Claims (42)

  1. Procédé pour le traitement d'une bande de feuille (4) qui sort d'une installation d'étirage (1),
    présentant les étapes suivantes :
    - coupe de la bande de feuille (4) en direction longitudinale, en formant un ruban de bord (4a) et une bande de feuille principale (4b) réduite de la largeur du ruban de bord (4a),
    - transmission du ruban de bord (4a, 4'a) à un dispositif de saisie et de transport (10) mobile,
    - avant, pendant et/ou après la transmission du ruban de bord (4a) à un dispositif de saisie et de transport (10) mobile, séparation d'un tronçon en avance du ruban de bord (4a) et séparation de la bande de feuille principale (4b), la séparation s'effectuant entièrement ou partiellement par découpe et le cas échéant en supplément par déchirure,
    - déplacement du dispositif de saisie et de transport (10) le long d'un côté d'un agencement de cylindre (2), la bande de feuille (4) étant enfilée dans l'agencement de cylindre (2),
    - déplacement du dispositif de saisie et de transport (10) le long d'un côté d'un dispositif d'enroulement (3), muni d'au moins un rouleau d'enroulement (8), jusque dans une position de libération ou de fin de course (P),
    - ouverture du dispositif de saisie et de transport (10) dans la position de fin de course (P) pour libérer le ruban de bord (4a), et
    - exécution de l'opération de coupe, exécutée dans la bande de feuille (4) en direction longitudinale pour produire un ruban de bord (4a), dans un tronçon de la zone de sortie de l'installation d'étirage (1), dans lequel les pinces (1a) faisant partie de l'installation d'étirage (1) sont encore fermées ou viennent d'être ouvertes et retiennent ainsi encore la feuille.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'après avoir coupé le ruban de bord (4a), on coupe un tronçon en avance de la bande de feuille principale (4b), en réalisant une coupe de séparation du premier bord longitudinal,, adjacent au ruban de bord (4a), de la bande de feuille principale (4b) jusqu'à proximité du second bord longitudinal opposé de la bande de feuille principale (4b), et en ce qu'ensuite on coupe un autre ruban de bord (4c) en direction longitudinale de la bande de feuille (4) à proximité du second bord, que l'on coupe avant l'insertion de la bande de feuille (4) dans l'agencement de cylindre (2).

  11. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de saisie et de transport (10) est déplacé jusqu'à la sortie de l'installation d'étirage (1) et saisit ici le ruban de bord (4a, 4'a) soit automatiquement soit après émission d'un signal de déclenchement.

  23. Système selon l'une des revendications 18 à 22, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de coupe (11) est déplaçable au-delà de la bande de feuille (4) sur un chemin qui est orienté au moins localement à angle aigu ou obtus par rapport à la direction d'enlèvement de la bande de feuille (4).
  24. Système selon l'une des revendications 18 à 23, caractérisé en ce que pendant le fonctionnement, le dispositif de coupe est susceptible d'être positionné de manière à couper dans le bord de la bande de feuille résiduelle (4b) opposé au premier ruban de bord (4a) un autre ruban de bord (4c) s'étendant en direction longitudinale.
  25. Système selon l'une des revendications 18 à 24, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de remise pour remettre le ruban de bord (4a, 4'a) au dispositif d'introduction de feuille (10).
  26. Système selon la revendication 25, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de remise comprend un organe de serrage et/ou de succion pour guider la bande de feuille (4) dans la direction sensiblement horizontale.
  27. Système selon la revendication 25 ou 26, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de remise comprend un organe à courroie de succion, un organe à courroie simple ou un organe à courroie double agencé en partie au-dessus et en partie au-dessous du film et recevant au centre le film en sandwich, permettant de transporter la bande de feuille (4) plus loin.
  28. Système selon la revendication 25, 26 ou 27, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de remise est constitué par un transporteur à sangle (111) qui est susceptible d'être soulevé au moins approximativement jusqu'au plan du film par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de levage de préférence sous la forme d'un dispositif de levage à parallélogramme (107) pour transporter la bande de film (4), et après remise il est déplaçable en éloignement du plan de film, de préférence par abaissement.
  29. Système selon l'une des revendications 18 à 28, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de coupe (11) est agencé en aval du dispositif de remise, en direction de transport.
  30. Système selon l'une des revendications 18 à 29, caractérisé en ce que dans la position dans laquelle le ruban de bord (4a) est remis au dispositif d'introduction de feuille (10) pendant le fonctionnement, il est prévu un dispositif de fermeture (13) pour fermer le dispositif de saisie et de transport (10) et/ou une unité de coupe (14) pour couper une partie en avance du ruban de bord (4a).
  31. Système selon l'une des revendications 18 à 30, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de saisie et de transport (10) comprend un chariot à entraînement électrique et/ou mécanique muni d'un ou de plusieurs galets de transport (10d, 10e), le chariot étant mobile sur un rail de transport (15) qui s'étend à partir de la zone de sortie de l'installation d'étirage (1) le long d'un côté de l'agencement de cylindre (2) et d'un côté du dispositif d'enroulement (3).
  32. Système selon la revendication 31, caractérisé en ce que le rail de transport (15) est configuré en forme de bande, présente de préférence une section transversale rectangulaire et comprend des tronçons de rail rectilignes et/ou incurvés, vus de côté, et sur les grandes surfaces de circulation opposées ainsi formées et sur les faces frontales plus étroites formées à gauche et à droite prennent appui les galets de transport (10d, 10e) et/ou des dispositifs formant paliers de coulissement du dispositif de saisie et de transport (10) réalisé sous la forme d'un chariot, grâce à quoi le dispositif de saisie et de transport (10) en forme de chariot est retenu de façon imperdable et est mobile le long du rail de transport (15).
  33. Système selon la revendication 31 ou 32, caractérisé en ce que le chariot comprend une unité d'entraînement (10b) pour entraîner au moins un galet de transport (10d, 10e).
  34. Système selon l'une des revendications 31 à 33, caractérisé en ce qu'une barre conductrice (17) est agencée à côté du rail de transport (15) pour l'alimentation en énergie de l'unité d'entraînement (10b).
  35. Système selon la revendication 31 ou 32, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif d'entraînement stationnaire qui, au moyen d'un dispositif de traction, est relié au chariot mobile sur le rail de transport (15), grâce à quoi le chariot est mobile le long du rail de transport (15).
  36. Système selon l'une des revendications 31 à 35, caractérisé en ce que l'un au moins des galets de transport (10d, 10e) comprend sur sa surface des organes en coopération de friction ou des organes en coopération de formes.
  37. Système selon l'une des revendications 31 à 36, caractérisé en ce que le chariot comprend un organe presseur (10f) par lequel ledit au moins un galet de transport (10d, 10e) est pressé contre le rail de transport (15).
  38. Système selon l'une des revendications 31 à 37, caractérisé en ce qu'un tronçon du rail de transport (15) est susceptible d'être déplacé ou pivoté hors du reste du tracé du rail de transport (15) et d'être déplacé ou pivoté en retour, en particulier dans cette zone dans laquelle le dispositif de coupe est déplaçable pendant l'opération de coupe de la bande de feuille (4).
  39. Système selon l'une des revendications 19 à 38, caractérisé en ce que dans la position de fin de course (P) du dispositif d'introduction de feuille (10), il est prévu un mécanisme d'ouverture (22) pour ouvrir automatiquement le préhenseur situé sur le dispositif d'introduction de feuille (10).
  40. Système selon l'une des revendications 18 à 39, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone du dispositif d'enroulement (3) est prévu un dispositif d'aspersion (19) permettant d'asperger un agent adhésif sur la bande de feuille (4) par déclenchement via un capteur et/ou par déclenchement via le dispositif de saisie et de transport (10) venant occuper une certaine position.
  41. Système selon la revendication 40, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'aspersion est couplé à un dispositif de détecteur ou de capteur (20) au moyen duquel on peut constater si une bande de feuille (4) se trouve à un certain emplacement dans le dispositif d'enroulement (3).
  42. Système pour produire des rouleaux de feuille enroulés, présentant les caractéristiques suivantes :
    - il comprend une installation d'étirage (1) pour produire des feuilles en matière plastique,
    - il comprend un dispositif à montant d'enlèvement sous la forme d'un agencement de cylindre (2), et
    - il comprend un dispositif d'enroulement (3) pour enrouler sur un rouleau d'enroulement (8, 9) la bande de feuille (4) sortant de l'agencement de cylindre (2),
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu en outre un système pour traiter une bande de feuille (4) selon l'une des revendications 19 à 41.
