Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'extrusion permet de fabriquer une plaque de façade selon les revendications 1 à 5 qui comprend, sur la paroi d'au moins un trou central (24), au moins deux saillies (22e) s'étendant parallèlement dans le sens de l'extrusion, et en ce que cette plaque de façade fabriquée par extrusion est découpée avec une ligne de coupe entre les deux saillies (22e).
