
