Claims (23)
- Dispositif pour la fondation de mâts signalétiques pour le trafic ferroviaire avec un conduit ou poteau, et avec un adaptateur de base de signal qui présente un manchon (10) avec des vis de fixation (20) et une plaque de recouvrement (12), dans lequel- le manchon (10) est prévu pour le raccordement avec le conduit (14) ou poteau à insérer dans le sol,- le manchon (10) présente dans la paroi circonférentielle des alésages (16) pour les vis de fixation (20), et- la plaque de recouvrement (12) présente des moyens (32) pour la fixation d'une base de signal du mât signalétique,caractérisé en ce que- le manchon présente des alésages le long de la circonférence, dans lesquels des vis de réglage (18) sont disposées, le diamètre interne du manchon étant supérieur au diamètre externe du conduit (14) ou du poteau de telle manière que dans une plage d'angles prédéterminée la position du manchon peut être réglée par rapport au conduitou au poteau par le biais des vis de réglage (18) pour pouvoir aligner horizontalement la plaque de recouvrement (12), le jeu annulaire entre le manchon et le conduit ou poteau étant rempli à l'état aligné avec une masse de scellement, la partie du jeu annulaire se trouvant éloignée de la plaque de recouvrement étant isolée avec une pâte d'étanchéité du conduit ou du poteau et la plaque de recouvrement présentant au moins un alésage d'entrée (64) pour la masse de scellement au-dessus du jeu annulaire.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de recouvrement (12) forme la terminaison du manchon (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le manchon (10) présente le long de la circonférence quatre alésages pour des vis de réglage (18).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le manchon (10) présente une longueur de 350 à 650 mm.

- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de recouvrement (12) présente une perforation (30) centrale qui autorise une intervention à l'intérieur du manchon depuis l'extérieur.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la perforation (30) est disposée de manière centrale sur le manchon.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de recouvrement (12) présente des alésages traversants (32) pour recevoir des vis (35), des vis (35) guidées à travers l'alésage (32) dépassant de la plaque de recouvrement pour le raccordement avec la base de signal.

- Procédé de fondation d'un mât signalétique pour le trafic ferroviaire avec les étapes de procédé suivantes :- un conduit (14) ou un poteau est inséré dans le sol,- un manchon avec une paroi circonférentielle et une plaque de recouvrement (12) est placé sur le conduit ou le poteau, le diamètre interne du manchon étant supérieur au diamètre externe du conduit ou du poteau,- le manchon est aligné par le biais de vis de réglage passant à travers la paroi circonférentielle par rapport au conduit ou au poteau, la plaque de recouvrement (12) pouvant être alignée horizontalement,- le manchon est fixé sur le conduit (14) ou poteau avec des vis de fixation (20),- le jeu annulaire entre le manchon et le conduit ou poteau est isolé à son extrémité inférieure à l'aide d'une pâte d'étanchéité et le jeu annulaire est rempli par le biais d'au moins une ouverture d'entrée (64) prévue dans la plaque de recouvrement avec une masse de scellement qui génère une liaison par adhérence entre la paroi interne du manchon et la paroi externe du poteau.
- Procédé selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que la masse de scellement est un métal-polymère.
