Abstract

Werbung oder, Informationen werden auf Rasenflächen unmittelbar durch zuvor mit Gewichten (3) beaufschlagte Teilflächen und dadurch wenigstens annähernd parallel zu Erdboden (1) gehaltene Grashalme (2) erzeugt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Anzeige von Werbung oder Informationen auf Rasenflächen.
  • Solche Vorrichtungen sind in aus der DE-GM 94 16 073.2 bekannt. Dabei heben sich Werbeflächen in Rasenflächen durch- unterschiedliche Länge und/oder Farbe und/oder der Grashalme oder Sorten der Grasarten und/oder Beschichtung der Grashalme von den sie umgebenden Grasflächen ab.
  • Diese Effekte werden nur durch komplizierte Verfahren erreicht. Entweder müssen die Werbeflächen schon beim Mähen des Rasens durch unterschiedliche Schnittlängen oder durch Aufsprühen von Farbe über Schablonen erzeugt werden. Oder es müssen schon bei der Anlage der Rasenflächen unterschiedliche Rasensorten ausgesät oder unterschiedliches Wachstum durch Düngung erzeugt werden. Dabei sind kurzfristige Änderungen der Werbeflächen nicht möglich.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine einfache und leicht handhabbare Vorrichtung zur flexiblen Erreichung von Werbeflächen auf Rasenflächen zu schaffen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß eine Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 1 und ein Verfahren gemäß Patentanspruch 6 gelöst. Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung bzw. des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens sind in den jeweiligen Unteransprüchen beansprucht.
  • Die folgenden Ausführungen gelten gleichermaßen für die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung und das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren.
  • Erfindungsgemäß werden die vorzugsweise einheitlich in eine Richtung leicht geneigten Grashalme der Gras-/Rasenflächen temporär mit wenigstens einem Gewicht beschwert, das die Grashalme in ihrer Neigungsrichtung abwinkelt, vorzugsweise wenigstens annähernd parallel zum Erdboden hält, wobei Umrisse und/oder Aussparungen des Gewichts der Gestalt der Werbung entsprechen. Dadurch, dass die Grashalme nach Wegnahme der Vorrichtung in einer abgewinkelten Stellung verweilen, während die umgebenden Grashalme im wesentlichen aufrecht stehen, ergeben sich für den Betrachter gut sichtbare Anzeigen, deren Sinngehalt insbesondere aus einer größeren Entfernung gut erkennbar ist.
  • Die Anzeige kann beispielsweise auf Sportplatzen, die eine Grasfläche aufweisen, angebracht werden. Nur beispielhaft seien Fußball-, Tennis oder Golfplätze genannt. Um die jeweilige Sportart nicht zu beeinträchtigen, kann es vorteilhaft sein, wenn die eigentliche Anzeige außerhalb des eigentlichen Spielfeldes angeordnet wird.
  • Temporär im Sinne der Erfindung bedeutet, dass die Gewichte mindestens eine, vorzugsweise mindestens 5 auf der Grasfläche belassen werden. Insbesondere die bevorzugte Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung hat den Vorteil, dass die Grashalme in der abgewinkelten Stellung über mehrere Stunden vorzugsweise einen ganzen Tag halten, ohne das die Grashalme dadurch geschädigt werden.
  • Vorzugsweise innerhalb von 24 Stunden haben sich die Grashalme wieder aufgerichtet und die Fläche kann mit derselben oder einer anderen Anzeige versehen werden.
  • Erfindungsgemäß weist die Vorrichtung eine Grundfläche auf, mit der das Gewicht auf der Grasfläche liegt. Vorzugsweise ist diese Grundfläche von einer Abstichkante umgeben, die etwas aus der Grundfläche heraussteht und durch das Gewicht der Vorrichtung fest an der Grasnabe anliegt oder in diese eindringt. Diese Abstichkante hat zum einen den Vorteil, dass mit der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung scharfe Konturen in der Gras-/Rasenfläche erzielbar sind. Zum anderen wird durch die Abstichkante bewirkt, dass die Vorrichtung auf der Gras-/Rasenfläche, insbesondere wenn dies feucht und/oder vereist ist, nicht so leicht oder gar nicht verrutscht. Die Abstichkante kann aus demselben oder einem anderen Werkstoff wie die restliche Vorrichtung bestehen. Vorzugsweise ist die Abstichkante aus einem vergleichsweise festen Material, wie beispielsweise Kunststoff. Ganz besonders bevorzugt ist die Abstichkante ein Stahlblech, das form- und/oder kraftschlüssig mit der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung verbunden ist.
  • Das Gewicht kann aus jedem beliebigen, dem Fachmann geläufigen Material hergestellt werden.
  • Die Vorrichtung muß so schwer sein, dass die Grashalme zumindest für einen gewissen Zeitraum in einer abgewinkelten Stellung verweilen. Vorzugsweise weist die Vorrichtung deshalb ein Flüssigkeits-, vorzugsweise ein Wasserreservoir, auf, das reversibel füllbar ist, wobei die Befüllung des Reservoirs vorzugsweise erfolgt, nachdem die Vorrichtung auf der Rasenfläche abgestellt worden ist. Diese Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung hat den Vorteil, dass die Vorrichtung vor dem Befüllen nur ein geringes Gewicht aufweist und somit leicht zu transportieren ist. Vor der Entfernung der Vorrichtung von der Rasenfläche wird das Reservoir dann wieder geleert, damit diese auch beim Abtransport ein geringes Gewicht aufweisen. Dafür wird das Reservoir vorzugsweise mit einem Schlauch verbunden, der die Flüssigkeit in die Kanalisation leitet, so dass die Rasenfläche vor der Flüssigkeit nicht aufgeweicht wird.
  • In einer ganz besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung wird das Reservoir mit temperiertem vorzugsweise warmen Wasser gefüllt, das gegebenenfalls über einen längeren Zeitpunkt nachgeheizt wird. Weiterhin bevorzugt ist die Vorrichtung zumindest teilweise isoliert, wobei die Grundfläche ganz besonders bevorzugt nicht isoliert ist. Die Befüllung der Vorrichtung mit einer warmen Flüssigkeit, vorzugsweise Wasser, hat den Vorteil, dass die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung auch bei vereisten, schneebedeckten und/oder bereiften Rasenflächen einsetzbar ist. Der durch das befüllen langsame, stetige Anstieg des Gewichtes der Vorrichtung, bei gleichzeitigem antauen der Reif-, Eis- oder Schneeschicht auf den Grashalmen hat den Vorteil, dass diese nicht abbrechen und damit der Rasen beschädigt wird.
  • Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, mehrere Gewichte vorzugsweise miteinander verbunden einzusetzen. Dadurch lassen sich verhältnismäßig große oder aus komplizierten Formen bestehende Werbeflächen in leicht handhabbare Teilstücke gliedern.
  • Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand der Figuren 1 und 2 erläutert. Diese Erläuterungen sind lediglich beispielhaft und schränken den allgemeinen Erfindungsgedanken nicht ein.
  • Figur 1 zeigt die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung.
  • Figur 2 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung bzw. des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens.
  • Figur 1 zeigt die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung mit einem Gewicht 3, das eine Grundfläche 7 aufweist, mit der das Gewicht auf dem Rasen aufliegt. Die Grundfläche ist von einer Abstichkante 5 umgeben, die aus der Grundfläche 7 heraussteht. Mit der Abstichkante 5 sind schärfere Konturen der zu erzeugenden Anzeige erzielbar. Des weiteren weist Vorrichtung zur Erhöhung des Gewichtes ein Reservoir auf, das mit Wasser reversibel füllbar ist. Dafür sind an das Reservoir zwei vorzugsweise absperrbare Anschlüsse 6 angeordnet, wobei das Reservoir durch das obere befüllt und mit dem unteren entleert wird. An die Anschlüsse 6 sind Schläuche (nicht dargestellt) anschließbar. Die Anschlüsse können auch für eine Flüssigkeitsströmung eingesetzt werden, beispielsweise wenn das Reservoir kontinuierlich oder diskontinuierlich mit warmen Wasser versorgt und abgekühltes Wasser entfernt werden soll. Der Fachmann erkennt, dass das Befüllen bzw. Entleeren auch mit einem Anschluss erfolgen kann.
  • Figur 2 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung bzw. des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens. Im Erdboden 1 wurzeln Grashalme 2 und bilden eine Rasenfläche. Die Grashalme 2 wurden durch Mähen auf eine einheitliche Länge geschnitten. Sie weisen in Mährichtung eine leichte Neigung gegenüber der Senkrechten auf. Auf Teilen der Rasenfläche ist ein flächiges Gewicht 3 aufgebracht. Das Gewicht 3 verstärkt die Neigung der von ihm beaufschlagten Grashalme 2 wenigsten annähernd bis zur Parallelität mit dem Erdboden 1. In dem flächigen Gewicht 3 können nicht dargestellte Aussparungen angeordnet sein. Im Bereich der Aussparungen bleibt die ursprüngliche Neigung der Grashalme 2 erhalten. Nach einiger Zeit wird das Gewicht 3 entfernt. Im Bereich seines Umrisses und gegebenenfalls unter Ausnahme der Bereiche von Aussparungen bleibt die wenigstens annähernde Parallelität der Grashalme 2 zum Erdboden 1 bestehen. Durch das unterschiedliche Niveau der Grashalme 2 mit ursprünglicher Neigung und der von dem Gewicht 3 zuvor beaufschlagten Grashalme 2 entsteht in der Rasenfläche eine Bildwirkung. Diese vergeht erst nach längerer Zeit durch die Rückstellkraft der zuvor von dem Gewicht 3 beaufschlagten Grashalme 2. Nach erneutem Mähen oder Kämmen, kann das Gewicht 3 erneut eingesetzt werden.

Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Anzeige von Werbung oder Informationen auf Rasenflächen, mit der, vorzugsweise einheitlich in eine Richtung leicht geneigte, Grashalme (2) der Rasenflächen temporär mit wenigstens einem Gewicht (3), das eine Grundfläche (7) aufweist, beschwerbar sind und dabei die Grashalme (2) in ihrer Neigerichtung wenigstens annähernd parallel zum Erdboden (1) hält, wobei die Grundfläche (7) des Gewichts (3) der Gestalt der Werbung oder Informationen entspricht.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Gewichte (3), vorzugsweise miteinander verbunden eingesetzt werden.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewicht (3) eine Abstichkante (5) aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewicht (3) ein reversibel füllbares Flüssigkeitsreservoir (4) aufweist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in das Flüssigkeitsreservoir mit temperiertem, vorzugsweise erwärmten Wasser gefüllt ist.
  6. Verfahren zur Erzeugung einer Anzeige auf einer Grasfläche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Gewicht (3) mit einer Grundfläche (7) temporär auf einer Grasfläche platziert und wieder entfernt wird, wobei die Gestalt der Anzeige der Grundfläche (7) des Gewichtes entspricht.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzeige aus mehreren Gewichten zusammengesetzt werden.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das(die) Gewicht(e) auf der Grasfläche platziert und mit Wasser gefüllt werden.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wasser vor der Entfernung des (der) Gewicht(e) abgelassen wird.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dass das Wasser zumindest beim Einfüllen temperiert, vorzugsweise erwärmt wird.
