Definitions

  • the invention relates to a garment belt that combines high quality, high wearing comfort, attractive feel and unmatched design variance.
  • Garment belts are usually made of leather, imitation leather or other non-rubbery plastics, such as PVC.
  • Conventional belts tend to slip on the garments and are typically held in place by either the hips or tabs in the garment being adhered.
  • it is desirable to have non-slip garment belts which at the same time improve the wearing comfort through flexibility and adaptability to changing body shapes. This is not guaranteed by, leather belt.
  • JP 2001/123312 A describes garment belts which have a soft Silikov stopper on the inside to prevent slippage of the worn garment pants over the hips. The effect here is based on an effective narrowing of the belt.
  • JP 2001/011709 A describes a garment belt which carries on its inner side a non-slip bead made of silicone material, wherein the bead can be sewn onto the belt body.
  • a medical webbing for the relief of the hip muscles which has on at least one inside an inwardly projecting bead-shaped pad made of silicone, with which a pressure is exerted on the Absp Schwarzmuskulatur of the human hip joint.
  • the webbing described consists in its basic body made of leather. Other clothing belts are z.
  • US 3,501,775 and JP 01-148367 are examples of materials.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a garment belt that achieves an improvement in wearing comfort even without further applications by the choice of the material of his body, especially in buckling movements of the body such as bending over and in the sense of Longevity and dimensional stability combine high quality with versatile machinability and design options in the design and, where appropriate, also has a high resistance to skidding on clothing and on skin.
  • the object is achieved by a garment belt whose supporting belt body contains rubber-elastic silicone rubber.
  • preference is given to using hot vulcanized and / or liquid-crosslinked silicone rubber for the production.
  • the elasticity achieved as a result as well as the rubber-elastic shape memory thereby bring about a high wearing comfort, whereby the belt can adapt to the body movements elastically.
  • the garment belt according to the invention is that embossments of all kinds, for example, with undercut patterns or Characters can be applied in a simple and cost-saving manner or integrated into the Gürtelgroper in the manner of marquetry.
  • the belt body according to the invention is less unhealthy in kinking movements of the body than a rigid belt, because he can not rigidly constrict the body. In particular, in certain activities and activities such as lifting or lifting of loads, this may play an important role, since even in a healthy person's stomach must be able to stretch short term.
  • Possible dehumidification problems under the belt is effectively prevented in another embodiment by incorporating water vapor and moisture-transporting channels into the underside of the belt, which is worn facing the body.
  • These can be shaped differently. It may be herringbone pattern-like channels or S-shaped over the width of the belt continuous transport channels, for example, 1 to 5 mm wide and 0.5 to 1.5 mm, in particular about 1 mm deep. With an irregular coarse pattern obtainable by glass ball jet, a comparable effect is achieved.
  • the described structuring of the underside of the belt contributes to the seat and hold of the belt.
  • combinations of rubber constituents can be made in the manner of inlaid work, for example by adding or vulcanizing further rubber parts to a base body in rubber.
  • the supporting belt body of the Bektidungsgürtets invention consists essentially of rubber-elastic silicone rubber.
  • the supporting belt body may have a layer structure consisting essentially of silicone rubber layers of different mechanical properties, in particular different elasticity.
  • the garment belt can be designed in this way multi-colored and / or have an inner soft layer with high adhesion and a hard outer layer of lower adhesion but higher mechanical stability.
  • the garment belt additionally comprises one, two or more layers of polymer material, a textile and / or a nonwoven knitted fabric, for example containing glass fibers, on the surface and / or in the silicone mass, which goes along elastically during stretching.
  • the supporting belt body consists of a combination of rubber-elastic silicone rubber with leather, wickerwork, thermoplastics, thermosets and / or elastomers. These materials can be combined in any way with each other by gluing, sewing or otherwise.
  • the belt can advantageously also be combined in a shape-consistent manner with classic materials such as leather.
  • the silicone base also improves the dimensional stability in this case with resistance to leaching and partial or complete permanent deformation such as in the eyelets to belts made of pure classic material, such as leather.
  • the supporting belt body may also have a layer structure with at least one layer consisting essentially of silicone rubber, in which case other layers may for example consist of leather or textiles or wickerwork.
  • the garment belt is provided in a further embodiment of the invention with color pigments, undercut applications, flocking and / or fiber applications, in particular bristles.
  • the color pigments are preferably applied in this sense in the silicone composition (coloring) and / or on the surface as well as dissolved in silicone and applied to the surface fully or partially. (Staining with pigmented silicone elastomers, "printing"), and / or the garment belt is flocked with fibers partially or completely for decorative and / or haptic purposes, wherein fibers, bristles and / or tufts are anchored, for example, in the silicone matrix.
  • the garment belts according to the invention show a brilliant pigment reproduction, especially the effect of effect pigments such as iridescent particles, the effect on the applied - and consequently moving belt - their effect as a color change game, intensity shaking well.
  • effect pigments such as iridescent particles
  • the effect on the applied - and consequently moving belt - their effect as a color change game, intensity shaking well.
  • fluorescent pigments or fluorescently pigmented and / or printed luminous colors in the clothing belt of the invention - may be provided. Suitable mixing methods can be used to produce marbled effects.
  • the garment belt may include visible figures incorporated in its body for design purposes, such as in a crystal clear belt such as fish and plants (design variant aquarium), or in another example lengthwise a "barbed wire" which stretches in the elastic belt.
  • the belt with fibers can be wholly or partially flocked to a resulting velor pattern, creating an additional design variation possibility and a particularly pleasant grip in the sense of a special haptic experience is achieved.
  • Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of the clothing belt according to the invention with three-dimensional plastic applications.
  • embedded body made of silicone rubber or body, which are embedded in the belt and thereby protrude to the surface, or body of silicone rubber, which are applied to the belt, preferably and ideally by crosslinking and vulcanization be fixed.
  • Metallic or ceramic bodies as applications can both be anchored mechanically in the silicone compound, as well as vulcanized.
  • the clothing belts according to the invention can preferably also be at least partly superficial and / or smoked on the edges. As a result, the wide range of looks and haptics is functionally used by the belt is pulled through the belt or skirt loops and the adjustment when closing is facilitated.
  • the garment belt may comprise eyelets.
  • these eyelets may be stamped or formed, preferably beaded for reinforcement and tear strength.
  • two 100 cm long, 38 mm wide and 3.8 mm thick silicone rubber garment belts were produced, which have a sewn-in belt buckle made of brass and 5 belt holes in brass.
  • the Silikonkautschükmaterial was once made from Silastic ® HV standard mixes (Dow Corning), and alternatively from Elastil ® R HTV Silkonkautschuk standard types mixes (Wacker) and contained aspativutkanisierbare mixes an accelerator package based on peroxide in an amount of 1.5 wt .-% Dicumyl peroxide, based on the total mass, and as fillers and dyes 1 wt .-% of pigments, based on the total mass.
  • a sublime figurative representation of a cow as well as a raised lettering in the same color on the belts were applied in a second color in a second color.
  • the belts have a high dimensional stability and adapt elastically to any posture. They are extremely non-slip and can still be easily pulled into the loops of a pair of pants. In addition, they have a pleasant feel.
  • a comparison of the relevant performance characteristics with corresponding clothing belts made of leather, leather plastic coating, PVC, rubber or wickerwork in terms of quality; Comfort, feel, design, smell and price of production shows that the garment belts according to the invention are surprisingly in the top group in all criteria.
