Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif d'ajustement de la position d'un rail ou d'une grille de voie ferrée comprenant au moins un rail par rapport à une infrastructure porteuse, ce dispositif étant composé d'au moins un élément de fixation (2) en prise directe sur le rail (1), qui s'appuie, au moyen d'au moins un élément de raccordement (3) pouvant basculer autour d'un axe parallèle à l'axe longitudinal du rail (1), qui est relié à au moins un élément d'ajustement réglable (5) permettant le réglage horizontal du rail au moyen d'un chariot (4) déplaçable orthogonalement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du rail et recevant l'élément de raccordement pouvant basculer et à au moins un élément d'ajustement réglable (7) permettant le réglage vertical du rail par rapport à l'infrastructure porteuse, sur l'infrastructure porteuse,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de raccordement ou chaque élément de raccordement pouvant basculer est réalisé sous forme d'une poutre d'appui bombée (3) s'appuyant dans un évidement en forme de fourche du chariot (4) et installée sur la face inférieure détournée du rail (1) de l'élément de fixation (2).
  2. Dispositif d'ajustement de la position d'un rail ou d'une grille de voie ferrée comprenant au moins un rail par rapport à une infrastructure porteuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le chariot (4) s'appuie, dans un sens vertical par rapport à l'infrastructure porteuse, sur au moins une plaque de base (6) guidée entre au moins deux éléments d'ajustement (7) permettant le réglage vertical du rail.
  3. Dispositif d'ajustement de la position d'un rail ou d'une grille de voie ferrée comprenant au moins un rail par rapport à une infrastructure porteuse selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la ou chaque plaque de base (6) comporte des dispositifs récepteurs (11) pour les éléments d'ajustement (5) permettant le réglage horizontal du rail ainsi que des dispositifs récepteurs (8) pour les éléments d'ajustement (7) permettant le réglage vertical du rail.
  4. Dispositif d'ajustement de la position d'un rail ou d'une grille de voie ferrée comprenant au moins un rail par rapport à une infrastructure porteuse selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'ajustement ou chaque élément d'ajustement permettant le réglage vertical du rail est réalisé sous forme d'une tige de pivotement (7) qui est raccordée par correspondance mécanique et/ou géométrique à l'infrastructure porteuse.
  5. Dispositif d'ajustement de la position d'un rail ou d'une grille de voie ferrée comprenant au moins un rail par rapport à une infrastructure porteuse selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'ajustement ou chaque élément d'ajustement permettant le réglage vertical du rail s'appuie, par un dispositif permettant d'éviter une sortie latérale due à la rotation de la tige de pivotement (7), sur l'infrastructure porteuse.
  6. Dispositif d'ajustement de la position d'un rail ou d'une grille de voie ferrée comprenant au moins un rail par rapport à une infrastructure porteuse selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation ou chaque élément de fixation (2) présente une mobilité relative libre entre le rail et l'élément de fixation dans le sens longitudinal du rail.
  7. Dispositif d'ajustement de la position d'un rail ou d'une grille de voie ferrée comprenant au moins un rail par rapport à une infrastructure porteuse selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation ou chaque élément de fixation (2) est réalisé sous forme d'une plaque de rail entourant en correspondance géométrique le pied du rail (1).
