Abstract

本发明公开了一种LED出光角度连续可调且照度均匀的可调角度LED射灯。该可调角度LED射灯包括底板(1)、多块角度调节板(2)、驱动螺杆(5)和驱动螺母(6),每块角度调节板(2)上装有一个或多个套有透镜的LED,所述底板(1)上固定设置有支座(4),所述驱动螺杆(5)牵动角度调节板(2)的边缘部位以支座(4)为支点转动,使所述角度调节板(2)的倾斜角度发生改变,从而使上面LED的出光角度连续可调。本发明应用于影视拍摄照明、广告照明等领域,市场前景广泛。

Description

可调角度LED射灯
技术领域
本发明涉及影视拍摄照明、广告照明和特殊照明领域,尤其涉及一种照射角度连续可调的LED射灯。
背景技术
在照明技术领域,由于用LED作光源的射灯具有发光效率高、节能、寿命长等优点,从而逐步被广泛应用。在影视拍摄照明、广告照明等领域,往往需要用射灯对拍摄场景进行布光,对灯光角度的要求一般是20~60度角左右(60度照射角可以给广角镜头补光,45度可以给35mm标准镜头补光,30度角可以给中焦镜头补光等),目前所采用的技术大部分是将多颗LED灯珠组合成射灯,工厂生产的小功率LED可以直接做出小于90度角(根据需要一般是20~60度)的灯珠,但LED的角度都是固定不可改变的,而大功率LED的出光角度一般是120度以上,很难低于80度,小角度要经过加装透镜来实现,安装透镜后出光角度也是固定死的,所以,需要不同的角度就必须更换不同的透镜,操作上非常不方便,甚至是不可能,而且透镜还有光损耗,这样就很难达到影视拍摄的要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种LED出光角度连续可调,照度均匀的可调角度LED射灯灯具。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:本发明包括底板和多块角度调节板,在所述角度调节板上根据安装LED的种类和数量设置有相应安装孔,所述安装孔上直接安装有套有透镜的LED(小功率LED则是将焊接有LED的电路板安装于角度调节板上),所述底板上固定设置有支座,所述角度调节板转动连接在所述支座上,另外所述可调角度LED射灯还包括驱动螺杆和驱动螺母,所述驱动螺母固定连接在底板上,所述驱动螺杆穿过底板与驱动螺母配合,并且所述驱动螺杆底端固定有旋钮,上端设置有压板,所述驱动螺杆牵动角度调节板的边缘部位使所述角度调节板的倾斜角度发生改变。
在所述驱动螺母的上部有一限位块套接于驱动螺杆上,且使角度调节板的边缘处于所述限位块和压板之间。
所述驱动螺杆采用双螺纹结构。
所述角度调节板的边缘部位设置有凹槽,所述凹槽与所述压板相配适。
本发明的有益效果是:所述角度调节板转动连接在底板的支座上,并以此为支点,在所述驱动螺杆的牵动作用下改变角度调节板的倾斜度,以对该板上安装的一组LED灯珠的照射方向进行调节,并且是采用双螺纹螺杆结构,可在设定好的角度范围内快速连续可调,得到不同的照射角度,以实现调节照射面的大小、形状和光照度。另所述驱动螺杆上套有一限位块,来控制可调节的最大角度并且防止刮伤角度调节板;所述角度调节板的边缘部位设置有凹槽,所述凹槽与所述压板相配适,整体显得美观。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,本发明包括底板1、四块角度调节板2、驱动螺杆5和驱动螺母6,所述底板1、角度调节板2均由铝板制成,有利于LED的散热和减轻灯体重量,在所述角度调节板2上设置有一个或者多个安装孔3,所述安装孔3上安装有套有透镜的LED(图中LED省略,如果是小功率LED时,则是将小功率LED线路基板直接装在角度调节板2上),所述底板1上固定设置有支座4,所述角度调节板2底部中心位置固定装有上轴承12,所述上轴承12与所述支座4之间通过销轴11转动连接,上述连接装置均由铝材制成,有利于LED的散热和减轻灯体重量。
所述驱动螺母6固定连接在底板1上,所述驱动螺杆5穿过底板1与驱动螺母6配合,并且所述驱动螺杆5底端固定有旋钮7,上端设置有压板8,所述角度调节板2的边缘部位设置有凹槽10,所述凹槽10与所述压板8相配适,驱动螺母6上部设置有一限位块9,用来控制调节角度的范围。
所述驱动螺杆5牵动角度调节板2的边缘部位以所述支座4为支点使所述角度调节板2的倾斜角度发生改变,而且所述驱动螺杆5采用双螺纹结构,能快速的改变角度调节板2的倾斜角度,达到LED出光角度连续可调的目的。
上面所述的角度调节板2也可以扩展成多块,多块时可以使照射出去的光斑产生圆形、长方形等形状,任何根据说明书中内容作出的等效变形均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (4)

1.可调角度LED射灯,包括底板(1)和至少四块角度调节板(2),在所述角度调节板(2)上根据安装LED的种类和数量设置有相应安装孔(3),所述安装孔(3)上固定安装LED或者固定安装焊接有LED的电路板,所述底板(1)上固定设置有支座(4),所述角度调节板(2)底部中心位置固定装有上轴承(12),所述上轴承(12)与所述支座(4)之间通过销轴(11)转动连接,其特征在于:所述可调角度LED射灯还包括驱动螺杆(5)和驱动螺母(6),所述驱动螺母(6)固定连接在底板(1)上,所述驱动螺杆(5)穿过底板(1)与驱动螺母(6)配合,并且所述驱动螺杆(5)底端固定有旋钮(7),上端设置有压板(8),所述驱动螺杆(5)牵动角度调节板(2)的边缘部位使所述角度调节板(2)的倾斜角度按照预定轴线发生改变。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可调角度LED射灯,其特征在于:在所述驱动螺母(6)的上部有一限位块(9)套接于驱动螺杆(5)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可调角度LED射灯,其特征在于:所述驱动螺杆(5)采用双螺纹结构。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的可调角度LED射灯,其特征在于:所述角度调节板(2)的边缘部位设置有凹槽(10),所述凹槽(10)与所述压板(8)相配适。
