Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for producing an underwear or sportswear piece and for producing a swimwear piece according to the preamble of claim 1 or 9.
  • the adhesive is heat-meltable and is introduced by a corresponding heat treatment in the textile fabric. On these strip-shaped areas, a corresponding textile strip is then applied and glued. This is a doubling of textile strips on a piece of clothing, with the aim of creating fabric-reinforced areas.
  • the adhesive jobs mentioned are applied by spraying.
  • the adhesive application is relatively thick, looming in an unfavorable manner on the garment and only a low level of comfort is achieved.
  • FR 2 808 972 A discloses that a nearly finished garment is provided with a band-shaped silicone layer at the edges and the edges are cut thereafter. How this cutting is done is not further disclosed. In addition, it is very complicated and very time and It is costly to apply a layer of silicone to an almost finished garment (rather than a flat fabric blank) and then trim the edges, as these are 3D working movements and the spatial curvature and elastic deformation of the garment must be taken into account. It is therefore not possible by FR 2 808 972 A to apply and cut an exact band-shaped silicone layer without wrinkles and the silicone layer has no interruptions or thickening or dilutions. The production of a uniformly thick, continuous silicone space can not be achieved with FR 2 808 972 A. The use of silicones has the disadvantage that they are relatively difficult to process and in particular can not be produced as aqueous solutions.
  • EP 0 630 630 A discloses a garment identically manufactured to FR 2 808 972 A, except that here no silicone is used for the edges, but generally a resin or a rubber elastomer such as e.g. PU, PVC. Accordingly, EP 0 630 630 A has the same disadvantages as the previously described FR 2 808 972 A.
  • US 5,820,443 A discloses a brassiere consisting of several assembled components 2-8.
  • the side parts 2, 3 are produced from blank parts 13, 14, on the outer edges of reinforcing parts 15, 16 are laminated, for example by means of a hot melt adhesive.
  • Both the blank parts 13, 14, and the reinforcing parts 15, 16 include thermoplastically fusible fibers, by means of which the parts 13-16 are joined together by a welding operation.
  • Disadvantage is the large number of individual parts of the brassiere, which must be connected to each other by means of different process steps, which is complicated and thus leads to a high expenditure of time and money.
  • the hems are double-layered or 4-ply executed, which leads to an unpleasant wearing comfort of the user and also the optical requirements does not correspond, as the seams of the brassiere shine through the outer clothing.
  • US-5,820,443 A generally discloses a method of making an undergarment having bumped or overlapping seams and an apparatus for performing such a method.
  • the undergarment is made of sheet-like non-woven or woven fabric, whereby the connecting seams are welded together.
  • no elastic medium is described, neither for the edges, nor for the outer contour of the undergarment.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object, a method for producing a garment of the type mentioned in such a way that in a simple and cost-effective way tissue-enhancing areas can be achieved without applying these areas substantially.
  • the invention is characterized by a method according to the technical teaching of claim 1.
  • a garment made therewith is characterized according to the technical teaching of claim 9.
  • the invention proposes, according to claim 1, to apply a fabric-reinforcing adhesive application to a single-layer textile fabric in such a way that the adhesive web applied in the printing process or in the adhesive coating process is designed so that it essentially corresponds to the later outer contour of the article of clothing.
  • the production is particularly simple, because only one application of adhesive takes place in the region of the later outer contour of the item of clothing, and the item of clothing is cut out later in the area of this adhesive application.
  • fabric-reinforced areas can be provided with the said adhesive application, in order to create even more reinforced, compared to the base fabric more viable trained areas.
  • the adhesive application is preferably by screen printing as an aqueous solution of air-drying adhesives.
  • One or more component adhesives can be used here.
  • a hot melt adhesive in the form of a tape is applied to a sintered film.
  • the sintered film is applied to the garment and pressed by means of heat and pressure, so that the heat-meltable adhesive located on the sintering belt penetrates into the textile fabric and forms a single-layer, in each case fabric-reinforced adhesive region.
  • this printing process is also referred to as a "printing web”.
  • the term "printing web" is thus claimed both for the screen printing process according to the invention and for the transfer printing described above.
  • the pressure medium may also consist of an open-cell, elastic foam.
  • the outer contour of the garment is provided with the fabric-reinforcing printing process.
  • the invention is not limited thereto. It can also be provided to provide only certain areas on the textile garment with the fabric-reinforcing adhesive applications, without these adhesive applications are necessarily located in the outer contour.
  • the invention claims all the possibilities to create certain areas by fabric-reinforcing adhesive application in a piece of clothing of the type mentioned.
  • the arrangement of the different pressure areas is preferred in that at least the under-breast band, the upper breast band and the back band are made by fabric-reinforcing application onto a single-ply textile piece.
  • an additional design print can be used.
  • Additional pressure ranges can be arranged in particular in the region of the half-shells in order to achieve a lifting effect.
  • the temple previously formed of plastic or of wire in brassiere can now be carried out according to the invention by a rod-shaped application of a fabric-reinforcing medium.
  • the previously formed as a plastic or wire hanger bracket is now replaced by an approximately semi-circular, rod-shaped adhesive application, which surrounds the half-shells at least partially from under.
  • an outline in the form of a printing web 2 is printed on an approximately rectangular fabric blank 1, this printing web being applied either by screen printing or by transfer printing.
  • the printing web 2 in this case forms the outer contour 3 of a brassiere, wherein the printing web 2 is formed from a printing paste 5.
  • a cutting line 4 is now created inside the printing web 2 and the brassiere is correspondingly cut out.
  • the entire outer contour of the brassiere thus consists of the halved printing web 2 according to FIG. 1.
  • the straps 6, the back part 7 and other parts of the brassiere are formed from the printing web.
  • the resulting cut line 4 (cutting edge) must not be missed and is protected against fraying.
  • the printing web 2 due to the fabric-enhancing and compacting effect in height behind the height of the remaining fabric blank 1 remain.
  • the outer contour of the brassiere is then even diluted compared to the other surfaces.
  • additional parts can also be arranged in adhesive printing processes, in particular also a flap 8 in the region of the back part 7.
  • FIG. 4 shows that further, tissue-reinforcing pressure regions 9 can also be applied in the interior of the brassiere.
  • tissue-reinforcing pressure regions 9 can also be applied in the interior of the brassiere.
  • an arcuate inner contour 10 is created, which is kept free of tissue-reinforcing orders. This ensures that the lateral pressure areas 9 exert a directed in the direction of the sternum of the wearer supporting and lifting effect.
  • Additional pressure areas in the form of reinforcing webs 12 can also be arranged in the back part, wherein certain outer contours 11 are likewise kept free of tissue-reinforced adhesive applications.
  • buttonholes 13, 14 are arranged in the printing area without these must be missed.
  • FIG. 5 shows that the print job can not only be made over the entire surface, as shown in FIG. 3, but the adhesive application can take place in the form of a point-shaped printing surface 15. There are thus created printing nubs 16 in the form of adhesive applications having the shape of Figure 6.
  • the pressure medium comprises air inclusions (air bubbles) 17, resulting in a padded nub shape according to FIG.
  • air inclusions air bubbles 17 17
  • FIG. 8 shows that the entire interior of the brassiere with fabric-reinforcing strips 18 can be formed from an adhesive application.
  • An additional design print may also be provided.
  • the underbreast band 19, the carrier band 20 and the upper breast band 21 as well as the back band 22 are formed from the aforementioned printing web 2.
  • the shell areas 23 are hereby only indicated.
  • FIG. 9 shows that a corresponding design pressure 24 can also be provided in the interior of the brassiere.
  • FIG. 10 shows that an additional supporting and lifting effect can be achieved by attaching corresponding fabric-reinforced, elastic printing webs.
  • an approximately arc-shaped pressure region 25 is created from said adhesive application, from which strip-shaped pressure strips 26 extend upwards into the region of the shells 23.
  • FIG. 11 shows a brassiere with half shell reinforcement.
  • Corresponding reinforcement regions 28 are provided in the region of the half shells 27, which extend over the entire back part and also extend into the shell region 23 in the form of an arcuate contour.
  • FIG. 12 shows that, as a substitute for the conventional plastic or metal brackets which engage under the half-shells 27, it is also possible to apply rod-shaped regions 30 in the printing process, which replace the conventional brackets.
  • tissue reinforcing medium takes place.
