Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Heizeinrichtung insbesondere Heizstab für Wärmekabinen mit mindestens einem innerhalb einer Wandung angeordneten Heizelement. Weiters betrifft die Erfindung eine Wärmekabine.
- Zum Heizen von Wärmekabinen werden bereits Heizeinrichtungen, insbesondere Heizstäbe, eingesetzt, die innerhalb einer keramischen Wandung ein vorzugsweise elektrisches Heizelement aufweisen. Zwischen dem Heizelement und der Wandung hat man bisher Quarzsand eingefüllt. Es hat sich allerdings gezeigt, dass der Quarzsand vor allem beim üblicher Weise stehenden Einbau der Heizstäbe in sich zusammensackt und damit einem Teilbereich nicht mehr für die Wärmeübertragung vom Heizelement zur Wandung zur Verfügung steht.
- Um dieses Problem zu lösen, schlägt die Erfindung vor, dass der das mindestens eine Heizelement aufnehmende Innenraum der Wandung zumindest teilweise mit Sand aus Eruptivgestein gefüllt ist.
- Versuche haben gezeigt, dass dieser Sand aus Eruptivgestein (Lavasand) auch bei längerer Verwendung nicht in sich zusammensackt. Der Füllstand und die Funktionsfähigkeit des Heizstabes bleibt damit über lange Zeit erhalten.
- Weiter Vorteile und Einzelheiten werden anhand der nachfolgenden Figurenbeschreibung näher erläutert.

- eine schematische Draufsicht auf ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen Wärmekabine.
- Die in Fig. 1 insgesamt mit 4 bezeichnete Heizeinrichtung weist eine gut wärmebeständige Wandung 1 aus Keramikmaterial auf. Diese ist im wesentlichen in der Form eines hohlzylindrischen Stabes ausgebildet. In der Fig. 1 ist lediglich das untere Ende dieses Stabes dargestellt. Das obere Ende kann im wesentlichen gleich ausgebildet sein.
- Das untere Ende der stabförmigen Wandung 1 ist durch eine ebenfalls aus Keramikmaterial bestehende Abdeckkappe ein 1a verschlossen, welche eine elektrische Anschlusslasche 2a trägt. Diese elektrische Anschlusslasche führt zum schraubenförmigen Heizelement 2 (elektrischer Widerstandsheizdraht).
- Erfindungsgemäß ist nun der Innenraum 1' der Wandung 1, in dem sich auch das Heizelement 2 befindet mit Sand aus Eruptivgestein (Lavasand) gefüllt. Beim vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Heizstab vollständig gefüllt.
- Als Korngröße des verwendeten Lavasandes hat sich eine Korngröße von höchstens 0,2 mm bis 0,5 mm herausgestellt. Der Lavasand weist zumindest eine, vorzugsweise mehrere der folgenden Komponenten auf: Plagioklas, Leucit, Nephelin, Klinopyroxen, Olivin, Magnetit und/oder Apatit.
- Die Erfindung betrifft auch eine Wärmekabine mit einer solchen Heizeinrichtung. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen Wärmekabine ist in Fig. 2 in einer schematischen Draufsicht gezeigt. Die Wärmekabine ist von Wänden 5 umgeben und weist einen rechteckigen Grundriss auf. Innen kann sich eine Sitzbank 5a befinden. Man kann die Wärmekabine über eine Schwenktüre 5b betreten und verlassen. In den Ecken der Wärmekabine ist jeweils ein erfindungsgemäßes Heizelemente 4 vertikal angeordnet.
- Die Erfindung ist selbstverständlich nicht auf die dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele beschränkt. Beispielsweise kann die Anordnung der Heizelemente und die Form der Wärmekabine völlig von der in Fig. 2 gezeigten Darstellung abweichen. Auch die Heizeinrichtung selbst muss nicht notwendiger Weise stabförmig ausgebildet sein. Vielmehr sind auch flächige Ausbildungen durchaus denkbar und möglich.
Claims (9)
- Heizeinrichtung, insbesondere Heizstab für Wärmekabinen mit mindestens einem innerhalb einer Wandung angeordneten Heizelement, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der das mindestens eine Heizelement (2) aufnehmende Innenraum (1') der Wandung (1) zumindest teilweise mit Sand (3) aus Eruptivgestein gefüllt ist.
- Heizeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Korngröße des Sandes (1) aus Eruptivgestein höchstens 0,2 mm bis 0,5 mm liegt.
- Heizeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sand (1) aus gebrochenem oder gemahlenem Eruptivgestein besteht.
- Heizeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sand aus Eruptivgestein mindestens eine, vorzugsweise mehrere der folgenden Komponenten enthält: Plagioklas, Leucit, Nephelin, Klinopyroxen, Olivin, Magnetit und/oder Apatit.
- Heizeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Heizelement (2) ein vorzugsweise schraubenförmig verlaufender, elektrischer Heizdraht vorgesehen ist.
- Heizeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandung (1) im wesentlichen von ein einem hohlzylindrischen Stab gebildet ist.
- Heizeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandung (1) aus Keramikmaterial besteht.
- Heizeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der das mindestens eine Heizelement (2) aufnehmende Innenraum (1') der Wandung (1) im wesentlichen vollständig mit Sand (3) aus Eruptivgestein gefüllt ist.
- Wärmekabine, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens eine Heizeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
