Claims (11)
- Procédé de consolidation hydrodynamique d'une couche sensiblement homogène de fibres de tout genre, comme notamment des fibres naturelles et/ou aussi des fibres artificielles de type discontinu ou continu, donc d'un non-tissé en forme de bande (1), au moyen de jets de liquide sortant en continu d'au moins deux poutres à buses (5, 10), dans lequel un liquide est projeté hors de fins orifices de buses disposés en série d'au moins deux bandes de buses s'étendant sur la largeur opérationnelle dans deux poutres à buses (5, 10) contre le non-tissé (1) avançant par rapport aux poutres à buses (5, 10) sous haute pression, tandis que le non-tissé (1) provenant d'un dispositif de pose de non-tissé comme une carde est d'abord consolidé sur toute sa surface sur la surface et ce non-tissé consolidé et pouvant donc être posé à nouveau (1') est consolidé entièrement et en profondeur en une opération de consolidation hydrodynamique continue en deux étapes seulement le long de bandes longitudinales espacées (11) et de bandes transversales superposées également espacées (9) au moyen de respectivement plusieurs rangées de jets d'eau, caractérisé en ce que les bandes longitudinales (14) sont aiguilletées en continu le long du non-tissé avançant (1') mais que les bandes transversales (9) le sont avec des interruptions.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que d'abord les bandes transversales (9) et ensuite les bandes longitudinales (11) sont aiguilletées par système hydrodynamique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que d'abord les bandes longitudinales (11) et ensuite les bandes transversales (9) sont aiguilletées par système hydrodynamique.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 2 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la pré-consolidation sur toute la surface est réalisée également au moyen de l'aiguilletage hydrodynamique.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 2 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la pré-consolidation sur toute la surface a lieu suivant le procédé de liage par piqûre (3).
- Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le traitement de pré-consolidation sur toute la surface du non-tissé est réalisé en continu avec l'aiguilletage en forme de bande directement l'un après l'autre.
- Installation de réalisation du procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 6, comportant une bande sans fin (2) acheminant au moins un non-tissé (1) venant d'un dispositif de pose de non-tissé et des poutres à buses (5, 10) associées à celle-ci ou à un tambour d'acheminement ultérieur et s'étendant sur la largeur opérationnelle du non-tissé, à partir desquelles les jets d'eau sont dirigés contre le non-tissé (1'), tandis que le dispositif de consolidation est composé d'un tambour à pochoir (4) ou d'une bande continue de tambour à pochoir à fentes espacées (7) le long du tambour (4) ou d'une bande pour les bandes transversales (9) avec des poutres à buses (5) disposées à l'intérieur et d'une autre poutre à buses (10) associée directement au non-tissé (1') et dont la bande de buses présente des séries de perforations (6') disposées à distance les unes des autres pour les bandes longitudinales (11), caractérisée en ce que les perforations sont prévues dans la bande de buses pour les bandes longitudinales (11) en coordination avec des traverses fermées (8) délimitant les fentes (7) pour les bandes transversales (9).
- Installation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la consolidation des bandes longitudinales est réalisée du moins là où les bandes transversales (9) présentent des interruptions entre les fentes (7) en raison des traverses (8).
- Installation selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que la largeur (C) des bandes longitudinales (11), en raison de la largeur (B) de la perforation pour les trous des buses, est supérieure à la largeur des traverses (8) entre les fentes (7).
- Installation selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la distance entre les bandes longitudinales s'élève par exemple à 90 mm et leur largeur (C) à 10 mm, tandis que la largeur (A) des fentes s'élève à 95 mm et la largeur (B) des traverses entre les fentes s'élève à 5 mm.
- Produit non tissé fabriqué par le procédé selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le produit quadrangulaire obtenu à partir du non-tissé consolidé est volumineux et gonflant dans sa zone médiane (12) mais totalement consolidé dans sa zone périphérique.
