Abstract
要获取一种由纤维网制成的、边缘完全加固而中间部位保留大体积的产品。通过无粘合剂的水力加固方法可以如此达到这一目的:从梳理机等成网设备中出来的纤维网首先整个面地至少在表面上被加固,然后在一个连续的两步水力加固工序中,分别利用多列水射束,在这一被预先加固的、并因此也可重新喂入的纤维网上,仅沿相互间隔距离的纵向条带和相互重叠并间隔距离的横向条带,进行全面和彻底加固。处理完成后,将纤维网在完全加固过的部位上进行剪切,便可获得所需的产品。
Description
由WO 02/052083已知,即使是初级产品或中间产品等三维的连续物料也可以放置到两个纤维网中间,利用水力喷刺方法,通过缠结纤维而将重叠放置的纤维网连结、加固,并由此将物料包围起来。这种包围可以通过间歇控制的单个喷头、但也可由一个喷嘴梁中射出的连续的水帘而实现,该喷嘴梁通过周围运行的模板而局部地起作用。为了在纤维网中形成一种图案,也可以使喷嘴梁具有一个仅局部地有穿孔的喷嘴条带。
本发明的任务是:设计出一种方法,利用该方法对含有由可能不同纤维制成的均质混合物的单个纤维网、或单独由例如棉纤维构成的纤维网进行如此加固,使纤维网中间部位保持松散性大体积,而边缘部位则被完全加固。
解决方案由此出发:在对由任意种类纤维、特别是连续或非连续的天然和/或人工纤维制成的均质层、也就是一种幅面形的纤维网进行水力加固的方法中-该方法通过从至少两个喷嘴梁中持续射出的水射束如此来进行:将水流从这两个喷嘴梁中的至少两个在工作幅宽上延伸的喷嘴条带的、精细的、排列成行的喷嘴孔中以高压朝向对着所述喷嘴梁运行的纤维网进行喷射,所提出的任务如此来解决:从梳理机等成网设备中出来的纤维网首先整个面地至少在表面上被加固,然后在一个连续的两步水力加固工序中,分别利用多列水射束,在这一被预先加固的、并因此也可重新喂入的纤维网上,仅沿相互间隔距离的纵向条带和相互重叠并间隔的横向条带,进行全面和彻底加固。
不论是采用缝编方法还是水刺方法,在整个面积上进行预先加固之后,都可以将目前可运输的纤维网在另一车间内立即加以卷绕。而较为有利的方法是进行连续加工,直至设备中以适当的单个机械速度产出成品为止。
所述纤维网的完全加固应当仅在一定位置上进行。这些位置沿着相互间隔的横向条带以及纵向条带延伸,当日后沿着这些条带对纤维网进行分割、裁剪时,便会连续形成一种易于处理的片段形纤维网产品,其边缘被加固,而其中间部位则保留预加固工序时所达到的大体积。因此可以避免厚大的纤维网在继续加工过程中发生脱散。
用于生产这种纤维网的设备在完全加固的方面由一个模板转鼓或一个模板连续输送带、以及另一个直接配置于纤维网的喷嘴梁组成。其中模板转鼓或模板连续输送带具有沿着转鼓或者连续输送带纵向的、间隔距离的缝隙,用于横向条带,且具有一个内部设置的喷嘴梁;所述另一个喷嘴梁的喷嘴条带具有相互间隔的成排穿孔,用于纵向条带。
以下将结合附图对本发明进行举例阐释。附图概略地示出:
图1用于对纤维网进行局部加固的机械设备的侧视图;
图2两台进行完全加固的水刺装置的视图;
图3带有单独通过水刺而获得的条纹的被加工纤维网的俯视图;
图4一个具有牢固边缘条带的大体积纤维网产品在对该纤维网加工之后的俯视图。
可以由不同的纤维、然而此处最好由棉纤维制成的纤维网1由梳理机或类似的成网设备送出。该纤维网被放置到连续输送带2上,该输送带使纤维网穿过图1中标示的加固设备。首先,尚不可处理的松散纤维网在其整个面积上被如此加固处理,使其在体积虽有所减少的同时却保持最大。在此可利用以附图标记3为单元的缝编装置。也可利用整面的水剌方法,但在此情况下在所述加固后所述体积并不能最佳地保留。根据机器的处理速度,可以最好将目前可处理的纤维网1’进行卷绕,并重新喂入到后续的加固设备中。
利用水刺方式进行完全加固,但所述加固仅局部地分配在纤维网1表面上。为此,在该示例中首先是一个模板转鼓4起到作用,在该模板转鼓内部中有一个喷水梁5纵向伸展。沿喷水梁5的整个长度向模板射出的水射束6仅沿着在这里设置的缝隙7穿出,并抵达纤维网1’,用于在该缝隙7的部位处实现完全加固。所述沿着模板转鼓4纵向分别相邻的缝隙7在纤维网1上共同形成了横向条带9。与缝隙状开口7相比,它们仅被较小的桥片8所分隔。缝隙宽度A可例如为95mm,而两条缝隙7之间的桥片8的宽度B可为5mm。
在利用模板水刺取得横向条带9之后(该横向条带不用一个转鼓4也可利用一个连续输送带来产生),紧接着例如产生纵向条带。为此设置一个标准的喷水梁10,为了形成水射束6’,该喷水梁的喷嘴条带并非在其整个长度上进行穿孔,而是如图2所示局部地进行,因此在纤维网的表面上产生了纵向条带11。纵向条带11在纤维网表面上的分布排列与模板4内的桥片8部位上的横向条带9间断部位相配合。最好在当模板处理时没有被加固的部位上制造出纤维网1的纵向条带。纵向条带11的宽度C可以覆盖由桥片8所形成的间断部位的宽度B。因此,根据模板的以上设计结构,纵向条带的宽度C可以为10mm,而桥片的宽度B可以为5mm。在利用喷嘴梁10进行完第二道水刺工序之后,在未遇水射束的区域12周围,会呈现菱形的加固部位。
为了进行成型,可将纤维网在完全加固部位内沿条带9和11进行纵向和横向剪切。以此得到了根据图4所示的四方形纤维网产品,其边缘部位完全加固,而其中间部位12则保留大块体积。这类产品例如在卫生工业中是需要的。
Claims (10)
1.用于对由任意种类纤维制成的均质层、也就是一种幅面形的纤维网(1)进行水力加固的方法,该方法通过从至少两个喷嘴梁(5,10)中持续射出的水射束如此来进行:将水流从这两个喷嘴梁(5,10)中的至少两个在工作幅宽上延伸的喷嘴条带的、精细的、排列成行的喷嘴孔中以高压朝向对着所述喷嘴梁(5,10)运行的纤维网(1)进行喷射,其中从成网设备中出来的纤维网(1)首先整个面地至少在表面上被加固,然后在一个连续的两步水力加固工序中,分别利用多列水射束,在这一被预先加固的、并因此也可重新喂入的纤维网(1’)上,仅沿相互间隔距离的纵向条带(11)和相互重叠并间隔距离的横向条带(9),进行全面和彻底加固,其特征在于,沿前进的纤维网(1’)进行连续水刺形成纵向条带(11),而以间断地进行水刺形成横向条带(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,首先进行横向条带(9)水力针刺,然后进行纵向条带(11)水力针刺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,首先进行纵向条带水力针刺,然后进行横向条带水力针刺。
4.根据权利要求2至3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,在整个面积上的预加固过程同样以水力针刺方式进行。
5.根据权利要求2至3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,在整个面积上的预加固过程以缝编方法(3)进行。
6.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,纤维网整个面积上的预加固处理连同条带形式的水刺过程连续地紧挨着前后进行。
7.用于执行根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述方法的设备,该设备具有一个至少对于一个从成网设备中出来的纤维网(1)进行输入的连续输送带(2)以及分别配置于该输送带和用于继续输送的转鼓的、在纤维网的工作幅宽上延伸的第一和第二喷嘴梁(5,10),水射束从该第一和第二喷嘴梁中喷出射向纤维网(1’),加固装置由一个模板转鼓(4)以及一个直接配置于纤维网(1’)的第二喷嘴梁(10)组成,其中该模板转鼓具有沿着所述模板转鼓纵向的、间隔距离的缝隙(7),其产生横向条带(9),且具有一个内部设置的第一喷嘴梁(5);所述第二喷嘴梁的喷嘴条带具有相互间隔的成排穿孔(6’),其产生纵向条带(11),其特征在于,喷嘴条带上用于纵向条带(11)的穿孔与用于横向条带(9)且限定缝隙(7)的、被包围的桥片(8)相配合。
8.根据权利要求7的设备,其特征在于,至少在横向条带(9)由于在缝隙(7)之间的桥片(8)而具有间断之处进行纵向条带加固。
9.根据权利要求7或8的设备,其特征在于,由于用于喷嘴开孔的穿孔宽度(B),纵向条带(11)的宽度(C)要大于缝隙(7)之间的桥片(8)的宽度。
10.根据权利要求9的设备,其特征在于,纵向条带的间距为90mm,纵向条带的宽度(C)为10mm,而缝隙的宽度(A)为95mm,缝隙之间桥片的宽度(B)为5mm。
