Description

Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme und Abgabe eines fließfähigen Produktes
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme und Abgabe eines fließfähigen Produktes, insbesondere eines flüssigen Reinigungs- oder Pflegemittels mit einem Produktbehältnis für das fließfähige Produkt, welches wenigstens eine verschließbare Abgabeöffnung aufweist.
Vorrichtungen dieser Art sind in verschiedensten Ausgestaltungen bekannt. Sie dienen beispielsweise zur Aufnahme und Abgabe eines flüssigen Reinigungsmittels. Bei der Benutzung der Vorrichtung wird üblicherweise nach dem Öffnen der Abgabeöffnung durch Druckausübung auf das Produktbehältnis Produkt abgegeben, entweder direkt auf die zu reinigende Fläche oder auf einen Putzlappen oder ein Putztuch. Diese Art der Handhabung ist üblich und läßt sich im Rahmen einer normalen Haushaltsreinigung auch leicht durchführen. Bei manchen Gelegenheiten besteht jedoch das Bedürfnis, zwischendurch z.B. eine Tischplatte oder dgl., zu reinigen. In einem solchen Fall ist es umständlich, auf die vorbeschriebene Weise vorzugehen, da der Anwender nicht nur das Produktbehältnis, sondern zusätzlich einen Lappen, ein Tuch, einen Schwamm oder dgl. benötigt und diese Gegenstände üblicherweise nicht direkt in der Nähe der zu reinigenden Fläche aufbewahrt werden.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Vorrichtung zu schaffen, die ohne zusätzliche Elemente direkt einsatzbereit ist und in der Nähe des zu behandelnden Objektes aufbewahrt werden kann.
Diese Aufgabe wird bei einer Vorrichtung der eingangs bezeichneten Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass das Produktbehältnis lösbar mit einem muldenförmigen Aufnahmebehältnis verbunden ist, in welchem übereinander eine Mehrzahl von platten- oder tuchförmigen saugfähigen Elementen aufgenommen ist, wobei das Produktbehältnis an der dem Aufnahmebehältnis zugewandten Außenseite mit einem Befestigungsmittel zum lösbaren Befestigen eines saugfähigen Elementes versehen ist.
Diese Vorrichtung weist somit zusätzlich zum eigentlichen Produktbehältnis ein Reservoir für platten- oder tuchförmige saugfähige Elemente auf, die an der Vorrichtung selbst sofort verfügbar sind. Dabei haftet das in der obersten Lage des muldenförmigen Aufnahmebehältnisses angeordnete saugfähige Element an der zugewandten Außenseite des Produktbehältnisses an. Beim Reinigungsvorgang wird zunächst in üblicherweise Produkt, beispielsweise durch Druckanwendung auf das Produktbehältnis, auf die zu reinigende Fläche aufgebracht, anschließend wird das Produktbehältnis vom Aufnahmebehältnis gelöst und an der dem Aufnahmebehältnis zugewandten Außenseite des Produktbehältnisses haftet ein saugfähiges Eiement an, mit dem das Reinigungsmittel auf der zu reinigenden Fläche verteilt werden kann. Je nach Verschmutzungsgrad verbleibt das saugfähige Element haftend an der Außenseite des Produktbehältnisses oder wird vom Anwender entfernt, anschließend wird das Produktbehältnis wieder in das Aufnahmebehältnis eingesetzt. Bei der nächsten Anwendung, d.h. nach dem Abnehmen des Produktbehältnisses vom Aufnahmebehältnis, haftet das bereits gebrauchte saugfähige Element unverändert am Produktbehältnis an oder, wenn dieses nach dem letzten Reinigungsvorgang entfernt wurde, haftet automatisch das nächstliegende saugfähige Element an, da es beim Einsetzen des Produktbehältnisses in das Aufnahmebehältnis mit dem Befestigungsmittel an der Außenseite des Produktbehältnisses in Kontakt gekommen ist.
In bevorzugter Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, dass das Befestigungsmittel an der Unterseite des Produktbehältnisses vorgesehen ist. Das Produktbehältnis wird dann mit der Unterseite in das muldenförmige Aufnahmebehältnis eingestellt, das Aufnahmebehältnis dient gleichzeitig als Standfuß der Vorrichtung.
Das Befestigungsmittel ist bevorzugt nach Art eines Klettverschlusses ausgebildet, das saugfähige Element kann beispielsweise aus Vlies bestehen. Das Befestigungsmittel kann natürlich auch auf andere Weise ausgestaltet sein, beispielsweise durch eine geeignete Klebebeschichtung. Es kann auch als Schnappverschluss ausgebildet sein, wenn das saugfähige Element ausreichend stabil ist. Dies ist z.B. der Fall, wenn es aus Filz besteht. Die Vorrichtung kann dann z.B. zur Möbelpflege eingesetzt werden.
Um die Vorrichtung bei Nichtgebrauch einfach handhaben zu können, ist bevorzugt vorgesehen, dass das Produktbehältnis in das Aufnahmebehältnis einsteckbar ist.
Dabei sind besonders bevorzugt am Produktbehältnis und am Aufnahmebehältnis korrespondierende Rastmittel vorgesehen. Die Rastmittel können dabei so ausgebildet sein, dass unterschiedliche Rastpositionen gegeben sind, d.h. das Produktbehältnis je nach Füllstand des Aufnahmebehältnisses mit mehr oder weniger saugfähigen Elementen unterschiedlich tief in das Aufnahmebehältnis eingesetzt werden kann. Alternativ kann auch nur eine Rastposition vorgesehen sein, wobei es dann zweckmäßig ist, dass die Bodenfläche des Aufnahmebehältnisses beispielsweise federbelastet verschiebbar ausgebildet ist, derart, dass sichergestellt ist, dass sich die oberste Lage der saugfähigen Elemente immer in einem solchen Höhenniveau im Aufnahmebehältnis befindet, dass das Produktbehältnis bzw. dessen zugewandte Außenseite mit dem Befestigungsmittel in Kontakt mit dem obersten saugfähigen Element kommt.
Eine weitere bevorzugte konstruktive Ausgestaltung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Produktbehältnis unterseitig lösbar mit einer Bodenplatte verbunden ist, an der unterseitig das Befestigungsmittel angeordnet ist. Bei dieser Ausgestaltung kann das Produktbehältnis leicht ausgewechselt werden, wenn es kein flüssiges Produkt mehr enthält. Es versteht sich von selbst, dass grundsätzlich das Produktbehältnis aber auch eine Nachfüllöffnung aufweisen kann.
Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung beispielhaft nähert erläutert. Diese zeigt in Fig. 1 eine Explosionsdarstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung und in
Fig. 2 die Vorrichtung nach Fig. 1 in perspektivischer Darstellung in zusammengesetzter Position.
Eine erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme und Abgabe eines fließfähigen Produktes ist allgemein mit 1 bezeichnet. Die Vorrichtung 1 weist zunächst ein Produktbehältnis 2 auf, welches oberseitig mit wenigstens einer Abgabeöffnung 3 und einem Verschlussdeckel 4 versehen ist. Die seitlichen Wandflächen sind bevorzugt so gestaltet, dass sie leicht einrückbar sind, um die Produktabgabe durch die Abgabeöffnung 3 zu erleichtern. Unterseitig ist am Produktbehältnis 2 ein Befestigungsmittel vorgesehen, welches beim Ausführungsbeispiel zweiteilig ausgebildet ist. Dieses Befestigungsmittel weist bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform eine Bodenplatte 5 auf, welche rastend auf einen unterseitigen verjüngten Ansatz 6 des Produktbehältnisses aufsteckbar ist. Die Bodenplatte 5 dient zur Befestigung eines Klettverschlussbandes 7 oder dgl., welches z.B. an die Bodenplatte 5 angeklebt ist.
Die Vorrichtung 1 weist ferner ein muldenförmiges Aufnahmebehältnis 8 auf, in welchem übereinandergestapelt eine Mehrzahl von platten- oder tuchförmigen saugfähigen Elementen 9 angeordnet sind, die beispielsweise als Vliestücher ausgebildet sind. Das Klettverschlussband 7 ist in einer Weise gestaltet, dass das saugfähige Element 9 an diesem anhaftet.
In geschlossener Lage der Vorrichtung 1 nach Fig. 2 ist das Produktbehältnis 2 in das muldenförmige Aufnahmebehältnis 8 eingesetzt. Dabei sind bevorzugt nicht im einzelnen dargestellte Rastmittel zwischen beiden Behältnissen vorgesehen, damit die Vorrichtung 1 in der in Fig. 2 dargestellten Lage als Einzelteil gehandhabt werden kann, beispielsweise auf einer Tischfläche abgestellt werden kann.
Zur Reinigung einer Tischfläche oder dgl. wird der Verschlussdeckel 4 geöffnet und Produkt durch Drücken auf die Wandungen, vorzugsweise Seitenwandungen, des Produktbehältnisses 2 aus der Abgabeöffnung 3 oder mittels einer nicht dargestellten Dosiervorrichtung am Produktbehältnis 2 ausgegeben. Anschließend wird vorzugsweise der Verschlussdeckel 4 wieder geschlossen und das Produktbehältnis 2 aus dem Aufnahmebehältnis 8 herausgezogen. Dabei haftet das oberste saugfähige Element 9 am Befestigungsmittel bzw. Klettverschlussband 7 an der Unterseite des Produktbehältnisses 2 an. Das Produktbehältnis 2 wird mit dem unterseitig daran anhaftenden saugfähigen Element 9 über das ausgebrachte Reinigungsmittel gebracht und das Reinigungsmittel wird auf der Tischfläche oder dgl. zur Reinigung derselben verteilt.
Je nach Verschmutzungsgrad kann anschließend entweder das Produktbehältnis 2 mit daran befestigtem saugfähigem Element 9 wieder in das Aufnahmebehältnis 8 eingestellt werden oder, wenn das unterseitig anhaftende saugfähige Element 9 zu stark verschmutzt ist, wird es vom Anwender von der Unterseite des Produktbehältnisses 2 abgezogen und entsorgt und anschließend das Produktbehältnis 2 wieder in das Aufnahmebehältnis 8 eingestellt. Dabei haftet automatisch das oberste saugfähige Element 9 im Aufnahmebehältnis 8 an der Unterseite des Produktbehältnisses 2 an, so dass nach der Entnahme des Produktbehältnisses 2 aus dem Aufnahmebehältnis 8 bei der nächsten Anwendung wiederum an der Unterseite des Produktbehältnisses 2 ein platten- oder tuchförmiges saugfähiges Element 9 zur Verfügung steht.
Natürlich ist die Erfindung nicht auf das dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt. Weitere Ausgestaltungen sind möglich, ohne den Grundgedanken zu verlassen. So ist nicht zwingend eine Bodenplatte 5 erforderlich. Das Klettverschlussband 7 oder ein anderes geeignetes Befestigungsmittel kann auch direkt an der Unterseite des Produktbehältnisses 2 befestigt sein. Die dargestellte Variante mit Bodenplatte 5 bietet jedoch den zusätzlichen Vorteil, dass das Produktbehältnis 2 sehr kostensparend hergestellt werden kann und als Wegwerf- und Austauschartikel ausgebildet sein kann, d.h. wenn es vollständig entleert ist, kann es durch ein entsprechend gestaltetes voll befülltes Prpduktbehältnis 2 ersetzt werden. Zusätzlich oder alternativ kann das Produktbehältnis 2 selbstverständlich auch eine nicht dargestellte Nachfüllöffnung aufweisen. Die saugfähigen Elemente 9 können auch als Filzplatten ausgebildet sein, welche mit einer Ausnehmung in ein als Befestigungsmittel ausgebildetes Schnappelement an der Bodenplatte 5 rastend eingreifen können. Die Vorrichtung kann dann z.B. auch zur Möbelpflege eingesetzt werden. Auch ein Einsatz der Vorrichtung für fließfähige Kosmetika, z.B. Make up, ist möglich.

Claims

Patentansprüche:
1. Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme und Abgabe eines fließfähigen Produktes, insbesondere eines flüssigen Reinigungs- oder Pflegemittels mit einem Produktbehältnis (2) für das fließfähige Produkt, welches wenigstens eine verschließbare Abgabeöffnung (3) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produktbehältnis (2) lösbar mit einem muldenförmigen Aufnahmebehältnis (8) verbunden ist, in welchem übereinander eine Mehrzahl von platten- oder tuchförmigen saugfähigen Elementen (9) aufgenommen ist, wobei das Produktbehältnis (2) an der dem Aufnahmebehältnis (8) zugewandten Außenseite mit einem Befestigungsmittel (7) zum lösbaren Befestigen eines saugfähigen Elementes (9) versehen ist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsmittel (7) an der Unterseite des Produktbehältnisses (2) vorgesehen ist.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsmittel (7) nach Art eines Klettverschlusses ausgebildet ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produktbehältnis (2) in das Aufnahmebehältnis (8) einsteckbar ist.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Produktbehältnis (2) und am Aufnahmebehältnis (8) korrespondierende Rastmittel vorgesehen sind. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produktbehältnis (2) unterseϊtig lösbar mit einer Bodenplatte (5) verbunden ist, an der unterseitig das Befestigungsmittel (7) angeordnet ist.
