Definitions

  • the invention relates to a door leaf for a front door, with a door leaf frame and in a door panel inserted in the door panel having at least a first motif plate of opaque material and a glass plate or the like opaque material.
  • door leaves of front doors are usually made so that a mostly circumferential door leaf frame is provided on which the fittings, such as hinges and locks and bars are arranged.
  • a door leaf filling is used with the particular desired design.
  • a door leaf filling serves as a sandwich panel, which has on the outer side of view, the respective design bearing motif plate.
  • the DE 201 20 672 U1 describes a door leaf which is held together solely by adhesive bonds between two body parts and a filling element, wherein at the horizontal edge regions of the filling element free spaces are present in order to avoid damage to the filling element.
  • the GB 2 283 043 A describes a door leaf with a door leaf frame and a door leaf filling comprising a glass element.
  • the glass element is stabilized by F-shaped holding elements which are attached to the frame member, against forces acting on a burglary.
  • the US Pat. No. 6,688,064 B1 discloses a door leaf in which an opening in a glass element is introduced, which is secured by holding elements at the edges of the opening.
  • the DE 201 00 493 U1 describes a door leaf in which a glass plate is held by lateral compassionfriese.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a door leaf for a front door, are given despite the possibility of industrial manufacturing greater freedom for the design of door designs.
  • a door leaf frame and an inserted in the door leaf frame door panel is also provided.
  • the door panel has at least a first motif plate of opaque material, by means of the different color designs or material appearances and different design applications can be provided in particular on the visible outside of the door leaf.
  • the door panel at least one disc assembly - consisting of a disc or more adjacent discs - on.
  • the disc arrangement is formed of glass or similar material, in particular of opaque material.
  • the glass may be clear or is preferably formed as an ornamental glass with a - for example, rolled-glass pattern. But it may also be provided colored or clouded glass for the disc. Instead of glass, other similarly designed materials, in particular plastic, may be provided for the pane arrangement.
  • the disc of the door panel is disposed within a section of a motif plate is provided in the invention that extends the disc member or the disc assembly over the entire vertical length of the door leaf, so that the at least one motif plate exclusively on a the vertical sides of the disc assembly is located.
  • the motif plate thus extends neither above nor below the disc assembly, but alone next to the disc assembly.
  • the disc arrangement is arranged on one side of the door panel and a single motif plate on the other side of the door leaf, it is preferred that the disc arrangement between two motif plates is arranged extending over the entire vertical length of the door leaf , Seen from a left vertical side of the door panel to the right vertical side, there are therefore first the first motif plate, then the disc or disc arrangement and then the second motif plate.
  • the disk arrangement is preferably formed narrower than the second motif plate for the reasons mentioned above.
  • the disk arrangement is further preferably part of a glass segment forming a vertically continuous segment of the door panel.
  • the glass segment is preferably formed by at least two disc arrangements, which are each arranged on the door leaf broadsides. In between spacers or even air can be provided. Also, other design elements, for example, three-dimensional objects between the two panes may be arranged.
  • a glass segment is placed on the wing formed by the door leaf, which passes glass segment vertically over the wing.
  • a glass segment is placed on the wing formed by the door leaf, which passes glass segment vertically over the wing.
  • a particularly unique appearance is achieved if the pane arrangement is flush with the door motif.
  • the glass segment or the disk arrangement can be fixed quite well that it rests with its horizontal edge regions respectively on a lower and an upper frame spar of the door leaf frame.
  • the provision of the frame spar is then hardly noticeable if the disc arrangement completely covers the frame spar.
  • the disc assembly may be glued to the frame spar.
  • it is provided on the frame rail a glass rim comprehensive glass bar, which can also protect the delicate glass edge from damage.
  • the glass strip can be designed such that the frame spar is laminated.
  • the frame spar as little as possible visually striking, it is preferred that it extends in the vertical direction less than about 5 cm, in particular less than 1 to 3 cm. Compared with the usual door leaf height so the frame spar is formed in the height direction relatively thin. Sufficient stability can be achieved by providing conventional frame profiles. Alternatively or additionally, it is possible to make the glass pane as opaque as possible at its edge areas, so that the frame spar is not noticeable.
  • the pane arrangement it is preferable for the pane arrangement to lie as flush as possible in a plane with the respective motif plate.
  • a cover layer of the motif plates overlay vertical edge regions of the disc arrangement.
  • the cover layer can be dimensioned relatively thin relative to the overall extension of the door, for example, be less than about 1 to 3 mm thick, so that the disc assembly continues as flush as possible with the motif plate.
  • This cover layer may be formed, for example, by a metal plate forming the motif plate or a plastic plate. Other materials are conceivable.
  • the first and second motif plate z. B be identically formed and manufactured uniformly.
  • the front door 10 shown in the figures has a door frame 14 and a door leaf 12, which is pivotally held therein by means of hinges (not shown).
  • the door panel 12 has a door leaf frame 16 with formed from flat hollow sections 18 frame members 19th
  • a door panel 20 is inserted.
  • the door panel 20 is formed of a first sandwich panel 22, a second sandwich panel 24, and a glass segment 26 therebetween. Both sandwich panels 22, 24 and the glass segment 26 extend over the entire vertical length of the door leaf 12th
  • the two sandwich panels 22, 24 are formed substantially mirror-inverted identical to each other.
  • the first sandwich panel 22 On the outwardly facing door leaf broad side 28, the first sandwich panel 22 carries a first motif plate 30; and the second sandwich panel carries on the outside door leaf broadside 28 a second motif plate 31.
  • the two sandwich panels 22, 24 On the inside, the two sandwich panels 22, 24 each carry back plates 32, 33. In between there is insulating material 34th
  • the glass segment 26 has on the outside door leaf broadside 28 a first pane arrangement, consisting of a first glass pane 36, and on the inside door leaf wide side 28 a second disc arrangement consisting of a second glass pane 40, on.
  • a plurality of adjacent glass panes are provided instead of a glass on each side.
  • Fig. 1 As can be seen, the horizontal edges of the glass panes 36, 40 rest on the horizontal frame members 19. In the illustrated embodiment, the glass sheets 36, 40 completely cover these frame members 19. In a further embodiment, not shown, a profiled glazing bead is provided on the horizontal frame spars, which includes the marginal edges of the glass sheet 36, 40 protecting and holding.
  • the motif plates 30, 31 as well as the back plates 32, 33 are formed by relatively thin metal sheets whose edges facing the respective glass pane 36, 40 cover the vertical edge regions of the glass panes 36, 40.
  • the sheets of the plates 30-33 are formed thin, so that optically practically creates the impression that the glass sheets 36, 40 flush with the motif plates or back plates 30 - 33 complete.
