Claims (7)

  1. Appareil de freinage d'urgence à double effet pour cabines d'ascenseur ayant :
    des moyens de support (100) configurés pour être couplés à une cabine ;
    des premiers moyens de friction (110) configurés pour être appliqués dans une première direction D1 essentiellement perpendiculaire sur une première surface (210) d'un rail (200) de l'ascenseur ;
    des deuxièmes moyens de friction (120) configurés pour être appliqués dans une deuxième direction D2 essentiellement perpendiculaire sur une deuxième surface (220) d'un rail (200) de l'ascenseur opposée à la première surface (210) ;
    des moyens de compression (121) comprenant :
    une première extrémité opposée à la deuxième surface (220) comprenant les deuxièmes moyens de friction (120) ;
    une deuxième extrémité opposée à la première extrémité fixée aux moyens de support (100) ;
    ledit appareil étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :
    une came essentiellement prismatique (111) ayant :
    une première base pour reposer sur les moyens de support (100) ;
    une deuxième base opposée à la première base ;
    une pluralité de premières faces latérales formant une première portion convexe comprenant:
    une face avant opposée à la première surface (210) ;
    deux faces contigües à la face avant formant un angle aigu avec le rail (200) de l'ascenseur et pourvues des premiers moyens de friction (110) ;
    une pluralité de deuxièmes faces latérales formant une deuxième portion opposée à la première portion, ladite deuxième portion comprenant un logement configuré pour permettre que la came (111) pivote autour d'un premier arbre (112) :
    ledit premier arbre (112) traversant ledit logement,
    ledit premier arbre (112) étant perpendiculaire à la première base,
    ledit premier arbre (112) étant fixé aux moyens de support (100) ;
    des moyens de déplacement et de transmission de tension (130) pour permettre un déplacement des moyens de support (100) dans une troisième direction D3 essentiellement perpendiculaire à une direction D définie par le rail de l'ascenseur ;
    des moyens d'actionnement (140) configurés pour être actionnés par un mécanisme de détection de vitesse excessive de l'ascenseur comprenant :
    des moyens de connexion pour connecter les moyens d'actionnement (140) à la came (111) par le biais d'une charnière permettant une rotation entre la came (111) et les moyens d'actionnement (140) autour d'un deuxième arbre (114) parallèle au premier arbre (112), les moyens de connexion étant situés dans la deuxième base de la came prismatique (111) à une distance du premier arbre (112) de manière à causer une rotation de la came (111) autour du premier arbre (112) lorsque les
    moyens d'actionnement (140) sont activés ;
    dans lequel :
    les moyens de supports (100) sont configurés pour être déplacés selon la troisième direction D3 de manière à ce que :
    les premiers moyens de friction (110) sont déplacés le long de la première direction D1 jusqu'à ce qu'ils sont appliqués sur la première surface (210) du rail (200) ;
    les deuxièmes moyens de friction (120) sont déplacés le long de la deuxième direction D2 jusqu'à ce qu'ils sont appliqués sur la deuxième surface (210) du rail (200) ;
    le rail (200) est saisi par les premiers moyens de friction (110) et les deuxièmes moyens de friction (120) de manière à parvenir à une friction entre les premiers moyens de friction (110), les deuxièmes moyens de friction (120) et le rail (200) et de la sorte freiner l'ascenseur lorsque les moyens d'actionnement (140) sont activés ;
    la première direction D1, la deuxième direction D2 et la troisième direction D3 sont parallèles.
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les premiers moyens de friction (110) sont ajustables pour permettre freiner des ascenseurs avec des masses différentes.
  3. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-2, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes moyens de friction (120) sont configurés pour fournir un coefficient de friction total nécessaire pour freiner l'ascenseur.
  4. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-3, caractérisé en ce que les premiers moyens de friction (110) et les deuxièmes moyens de friction (120) comprennent une face de contact avec le rail (200) pourvue d'une pluralité de rainures (1210).
  5. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de compression (121) comprennent une pluralité de rondelles qui sont empilées pour former un ressort et fournissent une course et une force nécessaire pour freiner l'ascenseur.
  6. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de déplacement et de transmission de tension (130) comprennent quatre vis placées dans une position arrière des moyens de support (100), lesdites vis étant configurés pour glisser sur des trous fendus réalisés dans des poutres de renforcement d'un étrier de la cabine.
  7. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-6, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre (112) de la came comprend une bague auto-lubrifiée pour faciliter une rotation de la came (111) et pour fournir un faible coefficient de friction pour faciliter le décalage.
