Definitions
- the invention relates to a surgical light with a plurality of individual headlights or light modules.
- Dissolved light system usually have several individual headlights. Depending on the distance of the known surgical light from the surgical site, the light fields of the individual headlights must be made to coincide. This is usually done by tilting the built-in a lamp housing optical systems (reflectors) to each other. A movement of the luminaire housing is not performed.
- DE 94 18 339 discloses an operating light in which separate electric motors are provided for pivoting individual reflectors.
- DE 37 23 009 relates to an actuatable by means of an electric motor adjusting mechanism for reflectors.
- the individual headlights usually consist of a light source with a reflector.
- the summary of several bulbs to a module has the advantage that individual bulbs can emit light with different color temperatures and / or different switched on and dimmable. If, in the function of a single headlamp, however, several lamps are combined to form one module, the modules receive a comparatively high mass. This should be moved reliably, low backlash, angular accuracy and with a low operating force.
- the applicant has set itself the task of creating a surgical light in which the light fields of the individual headlights or light modules can be brought together in a simple manner.
- This object is achieved by a surgical light with multiple individual headlamps or light modules in that the complete individual headlamp or light modules including their luminaire housing are tilted to each other.
- the geometric shape of the surgical light changes according to the distance to the surgical site.
- the change in the geometric shape of the surgical light can be achieved by tilting outer spotlights or light modules arranged in the edge area of the operating light with respect to a central single headlamp or light module.
- a compact technical design of the operating light is achieved by the fact that the outer arranged in the edge region of the operating light spotlight or light modules are articulated on the central single headlight or light module.
- the outer arranged in the edge region of the operating light spotlights or light modules are each attached at least one, on the central single headlight or light module hinged lever, a simple design, robust yet reliable process adjustment mechanism for complete individual headlamps or light modules is provided.
- portions of the lever may be deflected by a central actuator.
- the actuator may be formed in a technically simple manner by a threaded spindle nut drive.
- the alignment of the individual headlights or light modules is made possible by the sections of the lever or the Connection to the actuator are equipped with a length compensation device.
- levers each consist of two sections, which are connected to one another via a fastening device, which allows an angular offset of the sections to each other.
- a section with at least one adjusting screw is equipped for adjusting the angular offset.
- the central actuator As drive for the central actuator come an electric motor or a manually operable handle into consideration.
- the control of the electric motor can be user-friendly integrated into the handle.
- the handle can be rotatably mounted and operate by a movement from the rest position the switch of the electric motor.
- FIG. 1 shows that as the light source of an operating light 1, individual light modules 2a to 2e are joined to one another almost without borders. Borderless in the sense of the invention means that the transitions between the individual light modules 2a to 2e have no significant influence on the optical properties, in particular on the light emission in the direction of the surgical site. The generated light is perceived as uniform despite the light source composed of a plurality of light modules 2a to 2e.
- Each light module 2a to 2e in turn comprises a plurality of individual LEDs, for example 30 to 50. This results in lighting advantages analogous to large mirror lights, such as a theoretically optimal freedom from shadow by large-scale light emission.
- Each light module 2a to 2e can even illuminate a complete surgical site.
- the working distance of an operating light to the surgical site is approximately 70 to 140 cm.
- the task of the light field merger is now to bring these individual light fields depending on the distance between the operating light 1 and the surgical site to cover. This requires the optical axes 4 of the light modules 2a to 2e meet at a point 5 or 5 ' on the surgical site, as shown in Figure 2 .
- the light modules 2a to 2e each include a complete optical system, a housing and a transparent lens to the surgical site.
- a plurality of edge modules 2b to 2e are arranged around the central light module 2a. These are each pivotally connected to the central light module 2a in such a way that their pivoting movement takes place about an axis 6a to 6d , which runs tangentially to a concentric circle about the optical axis of the light module 2a.
- the construction of the connection between an edge module 2b and the central light module 2a can be seen from FIG. 4 as an example for the further edge modules 2c to 2e.
- the edge module 2b is mounted on the light module 2a by means of a lever consisting of two sections 7 and 8 .
- the lever, consisting of the sections 7 and 8, is provided with a centrally located actuator 9 (screw 10 with spindle nut 11) connected.
- a length compensation takes place (linear movement of the spindle nut 11 in the direction of arrow 12 with simultaneous pivoting movement of the lever from sections 7 and 8 on a circular path). It is advisable to carry out the lever assembly in two parts, ie to introduce another joint to create the possibility of fine adjustment of the angle of attack of the individual edge modules.
- the sections 7 and 8 are connected to each other via a fastening device, which allows an angular offset of the sections 7 and 8 to each other. At least one of the sections 7 or 8 is equipped with an adjusting screw for adjusting the angular offset.
- the drive of the actuator 10 can be done either by manual force or by an electric motor.
- Adjustable limit switches 15 and 16 limit the travel of the spindle nut, because the limit switches 15 and 16 can be actuated by the sections 7 or 8.
- the switching pulse is effected by turning the sterile handle 3 of the operating light 1.
- the screw 10 is rotated and the Spindle nut 11 linearly shifted.
- the switching of the direction of movement is carried out by alternately turning the handle 3 to the right or left.
- the electric motor can also be operated remotely via a wall control panel or an infrared interface.
- the screw drive 10 is manually rotated via the handle 3 and the spindle nut 11 is displaced linearly.
- the reversal of the direction of movement is carried out by alternately turning the handle 3 to the right or left.
- FIG. 6 shows the possible end positions of the threaded nut 11 on the screw drive 10. This results in the rest position shown on the left with minimal tilting of an edge module and the maximum tilting of an edge module shown on the right.
- FIG. 7a shows the starting position.
- the springs 17 and 18 push the handle in the rest position.
- FIG. 7b the handle was turned to the left and the spring 18 was compressed.
- Figure 7c the handle was rotated to the right and the spring 17 compressed.

Abstract
Description
- Figur 1
- eine Gesamtansicht einer Operationsleuchte;
- Figur 2
- mögliche Abstände des Schnittspunkts der optischen Achsen einzelner Lichtmodule der Operationsleuchte;
- Figur 3
- eine Draufsicht der Operationsleuchte;
- Figur 4
- einen Mechanismus zur Bewegung der Lichtmodule mithilfe von Hebeln;
- Figur 5a
- die Operationsleuchte mit elektromotorischem Antrieb zur Bewegung der Lichtmodule;
- Figur 5b
- die Operationsleuchte mit manuellem Antrieb zur Bewegung der Lichtmodule;
- Figur 6
- mögliche Endstellungen einer Gewindemutter des Antriebs;
- Figur 7
