Description

  • Die Erfindung richtet sich auf einen Schutzhelm, insbesondere einen Rad-, Ski-, Motorrad- oder Sporthelm, mit einem Haltegurt, dessen schlaufenartiges Ende eine Öffnung in der Helmkalotte durchsetzt. Nachfolgend ist ohne Beschränkung hierauf der Einfachheit halber primär von einem Radhelm die Rede.
  • Bei solchen Radhelmen ist es bekannt, das Ende des Kinnriemens, welches die Öffnung in der Helmkalotte mit einem schlaufenartigen Ende durchsetzt, mittels eines Riegels festzulegen, der von dem schlaufenartigen Ende umschlungen wird.
  • Zur besseren Erkennbarkeit des Helmträgers, insbesondere eines Radfahrers in der Dämmerung oder Dunkelheit, ist es auch bekannt, am Helm eine Leuchte, insbesondere eine Leuchtdiode, anzubringen.
  • JP 2002-289030 (Morito Co Ltd) beschreibt einen Schutzhelm mit einer Leuchte, die mit einem eigenen Riemen an der Helmkalotte festgehalten ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Anbringung der Leuchte so zu bewerkstelligen, dass sie ohne großen konstruktiven Aufwand realisierbar ist und auch vom Benutzer nachträglich, also zum Zweck der Nachrüstung eines Schutzhelms mit einer Leuchte, noch leicht bewerkstelligt werden kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass eine Leuchte vorgesehen ist und dass an der Unterseite der Leuchte, insbesondere an einer Leuchtdiodenanordnung, eine Ausnehmung ausgebildet ist, in die das schlaufenartige Ende des Halteriemens einsetzbar ist, so dass die Leuchte hierdurch an der Helmkalotte festgelegt wird.
  • Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass die Ausnehmung für den Haltegurt in einem Ansatz bzw. Unterteil ausgebildet ist, der an der Unterseite der Leuchte angeordnet ist und formschlüssig in die Öffnung der Helmkalotte eingreift.
  • Günstigerweise ist die in dem Ansatz ausgebildete Ausnehmung seitlich offen, so dass auf diesem Weg die Gurtschlaufe eingeführt werden kann.
  • Im Bereich dieser seitlichen Öffnung kann ein Ansatz vorgesehen sein, der im eingesetzten Zustand die Oberseite der Helmkalotte übergreift und auf diese Weise für einen sicheren, definierten Sitz sorgt.
  • Ein entsprechender Ansatz kann auch am gegenüberliegenden Ende ausgebildet sein.
  • Die Leuchte, insbesondere eine Leuchtdiodenanordnung, kann an ihrer Unterseite eine Befestigungseinrichtung zur Verbindung mit dem Ansatz bzw. Unterteil aufweisen, so dass das Gehäuse der Leuchtdiodenanordnung beispielsweise zum Batteriewechsel abgenommen werden kann.
  • Vorzugsweise ist insoweit vorgesehen, dass an der Unterseite des Gehäuses der Leuchtdiodeneinrichtung eine Schwalbenschwanzschiene und an der Oberseite des Unterteils ein zur Schiene korrespondierendes Schwalbenschwanzprofil ausgebildet sind.
  • Die Erfindung richtet sich auch auf eine Leuchtdiodenanordnung mit der vorstehend beschriebenen Ausgestaltung zur Befestigung an einem Schutzhelm.
  • Um eine Leuchtdiodenanordnung der vorstehend beschriebenen Art auch an Helmen anbringen zu können, die über keine Gurtbandhalterung der in Betracht stehenden Art verfügen, kann an der Unterseite ein Klebefilm, zum Beispiel auch in Form eines doppelseitigen Klebebandes, angebracht sein, wobei eine vergrößerte Grundplatte vorgesehen sein kann, um auf diese Weise die Klebefläche zu erhöhen. Diese Ausführung stellt jedoch keine Ausführungsform der Erfindung dar.
  • Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels in Verbindung mit der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen:

    einen erfindungsgemäßen Helm mit einer Leuchtdiodenanordnung und
    Fig. 2
    die Leuchtdiodenanordnung im am Helm montierten Zustand.
  • In Fig. 1 ist ein Fahrradhelm 1 mit einem Haltegurt 2 dargestellt, wobei das schlaufenartige Ende 3 des Haltegurts 2 durch eine Öffnung 4 in der Helmkalotte 5 von innen nach außen geführt ist. Herkömmlicherweise wird das schlaufenartige Gurtende 3 an der Helmkalotte 5 dadurch festgelegt, dass ein in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellter Knebel das schlaufenartige Ende durchsetzt und die Ausnehmung 4 übergreift.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird nun die ohnehin vorhandene Ausnehmung 4 und das schlaufenartige Ende 3 des Gurts 2 zur Festlegung einer Leuchtdiodenanordnung 6 verwendet, die in Fig. 2 vergrößert dargestellt ist.
  • Die Leuchtdiodenanordnung 6 umfasst ein Gehäuse 7 und ein Unterteil 8. In dem Gehäuse 7 sind die über eine Glasabdeckung nach vorne abstrahlenden Leuchtdioden und die Zellen für die Stromversorgung angeordnet.
  • An der Unterseite des Gehäuses 7 ist eine Schwalbenschwanzschiene 10 vorgesehen, die eine nach unten offene Längsausnehmung aufweist, in welche ein korrespondierendes Schwalbenschwanzprofil 11 des Unterteils 8 einschiebbar ist, so dass die Leuchtdiodenanordnung 6 an dem Unterteil 8 lösbar befestigt ist.
  • Das Unterteil 8 weist eine Ausnehmung 12 auf, deren Tiefe und Breite etwa der Abmessung des Gurts 2 entspricht, wobei eine vorne liegende Öffnung 13 vorgesehen ist, über welche das Unterteil 8 auf das schlaufenartige Ende 3 des Gurts 2 aufschiebbar ist, so dass der Gurt 2 in der Ausnehmung 12 zu liegen kommt.
  • Danach kann das Unterteil 8 von oben bzw. außen in die Ausnehmung 4 formschlüssig eingeschoben werden, wobei ein vorderer Ansatz 14 und ein hinterer Ansatz 15 den Rand der Ausnehmung 4 nach vorne bzw. hinten übergreift und auf der Oberseite 16 der Helmkalotte 5 zu liegen kommt.

Claims (7)

  1. Schutzhelm, insbesondere Rad-, Ski-, Motorrad- oder Sporthelm, mit einem Haltegurt, dessen schlaufenartiges Ende eine Öffnung in der Helmkalotte durchsetzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Leuchte (6) vorgesehen ist und dass an der Unterseite der Leuchte (6) eine Ausnehmung (12) ausgebildet ist, in die das schlaufenartige Ende (3) des Haltegurts (2) einsetzbar ist, so dass die Leuchte (6) hierdurch an der Helmkalotte (5) festgelegt wird.
  2. Schutzhelm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (12) für den Haltegurt (2) in einem Ansatz bzw. Unterteil (8) ausgebildet ist, der an der Unterseite der Leuchte (6) angeordnet ist und formschlüssig in die Öffnung (4) der Helmkalotte (5) eingreift.
  3. Schutzhelm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in dem Ansatz (8) ausgebildete Ausnehmung (12) seitlich offen ist.
  4. Schutzhelm nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich des vorderen und/oder hinteren Endes der Öffnung (4) ein Ansatz (14 bzw. 15) vorgesehen ist, der im eingesetzten Zustand die Oberseite der Helmkalotte (5) übergreift.
  5. Schutzhelm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leuchte (6) an ihrer Unterseite eine Befestigungseinrichtung zur Verbindung mit dem die Gurt-Öffnung aufweisenden Ansatz bzw. Unterteil (8) aufweist.
  6. Schutzhelm nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Unterseite des Gehäuses (7) der Leuchte (6) eine Schwalbenschwanzschiene (10) und an der Oberseite des Ansatzes bzw. Unterteils (8) ein zur Schiene (10) korrespondierendes Schwalbenschwanzprofil (11) ausgebildet sind.
  7. Leuchte mit den Merkmalen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 zur Befestigung an einem Schutzhelm (1).
