Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé utilisé pour sécher et désagglomérer des matériaux de chargement humides. Le matériau humide est malaxé, mélangé et désintégré sous l'effet d'au moins un rouleau roulant sur un plateau entraîné, puis est séché au moyen de gaz chauds acheminés. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé permettant de transformer ledit dispositif en un dispositif de séchage par malaxage, le rouleau (au moins au nombre de un) étant muni d'un dispositif de compression.

Claims (4)

  1. Procédé pour le séchage et la désagglomération d'une matière d'alimentation humide, caractérisé en ce que l'on traite une matière d'alimentation, dont l'humidité est située entre 15 à 50 %, au moins 70% de la matière d'alimentation présentant une granulométrie inférieure à 200 µm, sachant que ladite matière d'alimentation est malaxée, mélangée et désagglomérée sous l'action d'au moins un rouleau (2), qui tourne sur un plateau (1), et est séchée au moyen d'un gaz chaud, et le lit de matière, qui se forme sur le plateau, étant fractionné et brisé.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie de la matière est reconduite sur le plateau de broyage, après avoir été séchée.
  3. Procédé destiné à la mise en oeuvre et à la transformation d'un dispositif de séchage et de désagglomération, qui comprend :
    a, un plateau (1) entraîné,
    b. au moins une unité à rouleau (2), qui est dotée d'un rouleau (2a), qui, tournant sur le plateau, est destiné à malaxer, mélanger et désagglomérer une matière d'alimentation,
    c) des moyens d'alimentation en gaz chaud (4) pour le séchage de la matière d'alimentation, et
    d) des moyens (5) pour fractionner et briser le lit de matière se formant sur le plateau,
    sachant que le dispositif est d'abord mis en oeuvre selon revendication 1 ou 2, et ensuite transformé en un dispositif de broyage et séchage, le rouleau (2a) étant équipé d'un dispositif de pression, et les moyens (5) pour détacher et briser le lit de matière, qui se forme sur le plateau, étant enlevés.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que sont installées d'autres unités à rouleaux (2), avec des dispositifs de pression.
