Claims (8)
- Dispositif de fabrication d'une pièce moulée en poudre, notamment en poudre métallique, à partir d'un matériau pâteux, contenant une poudre, à partir d'un matériau coulant, contenant une poudre ou à partir d'un matériau prépressé, lequel présente :- une matrice (1), qui est constituée d'un corps de base (2) et d'un cylindre de matrice (3) inséré dans celui-ci, qui présente au moins deux parties (6,7) cylindriques creuses, disposées concentriquement l'une par rapport à l'autre et forme au moins une surface de moule (4) pour la pièce moulée,- au moins un poinçon de pressage (5), qui entre dans une ouverture définie à travers le cylindre de matrice (3) dans une direction de pressage (P) et peut compacter le matériau se trouvant dans le cylindre de matrice (3), et- dans lequel des moyens (8) sont prévus, avec lesquels au moins deux parties (6,7) du cylindre de matrice (3) peuvent être déplacées l'une par rapport à l'autre dans la direction de pressage (P),caractérisé en ce que
au moins deux parties (6,7) du cylindre de matrice (3) possèdent des surfaces de moule (4) dirigées radialement vers l'intérieur, qui définissent le contour extérieur des objets pressés à façonner, dans lequel la partie (6) est disposée de manière fixe dans le corps de base (2) et à l'intérieur de la partie (7) déplaçable dans la direction de pressage (P). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
la partie (6) disposée de manière stationnaire dans le corps de base (2) vient reposer par une partie de sa surfaces extérieure (9) cylindrique sur la surface intérieure (10) cylindrique de la partie (7) disposée de manière déplaçable. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
les moyens (8) pour déplacer au moins une partie (7) du cylindre de matrice (3) sont configurés comme un système cylindre/piston hydraulique. - Dispositif selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que
le cylindre (11) du système cylindre/piston est configuré comme une rainure annulaire dans le corps de base (2) de la matrice (1). - Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que
une extrémité du cylindre de matrice (3) est obturée par une plaque (12). - Dispositif selon la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce que
la plaque (12) est immobilisée sur la partie (7) disposée de manière déplaçable du cylindre de matrice (3) . - Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que
le poinçon de pressage (5) est constitué de plusieurs parties (13,13,',13") cylindriques creuses, disposées concentriquement. - Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
