  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Transport- und Lagergestell, insbesondere eine Langgutpalette, mit mindestens zwei U-förmigen Trägem, die über Profile miteinander verbunden und durch diese beabstandet gehalten sind.
  • Es gibt Paletten für Langgut, die aus miteinander verschweißten Stahlprofilen bestehen, sodass auch große Gewichtslasten aufgenommen werden können und die Palette sowohl über einen Kran als auch mit einem Gabelstapler transportiert werden kann. Die Herstellung dieser Paletten ist jedoch relativ aufwendig und die Handhabung ist aufgrund des hohen Eigengewichtes nur mit entsprechenden Maschinen möglich.
  • Aus der DE 199 23 328 ist eine Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme von Stückgut bekannt, bei der mehrere U-förmige Bügel vorgesehen sind, die über Hohlprofile miteinander verbunden sind. In den Hohlprofilen sind Spannelemente vorgesehen, die die Bügel zusammen ziehen. Nachteilig bei dieser Vorrichtung ist, dass bei Angreifen eines Gabelstaplers in einem mittigen Bereich die Hohlprofile seitlich stark nach unten biegen können. Auch beim Transport über einen Kran kann sich der mittlere Bereich relativ stark nach unten durchbiegen. Neben den statischen Schwächen besteht bei der vorbekannten Vorrichtung der Nachteil, dass die Montage und die Demontage der einzelnen Teile relativ aufwendig ist, da bei der Montage ein Spannelement von ca. 6 Meter Länge durch eine Vielzahl von Wangen und Hohlprofilen geführt werden muss.
  • Die US 3,402,845 zeigt eine Palette mit einem Boden, der einen Rahmen mit vier nach oben gerichteten Stützen aufweist. Gegenstände können auf dem Boden der Palette abgestellt werden. Die Stützen sind durch Spannseile mit der Rahmenstruktur des Bodens verbunden. Zudem sind die Stützen über Rohre gekoppelt.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ein Transport- und Lagergestell zu schaffen, das bei einfachem Aufbau hohe statische Belastungen aufnehmen kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit einem Transport- und Lagergestell mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
  • Erfindungsgemäß sind zwischen zwei Trägem mehrere winklig zu den Profilen angeordnete Spannelemente vorgesehen, mittels denen die Träger zueinander vorgespannt sind. Dadurch sind die Träger nicht nur über horizontal angeordnete Profile miteinander verbunden, sondern die quer zu den Profilen angeordneten Spannelemente verstärken fachwerkartig die Verbindung zwischen zwei Trägern. Dadurch können Belastungen durch einseitiges Anheben des Transport- und Lagergestelles besser aufgenommen werden und es findet nur eine geringe Verbiegung statt. Zudem sind die Spannelemente leichter zugänglich und können einfacher montiert werden, da sie nicht in den Profilen verdeckt angeordnet sind.
  • Gemäß der Erfindung sind jeweils zwei Spannelemente diagonal gekreuzt zwischen zwei Trägem gespannt. Dadurch können die Kraftkomponenten quer zu den Profilen jeweils ausgeglichen werden und es entsteht ein stabiler fachwerkartiger Aufbau.
  • Vorzugsweise sind die Profile senkrecht zu einer durch die U-förmigen Träger aufgespannten Ebene angeordnet und die Spannelemente an Schenkeln der Träger festgelegt. Die Spannelemente sind dadurch in einem seitlichen Bereich des Transport- und Lagergestells angeordnet und somit gut zugänglich, gerade für Reparaturarbeiten. Dabei können zwei Profile pro Schenkel vorgesehen sein, zwischen denen zwei diagonal gekreuzte Spannelemente angeordnet sind, sodass die Spannelemente von den Profilen umgeben sind. Das Transport- und Lagergestell kann beispielsweise drei bis neun U-förmige Träger aufweisen, die über Profile und Spannelemente miteinander verbunden sind. Die Spannelemente sind dabei jeweils zwischen zwei benachbarten Trägem gespannt. An einem mittleren Träger kann beispielsweise auch nur eine Umlenkung für die Spannelemente vorgesehen sein.
  • Für eine einfache Montage weisen die Träger Aufnahmen auf, in die die Profile formschlüssig oder mit Presssitz einsteckbar sind. Ferner sind an den Trägem Befestigungsmittel vorgesehen, um die Spannelemente in einer gespannten Position zu fixieren. Die Spannelemente können dabei als Spanngurte, Seile, Bänder oder Bleche ausgebildet sein.
  • Damit das Transport- und Lagergestell nur ein geringes Eigengewicht aufweist, sind die Träger aus Kunststoff hergestellt, der bei Bedarf auch mit festigkeitssteigernden Füllstoffen, wie Glasfasern usw. angereichert sein kann. Auch die Profile können aus Kunststoff und/oder Metall hergestellt sein.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

    eine Detailansicht einer modifizierten Ausgestaltung der Befestigung an einem Träger.
  • Ein Transport- und Lagergestell 1 dient zur Aufnahme von länglichen Gegenständen, wie Stangen und Profilen, die beispielsweise 6 Meter lang sein können, und wird daher auch als "Langgutpalette" bezeichnet. Das Transport- und Lagergestell 1 umfasst U-förmige Träger 2, 3, 4, die aus Kunststoff hergestellt sind und jeweils einen bodenseitig angeordneten Balken 7 aufweisen, von dem sich zwei Schenkel 8 nach oben erstrecken. Die Träger 2, 3, 4 spannen mit dem Balken 7 und den Schenkeln 8 eine Ebene auf, von der sich senkrecht Profile 5 erstrecken, die zwei Träger 2, 3, 4 miteinander verbinden und auf Distanz halten. Die Profile 5 sind derart an den Schenkeln 8 montierbar, dass diese an den Trägem 2, 3, 4 eingesteckt und vorfixiert werden können. Anschließend werden bei der Montage Spannelemente 6 vorgesehen, die zwischen zwei Trägem 2, 3, und 4 in einem Winkel von mehr als 20° zu den Profilen diagonal vorgespannt und fixiert werden. Hierdurch werden statisch vorteilhafte Dreieckselemente gebildet, die eine besonders hohe Stabilität für eine Lastabtragung besitzen.
  • In Figur 2 ist ein Endabschnitt eines Schenkels 8 des aus Kunststoff einstückig hergestellten Trägers 2, 3, 4 dargestellt. Das Profil 5 ist als Hohlprofil ausgebildet und weist eine im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen rechteckförmige Kontur auf, wobei das Profil 5 in eine Aufnahme 9 an dem Schenkel 8 eingesteckt werden kann. Dabei kann auch ein Vorsprung in die Hohlkammer des Profils 5 eingreifen.
  • Als Spannelement 6 ist ein Seil vorgesehen, das aus Stahl besteht und eine Schlaufe um einen Zapfen 10 bildet. Das Seil lässt sich mit der Schlaufe schnell an dem Zapfen 10 montieren und über bekannte Klemmelemente festlegen.
  • Das Profil 5 wird vorzugsweise für eine klemmende Verbindung mit einem Übermaß in die Aufnahme 9 gesteckt. Hierdurch entsteht eine stabile Verbindung zwischen Profil 5 und Träger 2, 3, 4. Es können auch noch zusätzliche Sicherungselemente, wie Querstifte, Rastmittel oder dergleichen eingesetzt werden, sodass sich hierdurch bereits eine gewisse Festigkeit und eine Vorfixierung ergibt. Die Aufnahme 9 für die Profile ist an die Geometrie des Profils 5 angepasst. Es können statt rechteckförmigen Profilen 5 natürlich auch elliptische, kreisförmige und andere Profile eingesetzt werden, deren Wandstärke sich an den erforderlichen Belastungen orientiert, insbesondere auch an den Kräften durch die Spannelemente 6.
  • In Figur 3 ist eine modifizierte Ausführungsform eines Schenkels 8 eines Trägers 2, 3, 4 gezeigt. Das Profil 5 ist an einer Aufnahme 9 eingesteckt und dort festgelegt. Das Spannelement 6 ist mittig an dem Schenkel 8 angeordnet und über einen Bolzen 11 festgelegt, der an dem Schenkel 8 über eine Mutter 12 fixiert ist. Durch den Bolzen 11 und die Mutter 12 lässt sich das als Bandblech ausgebildete Spannelement 6 in der gewünschten Position an dem Schenkel 8 fixieren. Statt dem Bolzen 11 kann auch ein anderes Befestigungsmittel eingesetzt werden, das über ein Verrasten, Verschrauben oder Klemmen eine Fixierung des Spannelementes 6 erreicht. Der Bolzen 11 kann auch als Exzenter ausgebildet sein, sodass hierüber noch Toleranzen ausgeglichen werden können oder zusätzlich eine Spannung auf das Spannelement 6 aufgebracht werden kann.
  • In den dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen sind verschiedene Spannelemente 6 dargestellt. Natürlich können auch andere Spannelemente 6 vorgesehen sein, die über Hebel, Schrauben oder andere Mittel gespannt und fixiert werden können. Die Profile 5 können dabei getrennt von den Spannelementen 6 montiert werden, sodass im Falle einer Beschädigung eines Elementes dieses einzeln ausgewechselt werden kann und das Transport- und Lagergestell 1 im Übrigen weiter benutzt werden kann. Das Gesamtgewicht des Transport- und Lagergestelles 1 ist aufgrund des Einsatzes von Kunststoffmaterialien relativ leicht.

Claims (7)

  1. Transport- und Lagergestell (1), insbesondere Langgutpalette, mit mindestens zwei U-förmigen Trägern (2, 3, 4) aus Kunststoff die über Profile (5) miteinander verbunden und durch diese beabstandet gehalten sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen zwei benachbarten Trägern (2, 3, 4) mehrere winklig zu den Profilen (5) angeordnete Spannelemente (6) vorgesehen sind, mittels denen die benachbarten Träger (2, 3, 4) zueinander vorgespannt sind, wobei jeweils zwei Spannelemente (6) diagonal gekreuzt zwischen zwei Träger (2, 3, 4) gespannt sind.
  2. Transport- und Lagergestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profile (5) senkrecht zu einer durch die U-förmigen Träger (2, 3, 4) aufgespannten Ebene angeordnet sind und die Spannelemente (6) an Schenkeln (8) der Träger (2, 3, 4) festgelegt sind.
  3. Transport- und Lagergestell nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei U-förmige Träger (2, 3, 4) an ihren Schenkeln (8) über jeweils zwei Profile (5) miteinander verbunden sind und innerhalb der Profile (5) zwei diagonal gekreuzte Spannelemente (6) angeordnet sind.
  4. Transport- und Lagergestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass drei bis neun U-förmige Träger (2, 3, 4) vorgesehen sind, die über Profile (5) und Spannelemente (6) miteinander verbunden sind.
  5. Transport- und Lagergestell nach einem Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profile (5) in Aufnahmen an den Trägem (2, 3, 4) einsteckbar sind.
  6. Transport- und Lagergestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Trägem (2, 3, 4) Befestigungsmittel vorgesehen sind, um die Spannelemente (6) in einer vorgespannten Position zu fixieren.
  7. Transport- und Lagergestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannelemente (6) als Spanngurte, Stahlseile oder Bandbleche ausgebildet sind.
