Definitions

  • the invention relates to a Roman blind, which has a curtain web, a winding shaft for a number of aufwickelbaren on this drawstrings and a mounting profile. Furthermore, the invention relates to a new winding shaft for a Roman blind.
  • Roman blinds also known as Roman blinds
  • a curtain track which is fixed with its upper peripheral edge releasably attached to a mounting rail, for example via a Velcro connection.
  • the curtain track shows a substantially smooth vertical surface at full subsidence.
  • the curtain web When raised, the curtain web is folded up and arranged in the area of the winding shaft.
  • the raising or lowering of the curtain web is carried out by means of an operating cord or actuating chain which drives the winding shaft.
  • the winding shaft is rotatably mounted end in bearing elements. These bearing elements are in turn connected to the mounting profile. It is also known to guide the drawstrings through loops or deflector rings along the curtain track. The drawstrings are arranged on the back of the Roman shade and thus not visible from the front.
  • German utility model 20 2004 014 172 Where a connecting element is used for several tentering cords, which is also received longitudinally displaceable in a longitudinal groove of the winding shaft. Also in this Aufwickeltechnik the connecting element for the pull cords simple clipping connected to the winding shaft. In this case, a prior positioning of the connecting element is not necessary. The connecting element moves automatically within the groove in the position that ensures a uniform winding. A hindrance of the winding process by the protruding from the groove upper part of the support member does not occur because the pull cords are wound adjacent to the support member. This would probably be expected if ever a support member is used for a pull cord.
  • a cylindrical rotatable winding shaft which has no webs or grooves, but has a smooth surface over the entire surface.
  • several winding drums are pushed and rotatably connected to the winding shaft. These winding drums are used to determine the pull cords on the winding shaft.
  • the pull cords themselves are connected at their upper end with a holding element which can be fixed via a latching connection to the winding drum.
  • the winding drums must therefore be positioned on the winding shaft accordingly above the pull cords, so that a uniform winding of the Roman shade takes place.
  • the length of all pull cords must be the same size after fixing on the holding element in order to achieve a uniform shirring. It is therefore to be assumed that usually a readjustment when hanging the curtain is necessary.
  • the document US 5,855,235 A shows a curtain construction with a specially designed winding shaft.
  • additional elements are not mounted on the winding shaft, such as winding drums to gather the curtain as desired can, but the cross section of the winding shaft is chosen so that on the one hand extensions or projecting from the peripheral surface of the winding shaft wings form a uniform Shirring the curtain possible.
  • the curtain shown is but around a curtain with two parallel panels. These tracks are equipped with several connecting cross blades.
  • the upper end of the curtain is clamped to the winding shaft, unlike Roman blinds, which are fixed to a mounting profile and only the provided on the curtain rail drawstrings are wound by means of the winding shaft to gather the curtain web.
