Claims (14)
- Verrouillage à loquet tournant pour portes de véhicules du transport public de personnes, en particulier de véhicules sur rails, comprenant un loquet tournant (2), qui reçoit un boulon de sécurité (1) et le verrouille de façon fixe, le loquet tournant passant d'un état ouvert de préférence par une position de pré-encliquetage dans une position d'encliquetage principal, une partie du mouvement de verrouillage, au moins la section d'extrémité du mouvement tournant du loquet tournant dans l'encliquetage principal, étant réalisée par un moteur à engrenage (7) de préférence électrique, le moteur à engrenage (7) déverrouillant à nouveau le loquet tournant lors du service normal, et lequel présente un couplage (8-13) entre le moteur à engrenage (7) et le loquet tournant (2), lequel présente un élément de verrouillage (3) qui empêche la rotation arrière du loquet tournant (2) dans la position ouverte, laquelle est dissociée du moteur à engrenage (7) après la fermeture dans l'encliquetage principal, cette dissociation étant réalisée par le même moteur à engrenage (7), caractérisé en ce que, une fois que le boulon de sécurité (1) est entré dans un évidement du loquet tournant, l'ensemble du mouvement de verrouillage du loquet tournant (2) est réalisé par le moteur à engrenage (7).
- Verrouillage à loquet tournant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couplage contient un écrou (11) tournant sur un arbre fileté (10).
- Verrouillage à loquet tournant selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'écrou (11) présente sur son côté avant une couronne dentée (12) qui s'engage dans une couronne dentée (13) correspondante sur le loquet tournant (2).
- Verrouillage à loquet tournant selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par des moyens, par lesquels le moteur à engrenage (7) est reculé automatiquement d'un montant d'angle prédéfini après avoir atteint la position de fermeture définitive du loquet tournant (2).
- Verrouillage à loquet tournant selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que entre l'écrou (11) et la roue dentée (9) est disposé un ressort (17), qui favorise le mouvement de translation de l'écrou (11) sur l'arbre fileté (10).
- Verrouillage à loquet tournant selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (3) présente un crochet de blocage (4).
- Verrouillage à loquet tournant selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que sur l'élément de verrouillage (3) est placé un ressort de rotation (16), par l'effet de force duquel un couple est exercé sur l'élément de verrouillage (3) en direction du loquet tournant (2).
- Verrouillage à loquet tournant selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un ressort tournant (14) qui entraîne une force par laquelle le loquet tournant est ouvert à partir de l'encliquetage principal, une fois que l'élément de verrouillage (3) a été desserré.
- Verrouillage à loquet tournant selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (3) présente un levier de déverrouillage (19), par lequel l'élément de verrouillage (3) peut être déplacé de telle sorte que le loquet tournant (2) s'ouvre.
- Verrouillage à loquet tournant selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le loquet tournant (2) peut être déverrouillé en cas d'urgence.
- Verrouillage à loquet tournant selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (3) présente une tige articulée (20), par laquelle le loquet tournant (2) peut être déverrouillé en cas d'urgence.
- Verrouillage à loquet tournant selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'un câble Bowden s'applique sur la tige articulée (20).
- Verrouillage à loquet tournant selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un capteur qui détecte que le boulon de sécurité (1) se trouve dans le loquet tournant (2).
- Verrouillage à loquet tournant selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un capteur qui détecte que le loquet tournant (2) se trouve dans l'encliquetage principal.
