Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung zur Aufnahme von Fußbodenbelagplatten, insbesondere Fußbodenpaneele mit einer Laminatoberfläche oder Parkettplatten, mit einem Bodenteil oder einem Deckelteil (1) mit einer Kontur (10), die der Kontur der Fußbodenbelagplatten im Wesentlichen entspricht. Um eine umweltfreundliche und kostengünstige Verlegung der Fußbodenbelagplatten zu ermöglichen, ist die Verpackung aus einem trittschalldämpfenden oder einem trittschalldämmenden Material gefertigt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung zur Aufnahme von Fußbodenbelagplatten, insbesondere Fußbodenpaneele mit einer Laminatoberfläche oder Parkettplatten, mit einem Bodenteil oder einem Deckelteil mit einer Kontur, die der Kontur der Fußbodenbelagplatten im Wesentlichen entspricht.
  • Aus der DE 20 2004 019 391.4 ist eine Transportverpackung aus Pappe zur Aufnahme von Fußbodenpaneelen mit einer Laminatoberfläche mit Längsseitenteilen bekannt, mit denen die Paneele von fünf Seiten umschlossen werden kann. Zum Schutz der Fußbodenpaneele wird die Pappverpackung vollständig von einer durchsichtigen Kunststofffolie umgeben, für die in der Regel eine Schrumpffolie verwendet wird, mit der die Transportverpackung eingeschweißt wird.
  • Um die Paneele zu verlegen, muss die Schrumpffolie durchtrennt, die Paneele aus der Transportverpackung aus Pappe entnommen und die Paneele miteinander verbunden werden. Nachdem die Paneele verlegt wurden, müssen die Schrumpffolie und der Karton entsorgt werden.
  • In Deutschland existieren hierfür Sammelsysteme, welche Papier, Pappe und Kartonagen aufnehmen. Das Sammelgut wird in den meisten Fällen einem Wertstoffkreislauf zugeführt. Der in der Regel hochwertige Verpackungskarton wird dabei mit anderen Papiersorten gemischt und zu neuen Produkten verarbeitet. Eine Wiederverwendung des ursprünglichen Kartons ist nicht vorgesehen.
  • In Ländern, die keine organisierten Sammel- und Recyclingsysteme besitzen, werden die Verpackungen entweder deponiert oder thermisch verwertet. Eine Wiederverwertung ist nicht vorgesehen.
  • Die Folge beider Systeme ist, dass Ressourcen nicht optimal genutzt werden. Darüber hinaus hat der Nutzer von Fußbodenbelagplatten einen erhöhten Aufwand für den Transport der Verpackung zu den Sammelsystemen. Ebenfalls muss während der Verlegung der Fußbodenbelagplatten oder Fußbodenpaneele die jeweilige Verpackung aus dem Arbeitsbereich entfernt werden, was für eine schnelle Verlegung abträglich ist.
  • Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Transportverpackung bereitzustellen, mit der die oben beschriebenen Nachteile vermieden werden.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass die Verpackung aus einem trittschalldämpfenden und/oder trittschalldämmenden Material besteht, so dass die Verpackung einem Sekundämutzen als Trittschallunterlage zugeführt werden kann. Dies hat einerseits den Vorteil, dass kein Aufwand in die Entsorgung der Verpackung gesteckt werden muss, andererseits müssen keine Trittschallmatten zur Unterfütterung der Fußbodenbelagplatten separat gekauft werden, um das Geh- und Trittschallgeräusch zu minimieren. Ebenfalls wird durch den Verzicht auf eine werksseitig applizierte Trittschallschicht unter den Fußbodenbelagplatten die Transporthöhe der Verpackung verringert, da Fußbodenbelagplatten ohne aufgebrachte Trittschalldämmung bei gleicher Quadratmeterfläche Fußboden ein geringeres Transportvolumen aufweisen. Dies hat zur Folge, dass einerseits die Packungshöhe verringert ist und andererseits die Verpackung nicht aufwändig entsorgt oder recycelt werden muss.
  • Schließlich entfällt durch die Ausgestaltung der Verpackung als Trittschalldämmung oder Trittschalldämpfung eine entsprechende Applikation einer Trittschalldämmschicht auf der Unterseite der Fußbodenbelagsplatfe, wodurch die Fußbodenbelagplatten, insbesondere Fußbodenpaneele oder Parkettplatten preisgünstiger herzustellen sind.
  • Die verpackten Paneele werden durch die Trittschalldämmung und /oder -dämpfung während des Transportes geschützt, so dass versandbedingte Schäden minimiert werden.
  • Eine Weiterbildung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Kontur des Boden- oder Deckelteils im Wesentlichen rechteckig ist und sich an zumindest einer Längsseite ein Seitenteil anschließt, das mit dem Boden- oder Deckelteil über eine Falzlinie verbunden ist. Dadurch ist es möglich, die übereinander gestapelten Fußbodenbodenbelagplatten oder Fußbodenpaneele zumindest dreiseitig oder vierseitig zu umhüllen und eine sehr gute Schutzfunktion durch die Trittschallmatte bereitzustellen.
  • Um das Dekor der Fußbodenpaneele erkennen zu können, sind im Boden- oder Deckelteil insbesondere rechteckige, ovale, langlochförmige oder runde Durchbrüche ausgeführt, um einem Käufer einen Blick auf das vorhandene Dekor bzw. auf die vorhandene Oberfläche der Fußbodenbelagplatten zu ermöglichen.
  • Vorteilhafterweise ist die Verpackung aus einer Holzfasermatte, einem Schaummaterial, einem Kunststoff oder einem Gummiwerkstoff ausgebildet, um optimale Trittschalldämmungen oder -dämpfungen erzielen zu können. Gleichzeitig dienen solche Werkstoffe als guter Schutz gegen Transportschäden.
  • Die Verpackung weist im ausgebreiteten Zustand eine Fläche auf, die der Fläche der verpackten Fußbodenbelagplatten zumindest entspricht um so sicherzustellen, dass ausreichendes Trittschalldämmaterial für die verlegte Fußbodenfläche vorhanden ist. Zur Gewährleistung eines guten Transportschutzes umgibt die Verpackung die Fußbodenbelagplatten zumindest dreiseitig, bevorzugt fünfseitig, wobei die Oberseite der Fußbodenbelagplatten frei bleiben kann, um das Dekor darzustellen. Ebenfalls ist es möglich, die Fußbodenbelagplatten allseitig zu umschließen, um einen optimalen Schutz während des Transportes bereitzustellen. Die Verpackung kann bedruckt oder mit einer Banderole umwickelt sein, auf der Produktinformationen oder eine Verlegeanleitung aufgedruckt sind.
  • Zum Schutz gegen Feuchtigkeit kann die Verpackung mit einer Kunststofffolie, insbesondere einer Schrumpffolie ummantelt sein.
  • In der Verpackung können Falzlinien vorgesehen sein, um eine Faltung der Verpackung auf die Größe der Fußbodenbelagplatten oder eine Umfaltung um die übereinander gestapelten Fußbodenbelagplatten herum zu erleichtern.
  • Die Verpackung kann entlang der Falzlinien aufeinander gefaltet und mehrlagig, zumindest an der Oberseite oder Unterseite der Fußbodenbelagplatten angeordnet sein, um so eine ausreichende Fläche für die Trittschalldämmung oder Trittschalldämpfung bereitzustellen. Wird ein Bodenteil verwendet und sind sechs Fußbodenbelagplatten in einer Verpackung vorgesehen, sind neben dem Bodenteil fünf weitere Abschnitte vorgesehen, die im wesentlichen der Kontur der Fußbodenbelagplatten entsprechen, so dass für jede Fußbodenbelagplatte eine Trittschalldämmmatte vorhanden ist. In der Verpackung können auch Sollrisslinien, insbesondere Perforationen eingebracht sein, um ein Trennen der Verpackungsabschnitte bzw. überflüssiger Verpackungsteile zu erleichtern. Diese Sollrisslinien können den Falzlinien entsprechen.
  • An zumindest einem Seitenteil eines Deckel- oder Bodenteils schließen sich weitere Verpackungsabschnitte an, die im wesentlichen die Kontur des Boden- oder Deckelteils aufweisen und über Falzlinien miteinander verbunden sind, so dass eine im wesentlichen geschlossene Oberfläche, die der Fläche der zu verlegenden Fußbodenbelagplatten entspricht, durch die entfaltete Verpackung ausgebildet wird.
  • Zwischen den Verpackungsabschnitten können weitere Seitenteile angeordnet sein, die über Falzlinien mit den Verpackungsabschnitten verbunden sind, um so eine Umwicklung der übereinander gestapelten Fußbodenbelagplatten zu ermöglichen.
  • Nachfolgend werden Ausführungsbeispiele anhand der Figuren näher erläutert. Gleiche Bezugszeichen bezeichnen gleiche Komponenten oder Elemente. Es zeigen:

  • In der Figur 1 ist ein Zuschnitt oder eine Abwicklung einer Verpackung, insbesondere Transportverpackung aus einem trittschalldämpfenden und/oder trittschalldämmenden Material gezeigt, mit einem Deckelteil 1, an dessen Langseiten Seitenteile 2, 3 angrenzen, die über Falzlinien 12, 13 mit dem Deckelteil 1 verbunden sind. In dem Deckelteil 1 sind langlochförmige Ausnehmungen 8 ausgebildet, um die Oberseite einer nicht dargestellten Fußbodenbelagplatte zumindest bereichsweise sichtbar werden zu lassen. An den Stirnseiten des Deckelteiles 1 sind Stimseitenteile 9 aus ebenfalls trittschalldämpfendem oder -dämmendem Material angeformt und über entsprechende Falzlinien umschlagbar befestigt. Diese Stirnseitenteile 9 dienen zum Schutz der Stirnseiten der Fußbodenbelagplatten.
  • Das Deckelteil 1 weist eine Kontur 10 auf, die im wesentlichen der Kontur der nicht dargestellten Fußbodenbelagplatten, beispielsweise Fußbodenpaneele aus einem Holzwerkstoff oder Parkettpaneele, besteht. An ein Seitenteil 3 schließen sich mehrere, weitere Verpackungsabschnitte 4, 5, 6, 7 an, die über Falzlinien 34, 45, 56, 67 miteinander verbunden sind, so dass eine im wesentlichen geschlossene Oberfläche aus einem trittschalldämmenden oder -dämpfenden Material nach einem Entfalten der Verpackung vorliegt. Vorteilhafterweise sind die weiteren Verpackungsabschnitte 4, 5, 6, 7 zieharmonikaartig aufeinander gefaltet und an der Unterseite der Verpackung bzw. des Fußbodenbelagstapels angeordnet. Die Anzahl der weiteren Verpackungsabschnitte 4, 5, 6, 7 richtet sich nach der Anzahl der verpackten Fußbodenbelagplatten und ist so bemessen, dass diese der Anzahl der verpackten Fußbodenbelagsplatten entspricht. So kann sichergestellt werden, dass ausreichend Trittschalldämmaterial zur Verfügung steht, um den verlegten Fußboden mit einer Trittschalldämmung zu versehen. Die Falzlinien 34, 45, 56, 67 können auch als Sollrisslinien ausgebildet sein, um bei Bedarf einen erleichterten Zuschnitt der Trittschallunterlage an die Gegebenheiten des Raumes, in dem der Fußboden verlegt werden soll, zu ermöglichen. Die weiteren Verpackungsabschnitte 4, 5, 6, 7 weisen jeweils die Kontur der verpackten Fußbodenbelagplatten auf. Sind unterschiedliche Längen oder Abmessungen der Fußbodenbelagplatten in einer Verpackung angeordnet, können Sollrisslinien so ausgebildet sein, das den Abmessungen entsprochen wird, so dass für jede Plattengröße ein Dämmaterialabschnitt abtrennbar ist. Die Kontur 10 des Deckel- oder Bodenteile 1 richtet sich dann nach der Kontur des zu verpackenden Fußbodenplattenstapels.
  • In dem verpackten Zustand sind die aufeinander gestapelten Fußbodenbelagplatten allseitig umschlossen, an der Oberseite von dem Deckelteil 1, an den Längsseiten durch die Seitenteile 2, 3, an den Stirnseiten durch die Stimseitenteile 9 und an der Unterseite durch die aufeinandergefalteten weiteren Verpackungsabschnitte 4, 5, 6, 7. Um Schutz gegen Feuchtigkeit bereitzustellen, kann die Verpackung durch eine Kunststofffolie ummantelt sein, so dass einzelne Fußbodenbelagsplattenstapel leicht gegriffen und transportiert werden können. Ebenfalls kann die Verpackung durch ein oder mehrere Banderolen oder Bänder zusammen gehalten werden. Die Verpackung kann mit einem Aufdruck versehen sein, beispielsweise mit Produktinformationen oder einer Verlegeanleitung.
  • In der Figur 2 ist eine Abwicklung bzw. ein Zuschnitt einer alternativen Verpackung gezeigt, wobei gleiche Bezugszeichen gleiche Elemente bezeichnen. Abweichend von der Ausgestaltungsform gemäß der Figur 1 ist an das Seitenteil 3 anschließend ein weiteres Seitenteil 30 über eine Falzlinie 33 mit dem Deckelteil 1 verbunden. An dieses weitere Seitenteil 30 schließt sich über eine weitere Falzlinie 34 ein weiterer Verpackungsabschnitt 4 an, der über ein Seitenteil 40 wiederum mit einem weiteren Verpackungsabschnitt 5 verbunden ist. Zwischen den jeweiligen weiteren Verpackungsabschnitten 4, 5, 6, 7 sind so weitere Seitenteile 40, 50, 60 angeordnet, die über Falzlinien 44, 45, 55, 56, 66, 67 mit den weiteren Verpackungsabschnitten verbunden sind. Durch diese Seitenteile 30, 40, 50, 60 ist es möglich, einen Stapel mit Fußbodenbelagsplatten zu umwickeln, wobei die Seitenteile 30, 40, 50, 60 so bemessen sind, dass sie die Zunahme der Verpackungsgröße durch die weitere Lage des Verpackungsmaterials berücksichtigen. Die Breite der Seitenteile 30, 40, 50, 60 und der weiteren Verpackungsabschnitte 5, 6, 7 nimmt somit jeweils um die Dicke des Verpackungsmaterials bzw. der Trittschalldämmung zu. Somit ist es möglich, den Fußbodenbelagsplattenstapel zu umwickeln, wobei Ausnehmungen 8 nicht nur in dem Deckel- oder Bodenteil 1, sondern auch in dem jeweils darauf aufliegenden, weiteren Verpackungsabschnitt 5, 7 ausgebildet sein kann. Auch hier ist es vorgesehen, dass die Fatztinien 12, 13, 33, 34, 44, 45, 55, 56, 66, 67 auch als Sollrisslinien ausgebildet sein können, um eine leichte Anpassung an den zu verlegenden Grundriss zu ermöglichen. Die Stirnseitenteile 9 können ebenfalls über Sollrisslinien abgerissen und entfernt werden und schützen im verpackten Zustand die Stirnseiten der Fußbodenbelagsplatten. Die Sallrisslinien könne auch sich kreuzend ausgebildet sein, so dass Rechtecke oder Quadrate entstehen, die ab- oder ausgerissen werden können.
  • In der Figur 3 ist ein Zuschnitt einer Verpackung für eine sechsseitige Umhüllung eines Fußbodenbelagstapels gezeigt, bei dem sich an ein an ein Bodenteil 1 angrenzendes Seitenteil 2 ein Deckelteil 1' anschließt, das im verpackten Zustand entweder auf einem der weiteren Verpackungsabschnitte 4, 5, 6, 7 oder den Fußbodenbelagplatten zu liegen kommt. In dem Deckelteil 1' kann eine Ausnehmung 8 ausgeschnitten oder ein Aufdruck oder Aufkleber vorgesehen sein. Zusammen mit den Stirnseitenteilen 9 kann eine vollständige Umhüllung erreicht werden.
  • Die Verpackungen gemäß den Figuren 1, 2 und 3 können aus Holzfasermatten aus großformatigen Platten hergestellt werden, welchen mittels Stanzwerkzeugen ein Muster eingeprägt wird. Dieses Muster kann ein Faltschema der Verpackung enthalten, wobei die großformatigen, gestanzten Platten in einem Kartonfalter zusammengelegt werden. Die Fußbodenbelagplatten werden anschließend in die Verpackung eingelegt und ggf. mit der Kunststofffolie umwickelt. Sofern die Verpackung aus einem Gummimaterial besteht, wird diese als Rollenware angeliefert und ebenfalls über Stanzautomaten mit Falzlinien zum einfachen Falten versehen.
  • Die Verpackung wird gemäß den Ausführungsbeispielen entweder mehrmals um die Fußbodenbelagplatten bzw. -paneele gewickelt, damit die Trittschalldämmung dieselbe Fläche abdeckt wie die verpackten Fußbodenbelagplatten oder -paneele, alternativ wird sie unterseitig oder oberseitig auf die Fußbodenbelagplatten gefaltet. Auch kann eine mehrfache Faltung der weiteren Verpackungsabschnitte 4, 5, 6, 7 unterhalb des Bodenteiles 1 erfolgen, während das Deckelteil 1' einlagig auf den Fußbodenbelagplattenstapel gefaltet wird. Anschließend wird das Paket in einer Schrumpffolie verpackt.

Claims (15)

  1. Verpackung zur Aufnahme von Fußbodenbelagplatten, insbesondere Fußbodenpaneele mit einer Laminatoberfläche oder Parkettplatten, mit einem Bodenteil oder einem Deckelteil (1) mit einer Kontur (10), die der Kontur der Fußbodenbelagplatten im Wesentlichen entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackung aus einem trittschalldämpfenden und/oder -dämmenden Material besteht.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontur (10) des Boden- oder Deckelteiles (1) im Wesentlichen rechteckig ist und sich an zumindest einer Längsseite (12, 13) ein Seitenteil (2, 3) anschließt, das mit dem Boden- oder Deckelteil (1) über eine Falzlinie (21, 31) verbunden ist.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Boden- oder Deckelteil (1) insbesondere rechteckige, ovale, langlochförmige oder runde Durchbrüche (4) ausgeführt sind.
  4. Verpackung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackung aus einer Holzfasermatte, einem Schaummaterial, einem Kunststoff oder einem Gummiwerkstoff besteht.
  5. Verpackung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackung im ausgebreiteten Zustand eine Fläche aufweist, die der Fläche der verpackten Fußbodenbelagplatten zumindest entspricht.
  6. Verpackung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackung die Fußbodenbelagplatten zumindest dreiseitig, bevorzugt zumindest fünfseitig umgibt.
  7. Verpackung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie bedruckt ist.
  8. Verpackung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einem Banderole umwickelt ist, auf der Produktinformationen oder eine Verlegeanleitung aufgedruckt sind.
  9. Verpackung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einer Kunststofffolie, insbesondere einer Schrumpffolie ummantelt ist.
  10. Verpackung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Falzlinien (12, 13, 34, 44, 45, 55, 56, 66, 67) vorgesehen sind.
  11. Verpackung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fußbodenbelagplatten von der Verpackung umwickelt sind.
  12. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackung aufeinander gefaltet und mehrlagig zumindest an der Unterseite oder Oberseite der Fußbodenbelagplatten angeordnet ist.
  13. Verpackung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Verpackung Sollrisslinien, insbesondere Perforationen, eingebracht sind, die von Hand oder mittels handelsüblicher Schneidwerkzeuge trennbar sind.
  14. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an zumindest ein Seitenteil (2, 3) weitere Verpackungsabschnitte (4, 5, 6, 7) anschließen, die im Wesentlichen die Kontur des Boden- oder Deckelteiles (1) aufweisen und über Falzlinien (34, 45, 56, 67) miteinander verbunden sind.
  15. Verpackung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den weiteren Verpackungsabschnitten (4, 5, 6, 7) Seitenteile (30, 40, 50, 60) angeordnet sind, die über Falzlinien (33, 34, 44, 45, 55, 56, 66, 67) mit den Verpackungsabschnitten (4, 5, 6, 7) verbunden sind.
