Description

Sitzvorrichtung
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sitzvorrichtung insbesondere für physisch beeinträchtigte Personen.
Als Kniehocker ausgebildete Sitzvorrichtungen mit einem Gestell, einem daran angebrachten Sitzelement und einem gegenüber dem Sitzelement schräg nach unten versetzten Stützelement ermöglichen über die Kniestütze eine zusätzliche Abstützung der sitzenden Person, so dass mit angewinkelten Knien eine stabile Sitzposition erreicht wird. Damit soll beispielsweise für Orchestermusiker ohne Beeinträchtigung durch eine Rückenlehne eine anatomisch günstige Haltung über längere Zeit einnehmbar sein. Das Sitz- und Stützelement sind üblicherweise durch eine mittige Tragkonstruktion gehalten, welche beim Hinsetzen und Aufstehen mit einem Bein überstiegen werden muss.
Ausgehend hiervon liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, die im Stand der Technik aufgetretenen Nachteile zu vermeiden und eine konstruktiv einfache, sichere und bequeme Kniesitzvorrichtung insbesondere auch für Benutzer mit beeinträchtigter Körperkontrolle zu schaffen.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird die im Patentanspruch 1 angegebene Merkmalskombination vorgeschlagen. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Ansprüchen.
Dementsprechend wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass das Gestell ein bezüglich der sitzenden Person an einer Seite angeordnetes Seitenteil aufweist, und dass das Sitzelement und das Stützelement über Querausleger an dem Seitenteil gehalten sind, so dass der Zugangsbereich für die Person gegenüber dem Seitenteil, insbesondere auch der Zwischenbereich zwischen Sitz- und Stützelement bis zum Boden völlig frei von Gestellteilen bleibt. Durch die von oben gesehen U-förmige Anordnung kann die Sitzposition ohne Überwindung von Hindernissen eingenommen und verlassen wer- den. Dadurch wird eine bessere Ergonomie speziell auch für physisch behinderte Personen erreicht, die eine Benutzung weitgehend ohne fremde Hilfe erlaubt. In der Kniesitzposition ist die Person dann sicher abgestützt und ausbalanciert, so dass Verrichtungen wie beispielsweise Körperpflege an einem Waschbecken selbständig vorgenommen werden können.
Eine baulich vorteilhafte Ausführung sieht vor, dass die Querausleger an einer gemeinsamen Verbindungsstrebe des Seitenteils angebracht sind.
Um eine einfache Anpassung an lokale Aufstellgegebenheiten zu ermögli- chen, ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die Querausleger wahlweise rechts oder links abstehend an dem Seitenteil fixierbar sind. Damit ist es möglich, unabhängig von der gewünschten Sitzrichtung das Seitenteil beispielsweise im Bereich einer Wand anzuordnen, um so den seitlichen Zugangsbereich frei zu halten.
Vorteilhafterweise sind das Sitzelement und/oder das Stützelement über Hö- henverstellmittel an dem Gestell höhenverstellbar angeordnet. Dies lässt sich dadurch erreichen, dass das Sitzelement und/oder das Stützelement über nach oben abstehende Teleskoprohre an ihrem Querausleger abgestützt sind. Eine weitere ergonomische Anpassmöglichkeit ergibt sich da- durch, dass das Sitzelement und/oder das Stützelement um eine Horizontalachse verschwenkbar sind. Für eine noch vielseitigere Körperanpassung ist es günstig, wenn das Sitzelement und das Stützelement über Abstandsver- stellmittel in ihrem gegenseitigen Abstand verstellbar sind. Eine vorteilhafte Ausführung sieht vor, dass die Abstandsverstellmittel Rast- oder Klemmor- gane oder ein Lochraster zur lageveränderlichen Fixierung mindestens eines der Querausleger an dem Seitengestell umfassen. Um die Handhabung zu erleichtern, ist es von Vorteil, wenn das Sitzteil und/oder das Stützteil über Schnellspannmittel vorzugsweise werkzeuglos in einer gewünschten Lage festlegbar sind.
Weitere Verbesserungen lassen sich dadurch erreichen, dass das Sitzele- ment eine gegenüber einer Horizontalebene zu dem Stützelement hin schräg aufgestellte Sitzfläche und gegebenenfalls eine anatomisch geformte Sitzschale aufweist. Ebenso ist es anatomisch vorteilhaft, wenn das Stützteil eine gegen die vordere Schienbeinseite der Person anliegende, vorzugsweise mit zwei Kniemulden versehene Stützfläche aufweist.
Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung sieht vor, dass das Sitzelement und/oder das Stützelement durch zylindrische, insbesondere flach zylindrische Polster gebildet sind.
Eine stabile Mehrpunktlagerung kann dadurch erreicht werden, dass das Gestell über Fußstücke an dem Seitenteil und an den Querauslegern punkt- förmig am Boden abgestützt ist. Konstruktiv einfach ist es auch, wenn das Seitenteil über bodenseitige Fußstreben linienförmig am Boden abgestützt ist.
Vorteilhafterweise umfasst das Seitenteil einen in einer Vertikalebene sich erstreckenden Tragrahmen. Eine baulich einfache Variante sieht vor, dass das Seitenteil durch eine Z-förmige Strebenstruktur gebildet ist, wobei die Querausleger an der schräg stehenden Mittelstrebe angebracht sind.
Um die Benutzung weiter zu erleichtern, ist es von Vorteil, wenn das Seitenteil einen sich über die Höhe des Sitzelements hinaus nach oben erhebenden Griffbügel für die Person aufweist.
Eine zusätzliche Sicherung in der Sitzhaltung ist dadurch erreichbar, dass an dem Seitengestell eine Bruststütze zur Brustabstützung der Person angeordnet ist. Um die Aufbewahrung und den Transport zu vereinfachen, ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die Querausleger oder Teile davon über Gelenke an das Seitenteil anklappbar sind.
Ein weiterer Erfindungsaspekt liegt in einer Sitzvorrichtung insbesondere für physisch beeinträchtigte Personen mit einem Sitzelement und einem gegenüber dem Sitzelement schräg nach unten versetzten Stützelement zur AbStützung der Person in einer knienden Sitzstellung, wobei das Sitzelement und das Stützelement (14) über Querausleger an einer Wandhalterung quer von der Wand abstehend gehalten sind, so dass der Zugangsbereich für die Person auch am Boden frei bleibt.
Besonders bevorzugt ist die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Kniesitzvorrichtung im Bereich einer Waschgelegenheit, insbesondere eines Waschbeckens, um so einem Benutzer auch bei eingeschränkter Körperkontrolle eine weitgehend selbständige Körperpflege zu ermöglichen.
Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand der in der Zeichnung in schemati- scher Weise dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Sitzvorrichtung zur Abstützung einer Person in einer knienden Sitzstellung in einer perspektivischen Ansicht;
Fig. 2 und 3 die Sitzvorrichtung nach Fig. 1 in einer Seitenansicht und einer Frontansicht;

Die in Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellte Sitzvorrichtung ermöglicht insbesondere körperbehinderten Personen die einfache Einnahme einer bequemen knienden Sitzstellung. Sie besteht im Wesentlichen aus einem Gestell 10, einem Sitzelement 12 zur Beckenabstützung und einem gegenüber dem Sitzelement schräg nach unten versetzten Stützelement 14 zur Knieabstützung des Benutzers.
Das Gestell 10 weist ein bezüglich der sitzenden Person an einer Seite außerhalb des Sitzbereichs seitlich stehendes, im Wesentlichen in einer Vertikalebene sich erstreckendes Seitenteil 16 auf. Dieses ist durch einen bogenförmigen Rohrrahmen 18 gebildet, welcher eine Verbindungsstrebe 20 zwischen den Bogenschenkeln besitzt. Hieran sind das Sitz- und Stützelement 12, 14 über jeweils einen quer zu der Rahmen- bzw. Vertikalebene abstehenden Querausleger 22, 24 gehalten, so dass der Zugangs- und Zwischenbereich 26 zwischen Sitz- und Stützelement 12, 14 bis zum Boden frei von Gestellteilen bleibt. Entsprechend den Enden des Rohrrahmens 18 sind auch die nach unten abgewinkelten Querausleger 22, 24 an ihren freien En- den über Fußstücke 28 punktförmig am Boden abgestützt.
Zur Höhenverstellung des Sitzelements 12 und Stützelements 14 ist ein an dem jeweiligen Querausleger 22, 24 nach oben abstehendes Teleskoprohr 30 vorgesehen, während eine Neigungsverstellung um eine Horizontalachse über Gelenke 32 ermöglicht wird. Die Fixierung erfolgt durch Schraubverbindungen 34 gegebenenfalls über werkzeuglos betätigbare Schnellspannmittel. Das Sitzelement 12 wird dabei so eingestellt, dass seine Sitzfläche 36 zu dem Stützelement 14 hin schräg angestellt ist. Das tiefer liegende Stützelement 14 ist mit seiner Stützfläche 38 in Gegenrichtung zu der Sitzfläche 36 geneigt, so dass eine Abstützung in antero-posteriorer Richtung gegen den Schienbein- bzw. Kniebereich der sitzenden Person möglich ist.
Die Querausleger 22, 24 sind über Schraubverbindungen lösbar an der Verbindungsstrebe 20 des Seitenteils 16 angebracht. Auf diese Weise ist es auch möglich, die Anbringung spiegelbildlich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Seitenteils 16 vorzunehmen, so dass durch die Rechts- oder Linksmontage bezüglich der sitzenden Person eine Anpassung an räumliche Gegebenheiten des Aufstellortes leicht möglich ist.
Zur Abstandsverstellung zwischen Sitzelement 12 und Stützelement 14 ist an der Verbindungsstrebe 20 ein Lochraster 40 vorgesehen, welches aus im Abstand voneinander angeordneten Lochpaaren besteht, in denen der Querausleger 22 über jeweils einen Stabilisierungszapfen und einen Schraubzapfen lagesicher festlegbar ist.
Um die Benutzung zu erleichtern, bildet der Rohrrahmen 18 in einem über der Höhe des Sitzelements 12 liegenden Bogenabschnitt einen Griffbügel 42, an dem sich der Benutzer beim Hinsetzen und Aufstehen festhalten bzw. hochziehen kann.
Bei den in Fig. 4 bis 9 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispielen sind gleiche Teile mit gleichen Bezugszeichen wie bereits vorstehend beschrieben versehen.
Ein Unterschied der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 4 bis 6 besteht darin, dass das Seitenteil 16 des Gestells 10 hier durch eine Z-förmige Strebenstruktur 44 gebildet ist, an deren schräg stehender Mittelstrebe 46 die Querausleger 22, 24 über Klemmhülsen 48 lageverstellbar angebracht sind. Die obere Horizontalstrebe bildet dabei den Griffbügel 42, während die untere Horizontalstrebe 50 endseitig über parallel zu den Querauslegern abstehende Fuß- streben 52 kippsicher am Boden abgestützt ist. Das Sitzelement 12 und das Stützelement 14 sind als flachzylindrische Polster 54 ausgestaltet, welche um ihre Zentralachse drehverstellbar sind.
Gegebenenfalls kann an dem Seitengesell auch noch eine nicht gezeigte Bruststütze zur zusätzlichen Brustabstützung der sitzenden Person angeordnet sein.
Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 7 ist das Gestell 10 ebenfalls als Fußgestell auf dem Boden abgestützt, wobei zusätzlich jeweils eine bügeiförmige Stützkonstruktion 56, 58 an den Querauslegern 22, 24 vorgesehen ist. Die Stützbügel 56, 58 weisen ein Lochraster 60 zur Höhenverstellung des Sitz- und Stützelements über eine Steckverbindung 62 auf. Um ein Platz sparendes Zusammenklappen zu ermöglichen, sind an dem Gestell 10 drehbare Gelenkstücke 64 vorgesehen, so dass sich das Sitzelement 12 und das Stützelement 14 zusammen mit den Stützbügeln 56, 58 an das Seitenteil 16 heranschwenken lassen. Das Sitzelement 12 ist an seinem unteren Rand mit einer zentralen Aussparung 66 versehen, um so eine Intimwäsche für eine sitzende Person zu erleichtern.
Die Ausführungsform nach Fig. 8 und 9 unterscheidet sich besonders dadurch, dass anstelle eines Fußgestells ein an einer Wand montierbares Wandgestell 10 bzw. eine Wandhalterung 110 vorgesehen ist, an welcher die Elemente 12, 14 an der Wand abstehend gehalten sind. Auf diese Weise wird der gesamte Fußraum bzw. Bodenbereich freigehalten, so dass auch die Bodenreinigung erleichtert wird. Das Seitenteil wird dabei durch eine Schiene 16 gebildet, die gegebenenfalls auch eine Abstandsverstellung der Querausleger 24 über zusätzliche Befestigungsstellen 68 erlaubt. Die Schiene 16 lässt sich mittels Schrauben 70 an einer Wand fixieren. Grundsätzlich ist es auch denkbar, auf eine Verbindungsschiene zu verzichten und die Hal- terung für Sitzelement 12 und das Stützelement 14 separat zu gestalten. In jedem Fall sollte auch damit eine ausbalancierte gekniete Sitzstellung unterstützt werden.
Die beschriebenen Kniesitzvorrichtungen lassen sich besonders vorteilhaft im Bereich einer Waschgelegenheit aufstellen, um einer physisch behinderten Person die Körperwäsche weitgehend ohne fremde Hilfe zu ermöglichen. Dabei kann der Zugang in den Sitzbereich 26 von der dem Seitenteil 16 des Gestells 10 gegenüberliegenden Seite her zwischen die Querausleger 22, 24 hinein erfolgen, ohne dass Hindernisse überwunden werden müssten.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Sitzvorrichtung insbesondere für physisch beeinträchtigte Personen mit einem Gestell (10), einem daran angebrachten Sitzelement (12) und einem gegenüber dem Sitzelement (12) schräg nach unten versetzten Stützelement (14) zur Abstützung der Person in einer knienden Sitzstellung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestell (10) ein bezüglich der sitzenden Person seitlich angeordnetes Seitenteil (16) aufweist, und dass das Sitzelement (12) und das Stützelement (14) über Quer- ausleger (22, 24) an dem Seitenteil (16) gehalten sind, so dass der Zugangsbereich (26) für die Person frei von Gestellteilen bleibt.
2. Sitzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querausleger (22, 24) an einer gemeinsamen Verbindungsstrebe (20, 46) des Seitenteils (16) angebracht sind.
3. Sitzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querausleger (22, 24) wahlweise rechts oder links abstehend an dem Seitenteil (16) fixierbar sind.
4. Sitzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sitzelement (12) und/oder das Stützelement (14) über Höhenverstellmittel (30) an dem Gestell (10) höhenverstellbar angeordnet sind.
5. Sitzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sitzelement (12) und/oder das Stützelement (14) über nach oben abstehende Teleskoprohre (30) an ihrem Querausleger (22, 24) abgestützt sind.
6. Sitzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sitzelement (12) und/oder das Stützelement (14) um eine Horizontalachse verschwenkbar sind.
7. Sitzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sitzelement (12) und das Stützelement (14) über Abstandsverstellmittel (40, 48) in ihrem gegenseitigen Abstand verstellbar sind.
8. Sitzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstandsverstellmittel Rast- oder Klemmorgane o- der ein Lochraster (40, 48) zur lageveränderlichen Fixierung mindestens eines der Querausleger (22, 24) an dem Seitenteil (16) umfassen.
9. Sitzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sitzelement (12) und/oder das Stützelement (14) über Schnellspannmittel (34) vorzugsweise werkzeuglos in einer gewünschten Lage festlegbar sind.
10. Sitzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sitzelement (12) eine gegenüber einer Horizontalebene zu dem Stützelement (14) hin schräg aufgestellte Sitzfläche (36) aufweist.
11. Sitzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sitzelement (12) eine anatomisch geformte Sitzschale aufweist.
12. Sitzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass das Stützelement (14) eine gegen die vordere Schienbeinseite der Person anliegende, vorzugsweise mit zwei Kniemulden versehene Stützfläche (38) aufweist.
13. Sitzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sitzelement (12) und/oder das Stützelement (14) durch zylindrische, insbesondere flachzylindrische Polster (54) gebildet sind.
14. Sitzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestell (10) über Fußstücke (28) an dem Seitenteil (16) und/oder an den Querauslegern (22, 24) angeordnete Fußstücke (28) insbesondere punktförmig am Boden abgestützt ist.
15. Sitzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Seitenteil (16) über bodenseitige Fußstreben (52) linienförmig am Boden abgestützt ist.
16. Sitzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Seitenteil (16) einen in einer Vertikalebene sich erstreckenden Tragrahmen (18) umfasst.
17. Sitzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Seitenteil (16) durch eine Z-förmige Strebenstruktur (44) gebildet ist, wobei die Querausleger (22, 24) an der schräg stehenden Mittelstrebe (46) angebracht sind.
18. Sitzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Seitenteil (16) einen sich über die Höhe des Sitzelements (12) hinaus nach oben erhebenden Griffbügel (42) für die Person aufweist.
19. Sitzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Seitenteil (16) eine Bruststütze zur Brustabstüt- zung der Person angeordnet ist.
20. Sitzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestell (10) als Fußgestell zum Aufstellen auf dem Boden oder als Wandgestell zur Montage an einer Wand ausgebildet ist.
21. Sitzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querausleger (24) oder Teile davon über Gelenke (64) an das Seitenteil (16) anklappbar sind.
22. Sitzvorrichtung insbesondere für physisch beeinträchtigte Personen mit einem Sitzelement (12) und einem gegenüber dem Sitzelement (12) schräg nach unten versetzten Stützelement (14) zur Abstützung der Person in einer knienden Sitzstellung, wobei das Sitzelement (12) und das Stützelement (14) über Querausleger (22, 24) an einer Wandhalterung (110) quer von der Wand abstehend gehalten sind, so dass der Zugangsbereich (26) für die Person auch am Boden frei bleibt.
23. Verwendung einer Sitzvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden An- sprüche im Bereich einer Waschgelegenheit, insbesondere eines Waschbeckens.
