Abstract

Es wird eine Bearbeitungsanlage angegeben, welche insbesondere für mittelbis hochviskose fluide Medien, beispielsweise zur Herstellung von pharmazeutischen und kosmetischen Erzeugnissen bestimmt ist. Eine solche Bearbeitungsanlage kann einen Behälter umfassen, in welchem ein Rührwerk, Einbauten, Wärmeaustauschelemente, Stromstörer oder dergleichen angeordnet sind, welche in Mediumsberührung kommen. Zur Reduzierung von Mediumsverlusten und zur effektiven Reinigung einer solchen Bearbeitungsanlage sind wenigstens die mit den fluiden Medien in Berührung kommenden Bereiche oder Aggregate mit einer mediumsabweisenden Beschichtung versehen. Insbesondere ist es zweckmäßig, wenn wenigstens das Rührwerk mit seinen in den Behälter ragenden Teilen eine derartige mediumsabweisende Beschichtung hat.
