Definitions

  • the invention relates to an external blind according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • An external venetian blind of the generic type has a curtain which can be pulled up and drained off the building opening and which usually has perforated curtain strips which are penetrated by a number of elevator tapes, which in turn engage with a lower curtain strip in order to be able to raise or lower the curtain. Further, for the blinds of the draped Behanglamellen between an exposure position and a shading position on the longitudinal sides of the slats attacking turning tapes are provided. This poses the problem that the lamella stack forming when the curtain is raised or lowered can easily tip over, for example because of a gust of wind or because the curtain lamellae do not come to rest exactly on one another.
  • the adjoining Behanglamellen come to lie in shading directly to each other, because the elevator belts are completely guided behind the closed lamellar front by the lamellar profiles, so that light gaps between adjacent Behanglamellen can be avoided or at least reduced.
  • the problem of instability of the lamella stack is a particular concern for Behangs, because the elevator belts do not attack the center of mass of the lamella stack on the end bar.
  • the US patent application US 2010/0212846 A1 shows a vertical awning with an attached at the bottom of the awning end rod.
  • the end bar has a guide head which is guided in a guide groove of a side guide rail and for this purpose carries two guide rollers spaced from each other in effetsnutides.
  • the German Utility Model DE 20 2009 001 795 U1 is a Venetian blind with Behanglamellen and a lower end fin or end bar to take, where there is shown in the Behangendelf a side plug-in end cap.
  • the end cap has a guide body which has a guide head arranged in the interior of the guide groove and a neck section projecting into the guide groove and carrying the guide head.
  • the neck portion is longitudinally extending in effetsnutcardi.
  • German patent application DE 40 02 571 A1 discloses a Venetian blind with a guide pin on the Behangendance, which has a pointed at the bottom, upstanding rectangular profile through which the bottom rail or end bar is always held in a horizontal position. This makes it possible to stabilize the lamella stack against tipping, since the lower end bar on which the stack builds up, can not tip over.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object to provide a Venetian blind with improvement in mounting and draining the curtain.
  • the guide rails each have a guide groove for the End bar on the one hand and in the direction transverse to the curtain next to another guide for the guided Behanglamellen on the other hand, so that the end bar on the one hand and the guided Behanglamellen on the other hand are each guided in their own guide.
  • the guide groove for the Behanglamellen can be formed for example by a realized as a clip insert plastic profile, the clip insert can be clipped into an associated opening on the guide rail profile.
  • the end bar are guided in at least one of the two guide rails unverschwenkbar or tip over.
  • guided in this guide rail guide body of the end strip according to the invention have a longitudinally of the guide or in incidentsnutcardi longitudinally extended guide head, which is accommodated in the guide and prevents its longitudinal extension pivoting of the end bar.
  • the guided in this guide rail guide body of the end bar also have two recorded in the associated guide groove, in incidentsnutraum widely spaced guide heads, which has the same effect.
  • the guide body of Behanglamellen can be performed with much more play in the other two, their associated guide grooves, which can be made for the task of the Behanglamellen from a correspondingly favorable material such as plastic, and / or with high manufacturing tolerances if separate guide grooves are provided for the guide heads of the Behanglamellen on the one hand and the end bar on the other.
  • the lower end bar can be made lighter than conventional, because the stability giving the stack weight is replaced by the tip-resistant guide the end bar. However, the lower end bar is still advantageous heavier than one of the Behanglamellen.
  • the end strip should be secured by its guide heads in the two associated guide against pivoting, but also against a wind offset in the transverse direction to the curtain, it is advantageous if the recorded in the associated guide grooves guide heads of the two attached to the end bar guide body with relatively small Distance from the side edges of the two guide grooves are arranged.
  • the guide heads are even on the side edges of the associated guide grooves, of course, a small game can be provided.
  • the guide rails each have a building-fixed carrier profile and a detachable fastened thereto réellesnutprofil having the serving for guiding the end bar guide groove.
  • the guide groove profile can then simply be removed from the carrier profile in order to thread the end strip with its guide bodies into the guide grooves of the two guide groove profiles or to remove them therefrom.
  • the offset of the bolt of Behanglamellen (the approach of the guide pin) to the bolt or attachment of the guide body on the end bar advantageously corresponds to the distance between the guide grooves on the two guide rails. In this way, it is ensured that the Behanglamellen put on the end bar congruent when mounting the end bar and at the same time allows the guide body of the Behanglamellen in one, the guide body of the end bar in the other guide groove of the two guide rails engage and an up or To blinds the Behanglamellen on the only to the Behanglamellen and not attacking on the end bar turning tapes remains possible.
  • the two arranged on both sides of the blind guide rails according to the invention each have an advantageous L-shaped cross-sectional shape and stand with a on the inside of the building facing side of the Behanglamellen L-legs in lamella longitudinal direction inside over the transverse sides of the Behanglamellen or the lamellar profiles over. This results in a light trap for the light passing through the side of the curtain, which prevents the collapse of direct sunlight, and only allows a little diffused light to penetrate there.
  • the light-tightness on the two sides of the curtain can thereby by an off-center bolting the Behanglamellen analogous to the utility model DE 296 3 220 U1 can be improved when the guide body or guide pins on the projecting L-limbs of the guide rail facing side of Behanglamelle. Because the closed curtain is then close to the protruding L-leg, so that the width of the gap, can penetrate through the light is minimized. By off-center bolting and the light-tightness between the closed Behanglamellen is improved, the parent measures the function of such a blinds make it possible in the first place.
  • Off-center bolting the Behanglamellen means that the Behanglamellen each have a spaced between two parallel longitudinal sides with a predetermined contour extending slat profile, on the narrow sides of the two guide body are fastened with bolt portions whose axis of rotation to the one longitudinal side of the respective Behanglamelle has a smaller distance as the other longitudinal side, preferably less than half the distance to the other longitudinal side, for example, less than one-fifth as large or even less than a seventh, and particularly preferably adjacent to the adjacent longitudinal side is arranged, and wherein the guide body on the the L-leg of the guide rails facing side of the Behanglamellen be.
  • the Behanglamellen have perforations through which the elevator belts are passed, especially if the elevator belts are designed as wind-stable steel cables or the like.
  • the perforations are located on the axis of rotation of the guide body of the Behanglamellen.
  • the lamellar profiles are advantageously penetrated in each case by a number of perforations serving as a passage for the number of elevator belts, wherein the number of elevator belts passes through the Behanglamellen at their perforations and wherein the perforations each Behanglamelle on an imaginary, extending in the longitudinal direction lamella through the bolt portions of the two guide body Line are arranged.
  • the elevator belts then no longer have to be passed between the Behanglamellen with closed curtain, which means that the Behanglamellen no longer pinch the elevator belts and thereby wear over time and what is particularly advantageous means that the Behanglamellen lie directly behind each other when the curtain is closed can, so that there is an additional improved shading.
  • the lamellar profiles each have at least one edge beading on one of its longitudinal sides.
  • the turning tapes are attached, such as over the edge beading shot turning tape holder or attached to the edge flanging or injected Klipps institute where the associated turning tape can be clipped with attached to the turning tape Jacobklipps instituten.
  • a particularly pleasing appearance of the curtain in the shading position results when the lamellar profiles of the Behanglamellen two under a preferably obtuse angle over a trough adjoining profile legs and the provided on the lower longitudinal edge edge beading comes to rest in the shading position or closed position of the curtain in the trough or recess of the next lower Behanglamelle, the perforations, if present, then on shorter, preferably arranged on the inside of the building facing side of the fin profile profile legs are formed.
  • the trough can then compensate for the supernatant of the lower edge flange relative to the longer profile leg located in the shade position Behang, so that forms the visual appearance of a closed front from the outside, without the lamellae would survive at their edge flanges on this front.
  • the long or longer profile limb of the lamellar profiles extending between the trough and the lower edge flanging in the shade position is advantageously straight, the trough or the troughs of the individual curtain lamellae having a depth starting from the plane defined by the straight long profile limb corresponds to the supernatant in the shading position lower edge flange over this level, so that in the shading position, the long profile legs of the Behanglamellen form a vertical plane.
  • the longer profile leg can also be slightly curved for manufacturing reasons, but still be almost straight. Slightly curved means that the radius of curvature with respect to the slat width is large, for example 500 mm.
  • FIG. 1 shows a Venetian blind consisting of Behanglamellen 1 and a lower end bar 4 and is guided to its two sides in each case in a guide rail 6, wherein the FIG. 1 only one of these two guide rails 6 can be seen.
  • FIG. 2 shows in an enlarged scale, while lift belts 3 are connected to the lower end bar 4, via which the end bar 4 can be raised and lowered, which thereby entrains the Behanglamellen 1, as well as from the FIG. 7 emerges showing the curtain in partially worn position, with 5 Behanglamellen 1 rest on the end bar, and the upper two Behanglamellen 1 are in shading position.
  • turning tapes 2 are attached to the side edges of the Behanglamellen 1 to the Behanglamellen 1 between the in FIG. 1 shown exposure position of the blind and the in FIG. 7 to pivot shown shading position. It goes out in particular from FIG. 2 shows that the turning tapes 2 are not attached to the lower end bar 4, but only on the Behanglamellen. 1
  • the lower end bar 4 does not jalous, but should also remain in its horizontal position when closing the curtain.
  • the lower end strip on each of its two narrow sides in each case a particularly clear the FIG. 4 to be taken leadership body 7.
  • the Guide body 7 in this case has an L-shaped base body, whose one leg is inserted with a rectangular cross-section in a corresponding rectangular chamber of the end bar 4 and the other leg extends in incidentsnutides, ie in the example shown in the vertical direction and two guide rollers 17 formed as rollers , The two guide heads 17 are spaced apart in effetsnutoplasty in this way.
  • the two guide heads 17 are guided with relatively little play in one of the lower end bar 4 associated guide groove 15 of the side guide rail 6 and can roll due to their rotatable mounting on the main body of the guide body 7 at the two edges of the guide groove 15.
  • an undesirable displacement of the end bar 4 in the transverse direction to the curtain such as wind loads or the like, and also an undesirable pivoting of the end bar 4 effectively prevented.
  • the elevator belts 3 do not attack on the weighted center line of the lower end bar 4 and the entire contracted laminated core on the lower end bar 4, but added to the inside of the building. Nevertheless, due to the pivot-proof guidance of the end strip 4 in the guide rail 6, a tilting of the lamella stack during winding (lifting) / discharging is effectively prevented.
  • FIG. 3 can also be seen, while attached to the end bar 4 guide body 7 and attached to the Behanglamellen 1 guide body 8 are guided in separate guide grooves 15, 16, wherein the guide bodies 8 of the Behanglamellen 1 associated guide 16 laterally on the inside of the building side facing the arranged on the end bar 4 guide body 7 associated guide groove 15 is arranged.
  • the guide rail 6 is thereby screwed by a cross-sectionally approximately L-shaped support body 18 and a thereto, the Endologicaln Adjusts stressesn associated guide groove 15 forming avoirsnutprofil 20 formed.
  • the guide groove profile 20 can be removed for threading the roller-shaped guide heads 17 in the guide groove 15.
  • the guide rail 6 further has a curtain facing the opening, in which a guide groove 16 for the Behanglamellen Units stresses 8 forming Kunststoffinlet 9 is clipped.
  • FIG. 3 In the FIG. 3 are the turning and elevator belts omitted. However, it can be seen a perforation or passage opening 11 for one of the elevator belts 3, which is located near the inner longitudinal edge of Behanglamelle 1 on the pivot axis of the attached to the Behanglamelle 1 guide body 8. At the longitudinal edges of the Behanglamellen 1, like the FIGS. 5 and 6 show, are carried out as edge flanges 9, while Klipps institute 13 are injected into the Randbördelept 9, in which Gegenklipps institute 12 are clipped, which in turn are attached to the turning belts 2.
  • FIGS. 5 and 6 show the Behanglamellen 1 of the curtain in the shading position on the one hand and in exposure position on the other.
  • the Behanglamellen each have a lamellar profile 5 with a short leg 5b and a long or opposite the short leg longer leg 5a, which are at an obtuse angle to each other and enclose a depression or trough 10 from both sides.
  • the recess 10 opens in the exposure position ( Fig. 6 ) upward, whereas the lamellar profile 5 is concave downwards in the exposure position.
  • the short leg 5b is located on the inside of the building facing side of the curtain and on the one hand the perforations 11 and on the other hand, the guide body 8, in a directly adjacent to the local edge flange 9 area.
  • lower edge flange 9 of the next upper Behanglamelle 1 also prevents the passage of direct light and creates a privacy especially against obliquely coming below views when the Behanglamellen 1 not completely close, so even in the shading position, a small gap between each Behanglamellen remains. Because the lower edge flange 9 of the next upper curtain blade 1, seen from obliquely below the visible edge at the transition from the long profile limb to the depression, stands in the way of a glimpse of light or view from diagonally below in the path.
  • the curtain can be suspended by means of conventional reversing gear 30 to the winding shaft 29.
  • the reversing gear 30 are inserted into a cross-sectionally approximately U-shaped head strip 31 and each have a reel 35 to which the respective elevator belt 3 is wound up and unwound, and with which the respective reversing gear 29 to the executed here with square cross-section Winding shaft 29 is pushed.
  • an adapter 32 is clipped, which carries a deflection in the form of two guide rollers 33 in order to direct the elevator belt 3 in the plane of the holes 11.
  • FIGS. 11 and 12 removes the adapter 32 also carries two pulleys 34 in order to direct the turning belt 2 located on the side facing the building interior in the desired vertical plane.
  • the two turning tapes 2 of the reversing gear 30 shown are each connected via a reversible cord 2a, 2b on a turning body 36, the co-rotating via a slip clutch with the reel 35 detachable or decoupled from it to the Behanglamellen 1 after reaching the deflated position of the curtain to pivot.
  • FIGS. 8 and 9 show, additional relatively thick but wind-stable steel cables are stretched as a windbreak, since the necessary passages are in gezzisenem curtain behind the closed lamellar front and therefore no light pass.
