Claims (8)
- Dispositif d'individualisation d'envois plats en position debout d'une pile ( 2 ) d'envois,- comprenant une zone ( 1 ) d'entrée et un tronçon ( 12 ) de transport ayant un bras ( 7a ou 7b ) oscillant de retrait,- dans lequel, dans la zone ( 1 ) d'entrée, la pile ( 2 ) d'envois se tient, orientée sur un élément ( 4 ) d'appui, sur des courroies ( 3 ) de brins inférieures et est maintenue par au moins un soutien ( 5, 5a ) de pile et les courroies ( 3 ) de brin inférieur et les soutiens ( 5, 5a ) de pile transportent la pile ( 2 ) d'envoi vers le tronçon ( 12 ) de transport,- dans lequel le centre de rotation du bras ( 7a ou 7b ) de retrait se trouve à son extrémité du côté en aval et le bras oscillant de retrait est repoussé sur la pile ( 2 ) d'envois au moyen d'une force de ressort,- dans lequel il est associé au bras ( 7a ou 7b ) oscillant de retrait un capteur ( 8a ou 8b ) de distance qui, pour une pression de pile fixée sur le bras ( 7a ou 7b ) oscillant de retrait, émet un signal de début de fonctionnement,- dans lequel l'élément ( 4 ) d'appui se termine à une distance fixée devant le bras ( 7a ou 7b ) oscillant de retrait non dévié,- et dans lequel la commande des entraînements du tronçon ( 12 ) de transport est telle- que, à la pression de pile fixée sur le bras ( 7a ou 7b ) oscillant de retrait, les entraînements du tronçon ( 12 ) de transport sont lancés,- que les entraînements du tronçon ( 12 ) de transport s'arrêtent à nouveau ou voient leur vitesse réduite dès qu'un envoi pris dans un étage de transport suivant a sa vitesse de transport,- et que les entraînements du tronçon ( 12 ) de transport sont relancés ou reprennent leur vitesse de retrait normale lorsque, au moyen d'une ligne ( 18 ) de cellules photoélectriques disposée le long du trajet de transport, une lacune par rapport à l'envoi suivant est détectée,caractérisé en ce que- au moins un étage d'individualisation est raccordé au tronçon ( 12 ) de transport en aval dans le sens de transport des envois,- le tronçon ( 12 ) de transport comprend au moins deux bras ( 7a, 7b ) oscillants de retrait superposés ayant des courroies de retrait sans fin qui sont entraînées, des deuxièmes courroies ( 13 ) de retrait sans fin, s'y raccordant en aval, fixes et entraînées ainsi qu'une bande ( 10 ) de brins inférieurs entraînée et associée aux deuxièmes courroies ( 13 ) de retrait,- à chaque bras ( 7a, 7b ) oscillant de retrait est associé un capteur ( 8a, 8b ) de distance qui, à une pression de pile fixée sur le bras ( 7a, 7b ) oscillant de retrait respectif, émet un signal de début de fonctionnement,- l'étage ( 14 ) d'individualisation comprend d'autres courroies de retrait sans fin et entraînées dont la vitesse de transport et plus grande que la vitesse de transport des deuxièmes courroies ( 13 ) de retrait,- il est disposé un élément ( 19 ) de retenue souple et s'étendant en longueur, qui est appliqué élastiquement de la fin de l'élément ( 4 ) d'appui au début des deuxièmes courroies ( 13 ) de retrait et plus loin sur celles-ci ainsi que sur les courroies de retrait de l'étage ( 14 ) d'individualisation,- la distance ( 12a ) de l'élément ( 4 ) d'appui à l'extrémité en aval des deuxièmes courroies ( 13 ) de retrait dans le sens de transport est plus grande que la longueur maximum admissible d'un envoi,- et la commande des entraînements du tronçon ( 12 ) de transport et de l'étage ( 14 ) d'individualisation est telle- que, à la pression de pile fixée sur les bras ( 7a, 7b ) oscillants de retrait, tous les entraînements du tronçon ( 125 ) de transport et de l'étage ( 14 ) d'individualisation sont lancés et- que les entraînements du tronçon ( 12 ) de transport ne sont ni arrêtés ni ne voient leur vitesse diminuée dès qu'un envoi pris par les courroies de retrait de l'étage ( 14 ) d'individualisation a sa vitesse de transport.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, derrière les deuxièmes courroies ( 13 ) de retrait et la courroie de retrait de l'autre étage ( 14 ) d'individualisation, sont disposées des chambres ( 30, 31 ) en dépression qui, pendant le transport, attirent les envois sur les courroies de retrait.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la dépression des chambres ( 30 ) en dépression des deuxièmes courroies ( 13 ) de retrait est plus petite que la dépression des chambres ( 31 ) de dépression de l'étage ( 14 ) d'individualisation suivant.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, pour la détermination des vitesses des envois, il est prévu des rouleaux ou des bandes ( 20 ) de palpage fixes passant sur les envois.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, entre les courroies ( 3 ) de brin inférieur de la zone ( 1 ) d'entrée et la bande de brin inférieur s'étendant le long du trajet de transport est disposé un dispositif ( 9 ) d'érection ayant des courroie ( 9 ) de friction entraînées de manière pouvant être commandée qui, pour une position inclinée déterminée au moyen de la déviation des bras ( 7a, 7b ) oscillants de retrait de la partie avant de la pile ( 2 ) d'envois, peuvent être entraînées de manière à ériger la partie avant de la pile ( 2 ) d'envois.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'à la transition entre des bras ( 7a, 7b ) oscillants de retrait et des deuxièmes courroies ( 13 ) de retrait est disposé un capteur ( 35 ) métallique de détection d'agrafes qui, lorsqu'il détecte une agrafe, émet un signal à la commande de l'entraînement, laquelle y réagit par une réduction des vitesses de retrait et des accélérations de retrait jusqu'à ce que l'envoi ayant l'agrafe a quitté le dispositif d'individualisation, y compris tous les étages ( 14 ) d'individualisation.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de transport de la bande ( 10 ) de brin inférieur est plus petite que celle des courroies de retrait des bras ( 7a, 7b ) oscillants de retrait.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le centre de rotation des bras ( 7a, 7b ) oscillants de retrait se trouve à leur extrémité en aval sur l'axe d'entraînement.
