Claims (6)
- 粉末、粉末を含んでいるペースト状材料、または、粉末を含んでいる流動性材料から成形体を製造するための装置であって、
−本体(2)と該本体に挿着されている雌型スリーブ(3)とから成る雌型(1)であって、当該雌型スリーブ(3)が互いに同心に配置される少なくとも2つの中空筒状の部分(6、7)を有し、且つ、成形体のための少なくとも1つの成形面(4)を形成している雌型(1)と、
−雌型スリーブ(3)によって決定される開口部にプレス加工方向(P)に侵入することができ、且つ、雌型スリーブ(3)内の材料を圧縮することができる少なくとも1つの雄型(5)と、を有し、
−雌型スリーブ(3)の少なくとも2つの部分(6,7)をプレス加工方向(P)において互いに相対的に移動させる手段(8)が設けられている、
前記装置において、
雌型スリーブ(3)の少なくとも2つの部分(6,7)が、半径方向内側へ指向する成形面(4)であって、成形対象である圧縮対象の外側輪郭を決定する成形面(4)を有し、
前記部分(6)が、本体(2)内に位置固定して配置され、且つ、プレス加工方向(P)に移動可能に配置されている前記部分(7)であって、雌型スリーブ(3)の一端を密閉する板体(12)に固定された前記部分(7)内側に配置される、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 本体(2)内に位置固定して配置されている部分(6)がその筒状の外面(9)の一部により、移動可能に配置されている部分(7)の筒状の内面(10)に当接していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 雌型スリーブ(3)の少なくとも1つの部分(7)を移動させるための手段(8)が液圧ピストンシリンダシステムとして構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置。
- ピストンシリンダシステムのシリンダ(11)が雌型(1)の本体(2)に設けた環状溝として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 雄型(5)が同心に配置される中空筒状の複数個の部分(13,13’,13”,...)から成っていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 雄型(5)が中心に設けた棒(14)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
