Definitions
- the invention relates to a truss structure, in particular made of wood, which has one or more bounded by respective opposing boundary elements and by two opposite Planking elements chambers.
- Such truss structures are used for the construction of self-supporting walls or pre-existing walls, in particular exterior walls suspended structures.
- insulating material is introduced by either the insulating chambers adapted to the shape of the chambers are used or it is blown loose insulating material from natural or man-made raw materials or mixtures of raw materials.
- introducing the insulating materials should be achieved that all chambers are filled as completely and uniformly with the insulating material to avoid cold spots in the truss structure.
- insulating material hitherto at one or more points of the truss structure through holes in the planking a tube or the like feed for the insulating material is introduced into a chamber of the truss structure and injected under pressure, the insulating material. If the chambers of the truss structure communicate with each other, the insulating material may either enter all the chambers and possibly also in areas where no insulation is desired, or else there will be no uniform and complete filling of all the chambers, especially in complicated or irregular constructions. reached.
- each chamber must be filled individually, but a uniform and complete filling of the chamber is thereby easier to achieve.
- the injected with the loose insulating material air and in the chamber to be displaced by the insulating air can only insufficiently escape from the chamber, so that in addition to the feed a corresponding venting is necessary.
- a correspondingly large opening for a supply hose with a return hose for the air or two separate openings to each chamber in the planking is necessary, which must be closed again later.
- an inner wall with a support frame which has arranged between an inner wall and an outer wall as Beplankungsisse stand.
- an unplastered flat side of the inner wall is initially covered with a net as a filter-like retention element in an additional operation to retain in the area between adjacent uprights injected insulating material.
- an inner wall is then applied as a planking element on the flat side with the network.
- the stands are as solid square material and connect directly the two outer planking elements, so that undesirable thermal bridges are formed.
- the invention proposes that the limiting elements are designed as load-bearing conductor elements and each have longitudinal and transverse struts that at least one of the boundary elements between adjacent chambers air-permeable areas having a filter-like retaining element, that the filter-like retaining element between the free space of the Limiting element bounding longitudinal and transverse struts is arranged and that the filter-like retaining element completely covers this space.
- the transport air can escape through the filter-like retaining element.
- An air return through a return hose or an additional opening in the planking elements are not required.
- a uniform and complete filling of the individual chambers of the truss structure is also possible, which is further favored if not only one of the boundary elements, but several or all boundary elements of a chamber have air-permeable areas. In particular, hard to find cold or thermal bridges within the framework construction can be avoided.
- the air can escape quickly and evenly on a comparatively large area compared to the previous small vents, whereby a fast, uniform and complete filling with insulating material is possible. Damming up of air is avoided.
- the boundary elements By forming the boundary elements as load-bearing ladder elements with longitudinal and transverse struts self-supporting truss structures can be built.
- the transversely to the wall plane extending, rung-like crossbars stabilize the longitudinal struts and keep them at a distance.
- these cross braces are sufficient comparatively small cross sections and also by the spaced-apart arrangement are formed neither by these cross braces nor by the intervening, filter-like retaining elements noticeable thermal bridges.
- the designed as a supporting conductor element limiting element is thus minimized thermal bridges and contributes as well as the complete and uniform filling of the chambers with insulating material This helps to avoid cold or thermal bridges in the truss structure.
- the filter-like retaining element is designed for retaining particles such as flakes, fibers, grains, litter, pellets or the like particles of heat-insulating material within a chamber.
- Inflatable insulating material consists in most cases of such particles, which usually have a diameter of about five millimeters or larger.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the filter-like retaining element is formed by a polyester fleece.
- Such polyester tile are relatively fine mesh and can thus reliably hold even small particles. Nevertheless, they are also good air permeable and inexpensive.
- the filter-like retaining element is formed as a fine mesh or formed from gauze.
- such a network may be advantageous because air can pass through the mesh of the network practically unhindered. Nets or gauze are inexpensive as well as polyester fleece.
- the boundary elements consist of laminated wood and if the filter-like retaining element between two adjacent, glued laminated boards of the boundary elements attached, in particular glued.
- the filter-like retaining elements can be inserted during the production of the boundary elements of individual board layers in a simple manner as a layer between two board layers and glued or glued together with these.
- This method of attachment cost-effective and fast.
- a truss structure made of wood, generally designated 1, is in Fig.1 shown and has a plurality of each by two top and bottom and right and left opposite boundary elements 2, 12 and by opposing planking 3 bounded chambers 4, wherein a planking 3 is formed by a wall 11.
- the vertically extending boundary elements 2 have air-permeable areas with a filter-like retaining element 5.
- the horizontally extending boundary elements 12 are formed by closed boards. The air can flow out of a chamber 4 through the filter-like retaining elements 5 respectively into the left and / or right adjacent chamber 4 during the blowing of insulating material, which ensures a uniform and complete filling of a chamber 4 with insulating material.
- the openings for feeding the insulating material into the chambers 4 are in Fig.1 not closer shown.
- the vertically extending boundary elements 2 are designed as load-bearing conductor elements with longitudinal struts 6 and cross struts 7.
- the designed as a nonwoven, mesh or gauze, filter-like retaining element 5 is in each case between the free space of the limiting element 2 bounding longitudinal and transverse struts 6, 7 and covers it completely.
- the filter-like retaining element 5 is so fine-meshed or fine-pored that particles such as flakes, fibers, grains, litter, pellets or the like einblasstoryes loose insulating material can be kept within the chamber 4, but with this transport material conveyed transport air can escape practically unhindered.
- Fig.2 It can be seen that at least the boundary elements 2 consist of laminated wood with several board layers 8, 9, 10.
- the filter-like retaining element 5 between the longitudinal and transverse struts 6, 7, it is advantageous if the filter-like retaining element 5 between two adjacent, glued together board layers 9, 10 of the boundary elements 2 attached, in particular glued.
Description
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- In
