Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a device for establishing signal towers for rail traffic.
  • Rail transport needs signals that have a mast height of a few meters. These signals are placed in the area of the track, in which case neither the strength of the track bed may be affected, nor any cable ducts or the like may be damaged next to the track bed.
  • a concrete foundation is placed in a pit to be prepared.
  • the concrete foundation consists of a series of concrete parts, which are stacked to form a tower and connected together.
  • the concrete foot thus formed may have a length of 1,500, 1,800, 2,100 mm.
  • the concrete base consisting of precast concrete parts must be moved on site using a crane or a two-way excavator, whereby the individual parts are usually transported pre-assembled into the installation area.
  • For installation is a pit with a corresponding shoring and, where appropriate to produce a lowering of the groundwater.
  • the anchor has a pipe driven into the soil with a rectangular cross-section.
  • Mounted on the tube is a sleeve with a rectangular cross-section.
  • Each of the four side walls of the sleeve has four mounting holes.
  • the top plate is additionally provided with a central bore.
  • To attach the sleeve a total of 16 bolts are bolted to the post above the side walls.
  • the top plate is additionally bolted centrally in the axial direction with the post.
  • lining sheets with appropriate thickness between sleeve and pile are arranged.
  • JP 4-73381 is a foundation body for a mast in which a pipe is driven into the ground and the tube has at its upper end a peripheral flange which is connected to a mast base.
  • U1 is an overhead or overhead line with a downwardly open, hollow foot known.
  • the foot is slid onto a foundation body, eg, a pipe rammed into the soil, so that the mast base surrounds the foundation body over a certain length to form a gap.
  • To align the mast are not adjustable spacers on the outer circumference of the foundation body, arranged at the other end in threaded bushes in the mast base, radially adjustable adjusting screws at one end of said length.
  • a hardening mass such as cement mortar.
  • the present invention has for its object to provide a device for the founding of signal masts, which reliably provides a simple means for receiving the signal mast to be erected and to achieve a frictional connection between the sleeve and pole / mast.
  • the inventive device for the foundation of signal masts for rail transport has a Signalfußadapter.
  • the signal mast to be built is mounted with its signal foot on the signal foot adapter.
  • the Signalfußadapter consists of a sleeve and a top plate.
  • the sleeve which may also be referred to as a jacket tube, has dimensions such that it is provided for connection to a pipe or pile to be introduced into the ground. Preferably, the pipe or pile is rammed into the soil.
  • the top plate is connected to the sleeve and has means that allow the attachment of a signal foot to the top plate.

  • the means provided in the top plate for fixing the signal foot can be aligned by a few simple handles relative to the rail.
  • the orientation of the Signalfußadapters without the use of heavier device by a person can already be done very accurately.
  • the signal foot adapter according to the invention has been found that no longer a pit in the pressure range of the track is required for installation.
  • the installation of Signalfußadapters is possible by hand and the use of large equipment is not essential.
  • the shape and handling of the Signalfußadapters is much easier compared to the previously known solutions.
  • the annular gap between the sleeve and pipe or pile is filled with a potting compound in the aligned state.
  • a potting compound in the aligned state.
  • a metal polymer is preferably used which contains ceramic and stainless Metallfullstorikombinationen based on polymers. Such metal and polymer combinations are also referred to as multimetal and produce a frictional connection.
  • the top plate is provided with at least one inlet bore above the annular gap for the potting compound.
  • the top plate forms the conclusion for the sleeve.
  • the top plate is placed on the sleeve formed as a jacket tube.
  • the sleeve has a length of 350 to 650 mm, preferably a length of 500 mm is used. It has been found that with this length of the sleeve already for a range of application for main, main / blocking and Vorsignalen with and without additional display according to drawings S8000.5.4 and S8000.3.5 of the BZA Kunststoff of January 31, 1985 and for corresponding mechanical Signals sufficient stability is achieved. Essentially, the Signalfußadapter with a length of about 500 mm provides sufficient stability for masts of different heights with and without boom and with an arrangement of different points of light.
  • the inner diameter of the sleeve is adapted to the intended Pipe or the pile, such that the sleeve can be set with a small clearance on the pipe or the pile and connected to this.
  • the sleeve For connection with the driven into the soil pipe or pile, the sleeve is provided along its circumferential direction with at least one hole for fastening screws.
  • the holes for fastening screws are preferably arranged one above the other in pairs in the axial direction and distributed uniformly over the circumference of the sleeve for better stability.
  • the top plate has a central opening, which allows engagement in the interior of the sleeve.
  • the opening may, for example, have a diameter of approximately 200 mm and is arranged centrally on the sleeve.
  • the opening is used in particular to attach fastening screws for the sleeve to the rammed into the ground pipe, for example, by holding a locking nut from the inside against the mounting screw or rotated.
  • the top plate is provided with holes for receiving screws, which guided by the holes screws from the top plate for connection to the signal foot protrude.
  • the through-holes are preferably arranged in the top plate corresponding to receiving bores in the signal foot.
  • the through holes are arranged for example in a square with a side length of 390 mm or 280 mm, in addition, further through holes may be provided for receiving additional screws.
  • the approach unlike the known devices, no longer firmly insert screws, but releasably connect to the top plate, has the advantage that they can be replaced if damaged. Furthermore, they can also be used shortly before assembly.
  • the screws are preferably held for fixing the signal foot on the Signalfußadapter via a self-locking nut in the top plate and are perpendicular from this before.
  • the top plate is supported on support node plates preferably laterally on the sleeve.
  • a cantilever arm is provided, which is connected at one end via bolts to the head plate of the sleeve and in a spaced-apart area has means for fastening the signal foot of the signal mast.
  • the extension arm can be used in areas where the driven pile due to special Ratios spaced apart from the track bed to be anchored.
  • the extension arm is preferably designed as a double-T profile.
  • the bore for the bolts are provided in the profile legs, wherein in the region of the bore strips between the profile legs are provided to support these.
  • the object of the invention is also achieved by a method having the features of claim 21.
  • the method according to the invention serves to establish a signal tower for rail traffic.
  • a pipe or pile is inserted into the soil.
  • a sleeve with a peripheral wall and a top plate is placed on the pipe or pile, wherein the inner diameter of the sleeve is larger than the outer diameter of pipe or pile.
  • Dimensions between pipe and pile are chosen so that the top plate can be adjusted at the upper end of the sleeve in an angular range.
  • To align the patch sleeve at least one reaching through the peripheral wall screw is provided, which rests against the outer wall of pipe or post.
  • the attached sleeve can be easily aligned with the adjusting screw. This allows easy handling and stepless alignment of the top plate.
  • the annular gap between the sleeve and the mast in its end facing away from the top plate is sealed with a sealing compound. Subsequently, the annular gap is filled with a potting compound via at least one inlet bore above the annular gap.
  • the potting compound forms a frictional connection between the sleeve and pile. If the potting compound is very thin, it is expedient to seal the annular gap before potting.
  • the potting compound is preferably a metal polymer.
  • a particular advantage of the method according to the invention is that the top plate is provided with a layer of a metal polymer and a foot plate of the signal mast is set flat on the top plate.
  • the footplate is secured to the top plate via several bolts that extend through the top and bottom plates.
  • the direct connection of head and foot plate leads to a significant improvement in stability. Compared to other solutions where there is a gap between the head and foot plate can be achieved here on the flat edition a particularly high stability. Any unevenness in the range between 0 and 15 mm can be compensated by the use of the potting compound, in particular the use of the metal polymer.
